Just Like the other bad reviews..they “banned” my non aggressive dog from grooming because he’s big basically. (They said he uses his weight against them) Since the moment we stepped into the appointment we knew something was coming bc of the groomer’s aggressive nature towards us and our dog. Putting complaints before even seeing my dog. Then she charged us for XL even though he’s right at the edge of the L. He’s still under 81lbs. I was already planning on not bringing him back due to her unprofessional behavior. Steer clear from here.

I did a walk in and even though no notice I was excepted with polite and inviting service with not much time left, I needed nail cut and buffing, I’ve never been so happy, this wad the best nail grooming ever TY

I ABSOLUTELY LOVE THIS PLACE! ❤️ Cat did an amazing job with my baby girl ❤️❤️ it was her first haircut ever and cat went above and beyond with my little girl ❤️ I will definitely come back for all my shih tzu’s needs here’s her before and after pictures ❤️

We have brought our dog here 4 times now and LOVE IT! They are so caring and friendly. This last time we brought our dog in, I notice when I got home her nails were still a bit longer than I would prefer. No worries. Called and ask if they would fix them and they were incredibly polite about the whole experience. Our groomer, Cat, immediately took our dog and fixed it with no hesitation. We love this groomer so much! Thanks Cat!

I love here close to Katy Mills Mall one, groomer are really love dogs and take care ofy babies. and I don't know what they use, smell really good. better than PetSmart ( I use both depends on schedule)

We decided to give Petco grooming a chance only to encounter the same issues others have complained about! My husband brought my puppy in for his 1st haircut appointment. He was calm. They refused to even try to service him leaving us with an ungroomed puppy on the day we are taking pictures. I am highly disappointed with their lack of service and do not recommend them for grooming at all.

I took my 9 week puppy Milky and let me tell you the staff are so wonderful! From the front desk to technician Angle. They kept me informed, care for my fur baby and great recommendations from the doctor. I would highly recommend. I had several vet I wanted to go too but I am glad I choose this place. They sure love doing there job! Thank you to everyone there!

I came in to get my German Shepard groomed he’s very calm and non aggressive the girl in check in was wearing headphones and refused service because he was old and big and because it was a “Saturday”. I called the manager to tell him I had an appointment and got rejected he then said he couldn’t do anything about it, and the girl lied saying my dog was aggressive. This is by far the worst and most unprofessional place I’ve been in, If you have a big dog don’t go in they will reject you.

DO NOT GO HERE. I scheduled an appointment online and when I got there they made me reschedule to a different date due to my dog not being able to be in a kennel. Go to our second appt, after she’s been there for 45 minutes they call and tell me they can’t do services for her because of her anxiety medication, solely because she’s on medication. So you’re telling me I made two trips for no reason only for them to say they couldn’t do it and my dog was there for 45 minutes doing nothing. Such a waste of time and stress bringing my dog there both times. Absolutely unacceptable and overall poor communication and organization.

Very unprofessional! I never been to a Petco that provided service like this. My dog is very clam, never had any grooming issues with other places. But this place keeps on saying “your dog is not cooperating well, we can’t groom him” ….Just because we moved and this Petco is close to our house. Not recommended this Petco at all

DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME.I went to take my two dogs in for grooming services. One dog was immediately turned away for a possible ear infection; "one ear is red and there is heat coming from it". The other girl at the desk claimed there was an odor coming from his ear that she apparently smelled through her mask from 10 feet away. Upon further inspection of my dog's ear; no redness, heat or odor was to be found.5 minutes later they call me to tell me that my other dog was unable to be tended to for growling at the groomer as she was taken out of the kennel. I've had both dogs groomed by others at least once a month for the last 7 years and no one has ever mentioned a problem. I agree with the other reviewer when they said they'll look for the easy way out of work.

First time I took my schnauzer I was called and told they had to shave his legs all the way due to knots instead of brushing them out. I said ok. They ended up saving so close to genital area it irritated my dog for a week really bad. I TOOK him again and then told immediately that they had to shave his whole beard out because he had two small knots that I brushed out in two minutes at home. They are lazy and only look for the easy way out. Never taking him again there. They said it was policy to shave it off and not brush it out. Have you ever seem a beardless schauzer cut dog? 😑 in summary, Terrible experience twice in a row is a definite red flag and the customer service was non empathetic.

Friendliest staff ever!!We literally walked in minutes before closing with staff standing my the door all ready to close. We quickly got our 1 essential item for our pup that we were there for and they were still very friendly and informative. Cashier was even making conversation and made us feel welcomed. Took my 3 dogs in in September 2021. Waited 1/2 hour to get dogs in. Returned to pick up dogs and was given 3 wormer medicines to administer at home. 3 of my dogs 10 toenails were trimmed. I can't remember for sure but either 2 or 3 dogs came home with fecal test. The office could not do them. I called in the last week to have a prescription of Bravecto called in. Two calls no response. Mobile vet is so much better than this.
