I haven’t gone to this grocery store in quite some time, but I know that it’s convenient to the people who live around here. It is in walking distance from a lot of neighborhoods and also a high school so sometimes the marching band walks from their field all the way over here.honestly I don’t really like this store because it seems more expensive than Walmart or H-E-B but again like I said grocery stores are necessities. As always much love from Houston and the universe.

I like the sale prices I see in your weekly Ad but so many times the item is not available. I have NEVER been able to get the boneless, skinless legs or thighs as advertised. This last week I started a pickup order but then decided to go shop in person. I was going to get the potpies that were advertised. The app rang them up at $1.49 each. When I got home I had been charged $4 each. How is that right?

This Randall store is clean, has a variety of cakes, breads, disposable party items, and groceries in general. I found everything I needed. And their rewards program is free and they offer coupons and discounts. I do recommend this store for groceries or party items.

Rude cashier. Only one regular checkout line was available. Everything else was self checkout. My lane dinged over and over again shouting “help us on the way”. I watched as the only assistant available for that area was walking around checking empty lanes and refilling grocery bags while I was watching her. Once I called her down to help me, she did it with an attitude. All the while I thanked her. As I completed my sale, the receipt machine had run out and called for assistance again. This time I didn’t need my receipt but she came over with the receipt roll. I told her that the receipt must’ve ran out and but I won’t need it. Thank you . Not a peep from her. All the items listed in the ads were “not available”. Came here hoping to have a good shopping experience and give randalls another try.

Had an order scheduled for pickup at this Randalls location. I had scheduled this order because I had been busy all day so i just wanted to get my groceries. When i came to pick up the order after a long day i waited in my car for 30 mins before contacting the number given when picking up, i called twice before they picked up. When they picked up they said they were sorry then proceeded to not bring out my stuff for over another 30 mins.

Nice store but they often sell out of date food, which I dont realize until I get home. I now always check the expiration date before purchasing here. Someone needs to take charge at this location and ensure no expired food is shelved. This has been going on for years.

They have an amazing bakery at this Randall’s location. It has the best bagels and other pastries that are made fresh daily. Highly recommend.

I used to like the store. But now most of the milk sell-by date was at least 3 days ago. Some milk on the shelf has been expired for 2 weeks. I bought some that was supposed to expire in 10 days but it went rancid after 3 days.There is clearly something wrong with the milk fridge or the stocking of the store.

Organized & clean store. Pricing may not always be the best compared to other grocery stores. It has a nice sheltered bicycle parking rack, a rare thing in this area. It also has Coinstar machine with no-fee gift cards option.

Would not accept return for a helium birthday balloon that I bought that deflated by the time I got it home. Left feeling deflated much like the fancy balloon. Not the level of service I expect as a regular customer.

I stop by on my way home from work 2-3 times a month to pick up a few items for dinner or the weekend. The store is older, and the staff are great. He florist area is a reason to go all by itself.

Never WILL I ever nor my family ever patronize here AGAIN! This was the first and the last time! I am so much in disbelief and disgusted! My daughter who is five years old and I were racially profiled at this store location, We had a few things to get on the way home that I needed for a recipe and decided to stop in here which turned out to be a nightmare,we were at the self checkout and I was teaching my daughter how to scan items and it’s something we enjoy doing together and it was a Caucasian older male already there when we walked up and NO CLERK in sight and as soon as we walked up a clerk came rushing over,I just looked at him and proceeded to checkout,He stared at us the WHOLE time while we were scanning items and another Caucasian couple had walked up and begin checking out as well and he was SO dead set on us he didn’t even realize that they were needing his assistance smh…I immediately called the store in the parking lot and spoke with the store manager DAVID who was of NO help! He went into straight defense mode(proof of this) stating “Well we train them to stand there,so I’ll run the cameras” he NEVER once apologized for my experience,offered ANYTHING! I will be contacting ANYONE that is higher..I’m going to teach my children this is NOT okay!!

One of the more rundown Randall's. We usually go to the one at Town & Country but stopped at this one on the way home for convenience. Huge disappointment. It was late afternoon and most items are out or stale. Will stick to our usual store from now on.

Don't buy the chicken breast from here. ordered 6 pounds of their boneless chicken breast and They serve it in bags filled with pink water and the chicken was very stringy and broken apart. Does not look like real chicken. I bought a packet of chicken breast from HEB and the chicken breast look completely different. Good prices and deals on meat but not worth the bad quality. Produce is the only thing Ill buy from here.

Kim was the person that fixed the catfish on my last visit, this was the reason I visited again today 09/04/2023. This time there was a mean Mexican lady that fixed it and it appeared to be half cooked ( which is why I returned it) the black lady is extremely nice and will help in whatever way she can she truly has a servants heart, when I asked them to change the container another lady came up and stated the best container was the bucket which made my fish very soggy, I believe it was a matter of cost for the container and the lady in the red blouse along with the Mexican lady were speaking Spanish. Please don’t speak another language in front of customers when you can speak English. Kim knows how fix one’s food, the black lady I’m sure is going through hell with those other mean ladies. Randall’s have always had some rude workers, I’m sure management handed it down. Also I forgot to mention the lady with the red shirt a Mexican lady scolded the black lady in front of customers, when I attempted to explain to her it wasn’t her fault I I told her it was the other Mexican lady she cut me off rudely because she didn’t want the other Mexican to be blamed yet she scolded the black lady in front of others such hypocrisy. Please don’t ever do that to anyone again that is the most highest form of degrading

i had to stop shopping here as there have been too many time where i have bought food just to realise it’s all out of date when i get home. staff is usually great however half of the store is out of date.. look at the expiry before you buy.

Great "get you in the door specials". But all other prices much higher than competition. Only way to save is to visit multiple stores, stick to a list, don't go hungry. They do have some the best produce of any grocery. I'm not fond of their .25 banana pricing though.

I don’t normally like to complain. I try to be understanding and easy going as possible. But today 2/25/2023 @ 1:30pm ish me and my husband came to this location to get our favorite hot dish of Mac and cheese that’s normally good! But however that older Hispanic or caucasian looking lady that normally works back there was very rude. We asked for fresh Mac and cheese and she told the black guy real loud that she not making another thing of their packaged Mac and cheese that don’t take long to warm up any way. So even after speaking to the store manager which was a guy I forgot his name as well. He failed to resolve our issue as well. Also when we came back to take a look at the Mac and cheese with him. They had done added water in the Mac and cheese to make it not look dry how it looked the first time. This store has officially lost out on a good customer. I will no longer shop at this store. It seems to me that their ego’s is more important than making sure the customers are satisfied.

Curbside is the worst. My order was not picked to be ready at the time requested. I normally shop HEB and my order is always ready on time. Thirty minutes after my pick-up time I made a blank trip to this store and there were no other cars waiting in curbside. However, they said they were busy and hadn't started my order.

The store was squeaky clean and just looked beautiful! Been a while since I haven't shopped at Randall's for quite some time and it is because they're a bit pricey for me...BUT, Randall's has spectacular sales.... and be on the look out for those clearance items!!

Simple white icing cupcakes, they're hard to find these days, I guess. (Third store I've been to, I won't name the others.) Here at Randall's, I spoke with Jose in the bakery and he was so helpful! He helped me with the cupcakes I needed and was so nice. Thank you for going above and beyond!

This review is exclusively about their home delivery service. The first few times we ordered everything was very nice. So, we decided to go for the $99 a year for unlimited home delivery. Let's just say that after paying the $99, it's never been the same. Even after complaining multiple times, we have still gotten products that have either expired or will expire in 1-2 days. This last order we received contained a milk product that expired nearly 6 weeks ago!We have consistently received fruit that is very badly bruised and overly ripe. Smashed chips to crumbles (though that could have been the delivery person). Brown - not pink - burger patties (expiration date was the day after we purchased it.). Tub of cottage cheese expiration date two days after purchase and tasted sour. The list goes on.No complaint about the non-perishable items like cereal, rice, pasta, etc.Randall's advertised that they have professionals preparing your orders, but they don't say what their professions are. 🤔 I just want them to do better. Much better.

I usually have nothing bad to say but please please check your seafood daily. I got fish there yesterday literally only cooked and ate the fish and I’m now sick. I check the salmon I also got from there and it smells horrible. Raw seafood should be smelled/checked daily. I’ll be back but I will NEVER buy their seafood again.

Went in to the floral department on Monday Nov 1st and I had this beautiful arrangement put together for my fiance. They had a huge selection of flowers and vases. The florist was extremely helpful gave me feedback on the different flowers I was selecting and how'd they look together in an arrangement. As you can see by the photos attached she was an expert in flowers. I wish I had her name to add to this review because she deserves it. The picture on the right is the same arrangement 6 days later. This tells me Randall's uses a flower supplier that is shipping them FRESH flowers that are going to last. The pictures attached support the freshness. In the picture on the right the flowers are just starting to bloom. 6 says later they are in full bloom and I can they will be lasting a few more days.Since I just moved in to the area 30 days ago I was searching for a good reasonably priced florist that supplied FRESH flowers with florists that loved their trade. Glad to report that I found what I was looking for & more. Since I buy arrangements on a regular basis Randall's flower dept will be seeing me often as they are my florist of choice in the Katy and surrounding area.

I don't come here often, but today I was looking for some gingerbread cookie mix. I've purchased some here in the past, but today I just couldn't find it at all. I looked all over the store and was about to give up when I decided to just ask an employee. Within a minute, three employees went on a search and found me the last bag! I was so impressed with the fantastic customer service. I'm going to start coming here more often!
