Came here with my new puppy to get her shots and exam done. The tech and doctor on site was very helpful. I believe her name was Katherine or something with a K. I’m sorry. She explained everything I need and showed me exactly what food to feed my new bundle of joy. This lady definitely deserves to be recognized for her excellence customer service.

I have 4 husky but one of them gives me more trouble to groom at home.She only let one groomer groom her & it’s Ashton!!! My mom & i absolute love how she looks, feel & smell! Ashton does an amazing job with her grooms. We’ll always request Ashton & luna loves being around him!!❤️ thank you Ashton

Rating the grooming department, the quality of the cut was great. However they will upcharge you for things such as matting which is not a problem. It's like a auto mechanic shop, they tell you "hey there's matting" depending on the time it takes will determine the final fee of the cut. This is just a heads up. It's "fair" if the cut wasn't already close to 100 bucks .

I get asking certain prequalifying questions may be part of an associates job description but the part Petsmart needs to teach is how not to make it condescending. Or it may just be our personal experience with the associate "Evelyn " I am not sure. It starts off with an innocent" do you have a tank set up" to which we have heard over and over. No big deal, they don't know us we don't know them, they may not know that in 44 years I've owned and kept countless fish and recognize the necessity for the nitrates to build up and the ph levels to be perfect and salinity to be just right for the fish I've chosen. I get it. But for the 16 year old to get snarky when I ask to get some fish and her to react in a rude and holier than thou way is over the top. I get you don't mix Oscar's with angel fish ( or dang near anything else, they will put anything that will fit in their mouths, In their mouths) but to come off as some type of Marine biologist in front of my kids and flat out refuse to to sell us fish and making claims like an expert all the while dead fish float in other tanks is ludicrous. The pink haired "manager" on duty who couldn't have been more then 18, that came when we asked to speak to another associate wasn't much better. We have frequented this place for years and the expensive tank we bought was from them. ( this is actually the norm for this place however most associates aren't quite as rude. I have had to produce pictures of my set up in the past and pictures of my 500 gallon Koi pond just to buy koi) In the future we will take our business elsewhere. I don't like having to argue to buy a fish...

Groomers, Julian and Oshea did such a great job on my babies! The employees here in the grooming department are absolutely 100% attentive. They had the girls done in 2 hours! I appreciate you, and Jazzy and Ammo do too!

It's a nice clean store with a friendly staff. Exactly what you would expect from a Petsmart. They had 2 really cute cats for adaptation if you're looking for a little fur ball to take home.

The fish here are kept TERRIBLY, especially the betas. Go local, the employees dont know how to care for any of the animals there.

Come here to get food for our Chihuahuas all the time. Petsmart team members have been very helpful when I've needed them and have even been given coupons for the brand of food our pooches get by visiting reps. Greeted by team members every time we walk in. Always have the supplies for our pooches.

Ron and staff are the bomb!!! Store is clean and the reacue groups try to come on the weekends for adoptions and they are very accommodating. They take care of our kitties when we can't make it. Congratulations to this family and thanks.PS for the nice set up and free bandana's.

Our order was ready within 30 min. They carried out big bag of dog food because husband had spine surgery and well I'm old and really petite. Bag is almost as big as me. LOL.

Helped me find a slow feeder insert for my dog Loki. She had a bad issue with gulping up her food and a employee helped me find a small insert to put in the bowl I already had. It worked wonders slowed her feeding time down from 1 minute to almost 4 minutes.

The customer service was top notch but unfortunately they were out of superworms thankfully the nice lady that helped me out recommended some giant meal worms that will hopefully entice my little fella 💚. And we also got some large crickets that my bearded dragon rates a 10/10.

Jennifer did a terrible job grooming my dog Barbie and according to Ron (store manager) he advised them to completely shave the dogs bald if they have matting for safety issues. I’ve had Barbie groomed several times at a different petsmart and one of those times she had matting after surgery but her grooming was still done right and she was shaved in the appropriate areas. I feel that the Jennifer lacked the grooming skills to groom a dog with matting properly. I paid an extra 20 dollars just for them to shave her down to look like a naked molerat. Worst grooming service ever and I will not be back!

In my 57 years on this planet I've never seen the store who's aquatic specialist took such care for their fish. There's not one dead fish there's no overcrowding in the feeder tanks the water looks like you could drink it. Every fish looks happy and healthy the tank setups are great. There's fun facts written by hand on some tanks about different fish. The aquatic specialist takes great care and it shows. I highly recommend you come in and see what a store is supposed to look like. I don't know about any other section of the store but I'm telling you the fish section is superb. She deserves a raise I don't care how much money she makes she deserves more money the way she set it up is just draws you in. You want to go to the next tank to read the fun fact or see what's in there. Thank God for people like this who still take pride in their work.

I can’t say that I’ve ever had a bad experience at any Petsmart. Ever. I typically just go in and grab what I need and I’m out. However this particular Petsmart is awesome, and I actually want to stay and look around a bit. The store is clean and the layout is perfect and everything is easy to find. The staff is friendly, and more importantly they are actually quite knowledgeable. Ms. Marcy was helping me out recently and I can’t thank her enough. She brought to my attention some ingredients that were and weren’t in my dog’s dog food. I’ve owned dogs for many years, and I thought I knew everything that there was to know. Ms. Marcy actually taught me a couple new tricks. Keep up the good work!

The store is great. Everything is nice and tidy. The groomers however, can't seem to get it right. I've used them twice, both times I was overcharged and the groomer didn't cut as I wanted. The first time she was shaved almost bald. I figured I'd give them another shot. The second time, I asked for a teddy bear cut, instead I got a poodle cut. That looks horrible on my dog. I also asked for the glands to be expressed and it's obvious they didn't do that. I could have had a groomer come to my house cheaper than what I was charged. I will not be going back again. The grooming department gets a zero star from me.

Always liked this store, plus they had what I needed. A certain brand of wet cat food. Petco had the dry version only. This PetSmart had them both. Because of that, I go here, not the other company. For the record, both places are helpful. I'd rather not order online.
