Great selection of products compared to other Pet Supplies Plus stores I’ve been to. I will have to say they need to fix their return process on their registers. I decided to return an unopened bag of dog food. Instead of getting a refund, I ended up getting a charge on my card for refund amount. I had come back the next day to get my refunds settled for the two bags I was charged for. Nicole was very prompt on fixing the issue and apologized for the mistake. Make sure you check your receipt if you’re making a return before leaving the store.

I typically like the layout and the items of the store, but I will say that it is very expensive. I’m not sure if this is a small business which has expanded, or if it is a big business with multiple locations all over America or multiple states, but the way that they pay their employees is horrendous. I don’t know if things have changed, and I doubt they have but they just a couple of years agounderpaid my friend for the work that he was doing and overpaid someone else in a very racist manner. They ended up basically kicking him out with the behaviors and honestly it’s best if I just shop other places because I know that history. It could’ve been a manager or someone completely uninvolved with the company, but it was inappropriate. As always, much love from Houston and the universe.

Very clean and spacious store. They have wide range of treats and dog foods from high quality brands.There is also dog grooming/dental clean/ dog bath ($10/each).Staffs are very welcoming and helpful while we shop. This will definitely be my go to pet store from now on.

The sales crew are friendly and helpful. The groomers are wonderful, especially Kelly, who takes special care with our older dogs. They love her and it is obvious she lives what she does. This store is outstanding.

Store is always clean and well merchandised. Staff is always pleasant and helpful. Large variety of dog and cat food and supplies. Competitive pricing. Used their curbside pickup service and it went flawlessly. Had correct items well packaged along with a thank you note for making a purchase. Once I checked in it took less than a minute to bring out our pet supplies.Home delivery service is on time with the correct order too.Whether you buy online, instore, delivery or curbside everything should go smoothly. Friendly and accommodating staff and service.

Very clean store. Friendly staff and nice location. I was in search for something and found it there. My only complaint is the product I was interested in, seemed to be of lower quality and the price didnt match accordingly. My experience wasnt bad at all hence the 4 star review. They had no line, staff eager to help and an overall great vibe. They had a HUGE selection and I would go here over a big name store anyday... and plan to. Aquariums were clean, fish were happy and well monitored. The fish accessory department was insane. They have everything... Lastly, I met two handsome gentlemen while I was there. One named Sir Charles if my memory serves me correct. A pushed-in face handsome blue eyed baby ready for adoption. Check this store out even if you dont buy anything that day. You'll be back! They had my product when other stores did not. When I arrived, one of the employees walked me to the aisle and carried the bag of food to the register. After paying, the young man running the register walked the bag of food to my car for me. Excellent service!

Came here to buy dog food because they were out of stock at my usual store. I really liked the help outside and close parking. I even made friends with a cute little kitten that was by itself while shopping.

AMAZING ... We had our grooming day for dash and blossom our yorkies and when we picked them up we wanted a recut ..Becuase dash hair was just a little to long . When sherie went back to ask Sarah stepped in and set another appt for this past tuesday without any problems . We decided to change it to a new look and a very short summer cut and like majic she made it happen . "Sarah is the best Groomer ever"! Thanks a Million Pete & Sherie

We went here for the first time specifically because they are open later than Petco. We buy Tiki cat or Weruva brand food for our cats and we can usually only find it at Petco, but they do have it here!The prices were very reasonable and the store was clean. The employees were friendly and helped us create a loyalty account. The cashier was also nice enough to let us know there is another location a little bit closer to our house for our convenience.They do not require masks inside and not all employees were wearing masks/wearing them correctly.Was this review helpful or informative to you? Took my Doberman to get his nails trimmed here as a walk in. There was a young woman there who greeted us and did the trim and she was very professional and nice ! I was very happy when this place opened. I wasn’t familiar with it but have been pleased with each visit. It’s convenient and has very competitive prices. Some items are actually cheaper than Wal-Mart and Amazon. The store brand puppy pads are better than many of the National Brands I’ve purchased. I have also used the grooming department and they did a great job

Friendly people. I used the dog bath for the first time and loved it. For $10 you get shampoo, conditioner, a rubber apron, towels, a blow-dryer and the sink is on a raised platform so you don't break your back. I loved it! 10/10 will go again!

My furkids love Pets Supplies Plus! The grooming department always takes spectacular care of them and we utilize the self wash dog station often.High quality food and treats available. Our girls highly recommend the duck feet.

Today we took my six month old Spoo to this place for grooming. My husband hadn’t even made it home (10 minute drive) before they called us because their groomer fell ill. They were unapologetic. After 6 months of purchasing pet food & supplies we will not be back! Do not use this place their customer service is terrible!

I had been in a week earlier with a discount coupon, which I used on a purchase. I didn't realize until later that the 10% discount wasn't applied. When I pointed it out, I was told I had to drive all the way back over there to get the credit on my credit card. Seems crazy to me. I'm guessing if I had owed them, I wouldn't have had to drive back. 😂 Funny thing, their solution was to return the whole purchase as a credit to my card, just from my receipt, then repurchase everything, giving me the discount. Just as the credit went through, a storm hit, the power went off, and the computers went down. I laughed and said, "Well, I have my credit, the cat food is at home, and you can't figure out how much I owe you. Now what?" No, I didn't leave!! The power came back on, and it all worked out. Everyone was laughing.They're really nice. Everyone makes mistakes. But if you go to ANY store and use a coupon, make sure it gets applied.

I appreciate their extensive selection of pet products and the knowledge of their staff. It's in a location that is easy to access and has investment in the local community. While I can appreciate a big box pets store, I appreciate Pet Supplies Plus even more. I don't feel a need to go to the competition. This ship handles all of our needs for our pet cat, and then some.

We’ve really enjoyed having this store so close. Our most recent experience with the grooming team was perfect. My puppy loved the ladies and they were great with her. I also love the bulk dog treat section, as well as their dog toys and chew bar too. Durables chews or bones of all kinds! It has a little of everything and the staff has always been so kind.
