A lot of us like the offers and specials at Sam’s club specially the low cost gas at their pumps. All that is good but what’s not good and definitely not acceptable is having their gas pups flood with water during a simple rain storm. Basically avoid going there if it’s raining unless you like to swim! Shame on management of not noticing this and draining the rain water towards the gas pumps just right in the middle! See pictures and Video and share your thoughts if that’s something you would like to experience during your shopping or filling your vehicle with gas

Went to grab a few items and when I got to the cashier she was busy and deep in conversation with another customer. Which is fine but her tone with him and the tone with me was completely different. When I noticed that, I respectfully grabbed my items and moved to self check out lane to avoid needing To interact with her further. She then was approached by another female cashier and both started snickering like little high school bullies. It was unnecessary but I’m not surprised considering she still rocks the sharpie eyebrows. Please get better people, this type of behavior is not needed and is a huge turn off. Won’t be returning, I wouldn’t want to run into her again and get the same treatment.

I’m a Costco guy but wanted to visit Sam’s for the very first time. Lots of food/candies options and overall the shelves are cleaned with different type of products. I was not able to get anything in the food court but will have to come back and try.

Absolute, worst curbside experience ever! Not only was the Spanish speaking guy rude, but we had to wait half an hour after we checked in to receive the order. Then the order was wrong, and he had to correct it! Will never use them again.

I always buy my chicken from H-E-B but today I decided to buy it from Sam, it was my first time buying rotisserie chicken. Came home to a raw chicken. I am so disappointed because I couldn’t go back to Sam since I live 30 minutes away from there. Y’all need to check the temperature of the chicken before putting them out. HEB WOULD NEVER.

Even over the phone, during a typically hectic season, he was incredibly helpful. Brandon meticulously walked me through their flower inventory, detailing types, colors, and vase options. Less crowded at the time when I visited. Love the feature of using the phone to check out (scan and go) instead of using the cashier. The only downside is the line when trying to exit the store. Not sure why the have to scan three items. I wish that they can improve that!

All food carts were in the parking lot and where is the control and management to insure satisfaction of customers??? Those small things mean a lot to customers. many other supermarkets to go for shopping. Clean up your ineffective workers and managers

Today, the cashier Ms. Cecilia was very kind and helped me to put all my things in the shopping car after scanning, from long time the cashiers are not helping customer to put the merchandise in the car and they waiting for the customers to do it. Even if they didn't have another customer in the line. Thanks Ms. Cecilia for your hard work and kindness.

Sam's deli is VERY unorganized. They have one particular worker who just shrugs her shoulders when you ask about your order. If you are order #169, there is no way orders in the 170's and 180's should be picking their order up first. I watched as my order sat on the counter. Out of three, two were sitting ready to go, then they would grab the top box and give it to someone else. They didn't bother to put it in the warmer. It sat on the counter for 15 minutes. It took 45-50 minutes for me to getall 3 off my pizzas. I don't want to say it was a race related, but I couldn't help but notice certain people were getting their pizza before us. Where is the manager? They are not being managed very well. Suggestion: put the order numbers on the window when they are ready. It would cause less confusion and less interruptions while preparing the food.

Bulk buys and savings (in cash backs, discounts and less shopping trips) makes this my go to shopping location. They have lots of fresh produce at reasonable price. During the pandemic, the car park pick up was a lifesaver as it made shopping convenient at no extra cost. Some of the things may be too much for a small family but if you’re like me that don’t mind precooking and freezing, baking all the chicken in advance, then it saves you money. You’ll need a membership card and it takes a short time to sign up and you can start shopping immediately (and receiving the cash backs).

Sam's Associates: The Cafe does NOT require a Sam's Club Membership. Stop insisting people have a card to enter the store and go to the Cafe. I pick up to go orders all the time from the Cafe for my company. The Sam's Website states no membership is required for the Cafe so stop glaring at me when I come in without a membership card. Additionally I came in and saw the trash cans are overflowing at the food court. I brought it to the attention of Latjna associates there and they were rude to me. She rolled her eyes at me and ignored my concern. Maybe you didn't hear me clearly when I said someone jammed a pizza box in the trash at the food court and trash was spilling out everywhere. When I brought it to customer service, they told me I needed to wait to speak to a member of management to leave feedback. I told them I would call the corporate feedback number. I had already taken time out of my day to wait to speak to an associate at customer service. Sam's always finds a way to piss me off as a customer, from bathroom sinks that don't work in the men's room to overflowing trash to poor treatment from associates. I look respectable. Give me the respect I deserve as a customer or lose my business.

Ordering was simple. Pick up was simple. The order ready notice and my arrival notice worked without issue. The order was complete when loaded into my vehicle. The Sam's employee was polite and helpful. I recommend using this Sam's club location. Midday or weekends will be busy. Pack your patience. Early to mid-morning are great times to pick up online orders. Update: This time I ordered from the Fry Rd./I-10 location. I checked in around 7:45. My wait was less than 5 minutes. The store associate was polite and had me loaded and ready to go very quickly.

Carts are always so gross!. Wish they would spray them down with pressure washer then bring then in for use. Seems like an easy solution there since they sell the machines and the disinfect and there is always some employees just standing around....

As a truck driver, it is unfortunate to deliver the goods here on Saturday. No one responds to the doorbell, even if there is someone inside. Because every door is the same. The real door is not a door with a doorbell. It is estimated to stay outside for 30 minutes. When you open the real door, the people inside will laugh at you.Even if you work there. You know that there are people and trucks outside, and you also hear someone ringing the doorbell, and you will choose to ignore them. A door with a doorbell is not a real door. There is no sign on the side door. I hope to help people who deliver goods here

Rude employees in the pickup line. Went to pickup an expensive mirror the girls get to my back door and knock on it. I get out to help bc the item is very large and heavy, I told them wait a second while I fold down the seats. They proceeded to jam it in thus damaging the backside of the mirror. I told them could u of waited a second, and they just laughed at my face and walked away giggling. Great customer service now I’m gonna have to return it bc it’s damaged. Hey sams club these employees need more training! I did better working as a grocery “sacker” when I was 15, if they don’t care about service, customers, or your items find another line of work.

I was there with my kids and waiting line about 20 min. I show Sam’s club member pictures then she told me I have to go print out at customer service so I ask can I come back ? She said no I have to make another line … so I get tired so I try to leave the store then other employee ask me so I explain.She told me I can just show APP I have.So I went back to register then I ask where is my cart? To the same register women and she said They took already. (This happens about 3 minutes. ) i just gave up! I wish she act more nicer and she could told me I can just show APP so I don’t have to waste my time. Now I waste time more than 1 hour for nothing.They only have 2 register open in busy Friday noon.This is my first time at sam’s club experience. Good I got membership card for $15.I will just go COSTCO now on.Service is most important than price.

We have been using Sam's Club Pharmacy for years. Each time my wife and I have a great experience with Hoda the on-duty pharmacist. She makes picking up your medications a good experience and even if you are stopping in for an Vacine.

Lots of samples on the weekends which is great for trying new things without having to pay first. Their cloths section is great for plus size women. Book section is great or kids! Lots of texture books and learning books. Their produce is a little limited at times, but the meat an seafood area is amazing. Hardly anyone is ever in the bakery though. Check out is fast and easy. They have a lil restaurant in there that the prices are amazingly cheap for some great food!

Caution! Peanut Butter found on a box of 18 stack Ritz Crackers. I am an Assistant Director at a Child Care Facility and one of our children with a peanut allergy ate the crackers and had a BAD reaction. Called the store to get info about the distributor and how to contact them and the "manager" we spoke to did not seem to care AT ALL. I even told him they should remove the rest of them off the shelves until they know the rest of the boxes do not contain peanut butter and it didn't seem to care to do so. Please beware. Their Ritz Crackers may contain peanut butter on them even though it's supposed to be plain crackers.

Y’all shouldn’t even offer curbside AT ALL!!! they let you pick a time slot and your order is never ready. Then you get there and there is no curbside spots open. Don’t even get me started on the wait time. I have 2 small babies and can’t always get inside the store but damn the curbside sucks. Why does no one ever answer the damn phones either. Sheesh.

Overall this Sam’s is decent. They definitely need to improve how check out goes because it’s always a mad line but using scan and go helps. The pick up location is terrible. There are always cars parked in the spots and employees don’t stop them from parking on them when they are not there for pick upZ I have had to wait long periods of time for a spot too open up. They need to move the pick up to the back of the store not by the exit it entrance.

Need to get someone to work the fuel station. Some people are just parked there not even fueling their vehicle. Makes no sense I have to wait 10 minutes for a pump to free up when the guy has a 10 gallon sedan to fill up.

I went in to shop and grab a hot dog with my family and was turned away even though people were in line. I find this extremely frustrating and will be taking my business to Costco!

Cannot get a hold of anyone on the phone to address customer service/ member service issues! Please FIX your phone line! In person shopping AND CAFE is so convenient with the Shop-n-Go feature on the APP. Skip the long lines! Bulk Selection of food products is good at a decent price.
