So, I went into the store a couple of days ago to buy a rabbit. There was a young lady and an older white male. The young lady was nice but one thing that I did not like about the male. He was literally talking us out of buying the rabbit. Worst experience telling me how they die all the time from kids and they don't like loud noises. etc the whole conversation was negative. I felt like he heard me say I am a mother of 5 and was like oh no and tried to talk me out of buying for whatever reason. Showing me other pets when I specifically came for the Bunny. I finally said like do you not want me to buy it. He was informational but it seemed like he did not want my family to have the bunny like he was prejudging. Telling me how he always gets a call 3 days later saying the bunny is dead because people don't listen. Long story short the bunny does well with my children and is not affected or a little startled by loud noises. The bunny is the total opposite he told us not to even hold him for 3 months. I wouldn't recommend help from him again!!!!!

We just happened into this place and were glad we did. We spent over 300 on a dragon, two tree 🐸 s and cages and supplies. Andrea was friendly and knowledgeable. Our frog died within a month, but was healthy when we initially bought him, I believe. The store was clean and nice and they helped load the car. We spent about an hour there and plan to return. They gave great tips and information about our animals and taking care of them. There dragon is a great pet and very sweet. We will return.

Store is very clean and well merchandised. Great selection of dog and cat food. Typical selection of freshwater fish but the aquarium selection needs work.Typical selection of reptiles, a handful of normal ball pythons and leopard geckos. They do have frozen and live mice and rat feeders for snakes! Very nice!!The staff is amazing. Very knowledgeable and friendly! They do not have a groomer or vet in the store. Some may find that a little disappointing But you can wash your own dog, or cat maybe, for $10. Pretty cool!

Came today and got a hamster with Emily & Lola. Customer service and knowledge base was SUPERBand they made my whole family happy and the process was easy. They taught us everything we needed to know and we felt optimistic going home. Thanks agai. Emily and Lola! We appreciate it!!!

Stay away!Went to this place to buy a fish and left the store with nothing.Terrible staff. As we never had a fish I came here expecting guidance on how to create the fish we were going to buy. Nobody knew anything about the fish, how to treat it, how to handle it, how to feed it. The guy was literally looking on google to explain to me.Then we decided to buy the fish my daughter liked and go buy the supplies somewhere else but the lady told us: “You can do that but this fish is going to die.”I will never be back here again!

It's new, it's clean, the workers are very friendly. But , for some reason I walked in, walked all around the store and just walked out. I didn't see anything eye catching and I didn't recognize a lot of the brands in the store.

Worst dog wash ever! No water pressure and card board, stiff towels! 2 of 3 tubs did not drain due to dog hair. Had to clean myself since the 2 ladies working did not seem to care! Don’t waste your money!

I cannot recommend this place because you probably won't find what you need. They do not carry the top selling power filters (Fluval Aquaclears) nor the filter media for them. Aquarium plant stock is severely limited. They do not have backgrounds or submersible thermometers. You would be hard pressed to make a nice 25g tank with top of the line equipment here.As for canine supplies; once again, very limited.Overall, stock is EXTREMELY LIMITED to low to mid-high range equipment. The prices are also not very competitive.Would not recommend as you will waste gas. Go to either: Pet supplies plus, Petco, or PetSmart.

Went here on a whim to grab my dogs good Maverick dog food.Ended up spending time with some awesome ferrets and almost took them home with me. Will go back for the friendly service and neat pets.

Grumpy owner, useless staff (those in weekdays are friendly and helpful, but those in weekends are horrible). Very limited choices for aquarium plants and the quality isn't great. Also bought 5 neon tetras but I found 2 died as soon as I got home. Nothing can be worse than this.

They did not have what I went in for (grooming services) but what they did have is enthusiastic and fantastic. Max would've rated them but he doesnt have thumbs. So he posed with them, instead.

The sales lady was simply amazing! I came in with my 11 month old son and she was so thoughtful, helping me with suggestions and bringing my purchases to the counter while my son watched the fishes. Excellent service that you don't see very often anymore, very refreshing. She even offered to bring my purchases to the car for me! The store was clean and had everything I needed for my puppy. Definitely will be going back!

Best pet store EVER!!! Robert and his staff are always friendly and helpful. Our furry babies love going to visit them and we won't go anywhere else ❤️ Best employees, best prices, best selection hands down!! I will never set foot in a Petsmart or Petco again.

Great selection of toys and very helpful staff. My dog chews things to a pulp quickly, and they showed me some great options. A week later they're still intact which means they will last at least a month, and that's great for him. There's lots of other stuff here including different brands I haven't found anywhere else, and I would recommend anyone with any other pet try it out.

We came here to bathe our dog and they had everything we needed; shampoos, drying towels, high pressure blowers. It was a great experience and for the price it wasn't all that bad at all. Overall the prices and friendliness of the staff was totally worth it. Will definitely be coming here from now on.

This is by far the cleanest, well maintained, and organized pet shop I have ever been to. What amazes me most is the fact that all the pets they have there are lively and full of energy and healthy too. The employees there all seem to care a great deal about the pets and they invest a lot of time into their well being. Bought my first bird there and will definitely be coming back for more pet needs!!

Melissa, super informative - the entire staff really is.Provided us with literature for the kids since this was their first pet responsibility -- Max offered immediately to help with items to the car while balancing helping additional customers, and Robert on the way out the store checked on our experience as he was coming back from lunch and reiterated the importance of following the instructions to the kids.Lovely little space. 🐾

My first time walking into that store, large selection of pet pillows and bowls was a plus. I had my items on the counter waiting 1st, the employee rang out someone else before me 😡 a guy came over to ring me up (didn't get his name) he was very helpful and informational. Overall the store was awesome employee needs to learn a little bit more about common courtesy

We really like this place but be aware they require kids over 2 to have masks now. Good luck with that rule when the official order is over 10. They lost about $200 dollars of business from us today. Will also start buying our dog food elsewhere as well. There is already very little conclusive evidence that anything less than an N95 mask does anything, and even less evidence that kids need to wear masks. Whoever wrote this rule has clearly never tried to get a 3 or 4 year old to keep anything on their face.

Terrific place for pets! They have livestock in good shape. No dead fish in the tanks. The Ferrets are well taken care of. The lizards and snakes were in good shape. Great selection of pet foods, both raw and kibble. Great presentation. They had Stella and Chewys for dogs but oddly enough NOT for Cats. The staff were very attentive. Overall great place except for the Stella and Chewys issue regarding no Cat representation.

Love this place! It's like your old fashioned pet store. Prices are better than the other usual chain pet stores. Everything I usually buy at the one other ones were less expensive here. Very friendly staff! I got to play with bunnies kittens ferrets and birds!

I come here almost every week to pick up dog food, and the staff is so friendly and helpful it always puts a smile on my face. They are very knowledgeable and eager to answer any questions you might have. They also have a great selection of premium dog foods and a great incentive program.

Unfortunately I did not have a good experience here, nobody greeted or acknowledged me when I walked in, it made me feel out of place, like I didn’t belong there or something. Another set of people walked in were helped right away, but not me. I had never been there before so I was expecting someone to say something, but they just looked at me, (like they never seen a cute black girl with curly hair), I even went closer to the crowd of workers that were standing around to see if somebody would ask me something!! But no, so I bought my dog some food and I left.I hope they see this because I do feel some type of way and I hope that this doesn’t happens to anybody else again
