This store is so lovely and very tidy. Employee, Kaitlyn was extremely kind to me and made sure I felt welcomed and found everything I was looking for. She’s awesome! 5 stars and when I need to buy more parrot food, I will definitely come back here! Also the cats here are adorable and I am going to make sure all my friends come here!!

I recently had an issue with my 10 month old boxers food. I went in, and the whole staff was amazing! Taylor listened to my issues, and was not only understanding, but VERY knowledgeable with pet food diet and nutrition. She was able to offer me suggestions for my sensitive stomach boxer and able to back it up by her education on the matter. I fully trusted her, and switched my boxers food and she LOVES it!! Thank you Taylor and Pet Supplies Plus for your amazing customer service, your knowledge and your care for our fur babies!

I have used Pet Supplies Plus Katy West for many years for grooming and pet supplies. They have awesome grooming services from the grooming task itself to making the dogs feel comfortable. Whether it be my small, neurotic Yorkie, Jack, or my old, sensitive German Shepherd, Georgia, my dogs definitely come home happier than when they arrived.

Wow! Just WOW! The service at this location was arguably impeccable! This one employee girl with long brown hair helped me the second i walked in the door, and directed me to the cat litter section, and even helped me narrow down my options. She even told me that their litter is cheaper than pet smart’s 🐈.Overall, the store was very clean and I did notice that there were few, if any, dead fish in the tanks, which isn’t the norm from what i’ve seen at other stores. For example, at petsmart, the tanks were outright rampant with aquatic death and suffering (not to mention the odor).The initial employee who helped me also helped me check out and signed me up for the rewards system, which was very easy!WOULD RECOMMEND⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Excellent selection and great service! They even had some specialty items like gentle leader I did not expect them to have. Quickly greeted and very helpful with selection and again during checkout. Not a typical chain pet store. Definitely going back.

Was in a huge hurry and needed to get temporary cat litter box for my injured fur baby. Tina guided me to every single thing I needed and helped me pick out the best products for my needs. I was in and out within 10 minutes. She was so helpful, what great customer service. Would highly recommend and will return.

This is the best animal supplies company I have ever been too. It is a local family owned business where you will frequently see the owner, his wife and their daughter working. They really take the time to address your animals needs and give excellent recommendations. They have options for all budgets and they are extremely customer friendly.I get my what used to be $90 bag of dog food here for $70. What a great savings. Plus they always have extra deals going on and they love to see animals in their store. It's never a problem.

This store has an abundance of dog food and other pet supplies. It has refrigerated food as well as dry and specialty foods. I have never seen such a store before. I loved it. I highly recommend stopping by and just wandering about. I think you will be surprised at what you find. This was the only place to get what we needed.

Love this place. They have the best prices for pet food and everything you need. Make sure to look on the back of your HEB and Kroger receipts for a coupon. They always give your pups a treat when you bring them in. My favorite pet store!

I usually will go to the one out in Cypress, but we were already out in Katy so I stopped at this one to see what they had. We were looking for small animals and maybe reptiles. The store does not have a lot of selection of animals,. There are plenty of fish, plenty of supplies, dog wash. The workers seem friendly enough, it just wasn't enough small animals for what I was looking for for my children to select from. A star-like this is helpful if there's nothing else around, but their prices are slightly higher than I would say, PetSmart.

This is the nicest pet store I have been to. The staff is really helpful, but won’t badger you if you decline. The groomers are highly skilled, my dog is always happy and clean! Never once had a negative experience and my dog has been groomed here at least 10 times, and this is the only place I buy his supplies from. Also, their brand of dog food is great quality and my vet approves! I get the Redford Naturals Lamb food for my dog, for reference.

Fish with internal parasites (CALLAMANUS WORMS) in this shop, i DO NOT recommend to buy fish in this shop( see video). You can see worms partially out in the water at the fish annus. I found at least 2 guppies in this condition, it the last part , when worms and too large that dont fit inside of the fish. I have reported this concern a month ago to the fish keepers but it seems that there are other more important priorities. I have spoken with the manager today , she was not aware of the problems she thank me to let her know and she said that she will start treatment today. I mentioned that they need to isolated immediatelly because it is bery contagious worm lay many eggs. She mentioned hat they do not have a quarentine tanks and they can not just treat one tank because filtration system works for all tanks. I purchase our first fish tank for my son a 10 gal tank also 3 guppies and 4 cherry barbs. All 3 guppies died a month later i guess worms were too big. I was able to treat cherry barbs and put them in a quarentibe tank, they last several month but eventually that worm was big and out of the annus again like in the shop video, they all eventually die too ( see picture cherry barb attached). Medication (FENBENDAZOLE) for treating CALLAMANUS WORMS is not found in any pet shop because it is very resistant parasite.Quarentine tank is a very good practice for new fish in a house or a shop, it takes more time to have them available in the main aquarium but save a lots of problems in costs and fish life at the end.I hope Pet Supplier Plus managment create procedures to ensure fish in quarentine prior put on the tanks for the public so we can be confident that our pet will survive. I believe it should only blame the fish wholeseller to provide sick fish , but action can be take to keep fish in good health for the pet lovers.

The facility was really cool, they have a great selection of pet supplies and the staff was really helpful and friendly. The animals inside were in properly-sized enclosures and seemed clean, happy, and well taken care of. The staff was very knowledgeable about the care of the animals. If I lived closer I’d only shop here! Absolutely will return as soon as possible!

I wanted to type a review to highlight a few golden employees there that went above, above and beyond. The two main employees are Zachary and Hannah. My Mom did me a favor by going into this location to purchase my dog's food (both dogs eat different food) and she's new to the dog food world as she only has cats, so it was a challenge for her to search and find the EXACT food that they eat. My Mom Facetimed me to make sure that everything was correct, and Zachary even helped by going and making sure that he grabbed those large heavy bags for her. When it came to using coupons, that was a bigger challenge lol. I had asked to speak to him, because we had a few coupons we could use to help save us money, which in animal rescue is a MAJOR thing. Zachary got on the Facetime call with me and helped me figure out the coupon situation. He was extremely patient with both my mom, and myself, as this was not an easy, small, or inexpensive shopping trip. We ended up saving money, all of our animals got what they needed, and the team made it as stress free as possible. Fast forward a few weeks later and both my mom and I went to this location again to make another expensive shopping trip, and Zachary was there at the register with a smile, offering help. I am glad to see that Zachary is always standing there with a smile on his face ready to help each and every customer. He definitely provides a warm welcome into the store, and helps set a wonderful atmosphere. Hannah also assisted him during the first visit and even though I didn't speak with her directly I wanted to mention her in this review as well. Taylor, who is the store manager, has done a wonderful job hiring the best people for her team. This store is successful due to the positive shopping experience you receive when you visit. It's this type of business that pulls me away from others like PetSmart, and Petco that are larger corporate owned stores who typically have higher prices, and don't sell the specialty brands. This is why I have been a loyal Pet Supplies Plus customer. They offer so much more than your typical pet supplies retailers.Lastly, give Zachary a promotion PLEASE. He is exactly the kind of person that deserves it. He is patient, kind, helpful, cheerful, and seems so humble about what he does. You can tell he cares about his customers, and their pets. It's challenging to find those kind of people that want to work.

The process of ordering to having the items arrive on your doorstep later that day is incredibly easy. This method beats the subscription service I used for years previously. What I like best is getting the food when we need it, not a week early, not a week late. Because I can order for same day or next delivery, no more guess work. Glad I found this!!Also, everyone that works at this store is super nice. The few times I have gone in for odds and ends (letting my kids pick out hamster toys?!) we are greeted, offered help if we need it, and friendly checkout. This is a great place with the small, local feel.
