I came to this particular Scooter’s and the menu outside was off because of a outage so my order was given to me incorrectly. I proceeded to ask for a change to where the cashier said we made it and I have to charge you. I have a dairy allergy and she said not my problem I said the menu doesn’t work she said not my problem. I come to scooters 2-3 times a week you have lost a patriot.Vegetarian options: If you’re vegan or have a dairy allergy don’t patronize

My hubby & I come to scooters as part of our daily routine. We love the blended coffees, the texture and taste is perfect but more importantly we’ve made friends with Madison and Hannah which makes our experience that much better. They have great customer service and vibes, we love talking with them for a few minutes then go about our day feeling good due to their ability to leave us with a positive experience.

Very convenient location for myself. I tried their black coffee no cream no sugar it was amazing. For the ones who love sugar & syrups in their coffees I’m sure it’s amazing too. Bringing the wife so she could prove that. Lol. Staff was super friendly as well. Have a great week y’all!

I have to say this place was great! I love the quickness from order to window. Team was great and knew what they were doing. They said "Scoot Around" after placing order. < Loved That! Menu items look tasty. Nice to have a new competitor in the area. I ordered a Medium size Skinny Turtle Latte Hot with an extra shot of espresso. (I'm on a diet lol) Temp was great. Tasted good. Fair price given what the economy is going through. I will definitely be back.

So I come here and the screen to order on is broken so I can't see anything on the menu..its black..so then I try to go to the mobile side and apparently I can't..so I'm like well how am I supposed to see what my options are to order right?? I felt defeated and noone was really trying to accommodate so I just asked what they recommended since I've never came here before. So I got my drinks ,2 of them that I ordered and they were disgusting, I didn't even taste any coffee in it and watered down..I don't recommend this place at all ...take the drive down further to dunkin or black rock because the coffee isn't great and the service is terrible...what a waste of my hard earned money...highly disappointed!!

I love scooters! Order the caramelishes Frappuccino drink or the peanut butter power.PRO: 9/10 awesome staff!CON: I have been told multiple times now that they are out of the peanut butter and so I opted to drive to the Mason rd location, where their mobile app system was down and didn't get my points on 3 occasions.PLEASE order more peanut butter! Keep it in stock because I will be back. Seems like almost every week I am turned away.It's an awkward situation as well when you are behind someone in line because you are stuck in the drive-through line with no way out, sitting there for no reason.TIP: anytime someone orders pup cups for their dog, they should automatically be handed napkins as well. I always get handed 3 pup cups and then the employee disappears to work on our drinks while we sit there with slobbery hands waiting. (But they always hand you a straw before your drink, which is odd)

Just left this location on fry and saums and I get one hot autum crunch latte and one hot americano. I get to the window pay and tip them on the app (15%) and when the young lady hands me a drink she hands me my latte and a straw, then she hands me an iced americano, I proceed to tell her that I didn’t order it iced and that I ordered it hot and the lady that took my order came to the window and said, “You said iced (as she proceeded to hand me the iced drink through the window) and I’m pretty sure you did because I took your order” (as she has her hand almost in my car) and I said to her “I never get iced I’m pretty sure I said hot because I mix my two coffees” (as I felt obligated to take the coffee that was in my face)What ever happened to making the customer happy, I wasn’t rude, i tipped and I know I didn’t say iced because I never order iced coffee. I definitely won’t be coming back to this location, with that type of service.

Coffee is a bit expensive, just like Starbucks, but way better quality. So, I guess you get bang for your buck. I went with one of my dogs and they offered a pup cup, and what I loved about the pup cup is it's not just whipped cream they actually give you a treat as well! Loved that small touch. Quality coffee, and great customer service towards you and your dog!

Fast service. Clean exterior. Friendly staff. Good experience for me. The coffee is a little on the sweet side so my visits will be few. Maybe once every other week. I really like that the coffee doesn't seem to be as acidic as the Big S coffee company. Good tasting coffee. I got the peanut butter which is nice. Peanut butter wasn't too strong like some other providers. Definitely a 2 time visit per month coffee company for me.Give them a try, I know you'll be very pleasantly surprised by the value you receive.I wish you all many Blessings, Peace & abundance.

I ordered a breakfast sandwich and it was ice cold in the middle! Then the cinnamon bun was melting hot....the icing was oozing off the bun.....don't know whats going on with their system to warm things up but it was off today. And too expensive for all of that hassle...

I went to the coffee place for the first time. The only pleasant thing about this place that I observed was the lineup set up in the way that you can order. My coffee was just like my service unpleasant. Would rather go to Starbucks to spend more money than order from here again.

After placing your order at the drive-thru, they tell you "scoot on up". A place on the words of the business' name. Very subtle but appreciated difference from other coffee shops. It brought a smile to my face.I ordered the iced praline caramelicious drink and waffle breakfast sandwich. The drink was not too sugary and didn't overpower the coffee. It was well-balance and refreshing. The waffle is a little sweet on the sandwich but the sausage balances it out.Overall, I will make this place a routine visit for coffee beverages. Love the service provided and hope it's consistently positive.

DON’T WASTE MONEY HERE. Service is poor, the barista’s are poorly trained, as a barista myself, they burned the milk in my drink and was very rude about having to remake it, so I asked for oat milk as-well and got served regular both times even tho I paid extra for oat. The staff has very bad behavior issues, try hiring experienced people, this establishment won’t last

I love it super convenient and friendly staff. They are all trying their best to be the best. I always order a small or medium caramalicious the perfect amount of sweetness to the start of my day. I have also ate their breakfast and I love the waffle sandwich and the everything but the bagel those are a MUST try. One more thing I definitely recommend for everyone to download the Scooters app you save money and the convenience of that is such a perk.
