I came here for inspection. It's more expensive than most of the places with no extra benefit. One of my wipers' rubber was lost, so they failed my inspection. I had gone to other places where they let u know about these superficial things in the beginning so u can change them and come back, but here they didn't do that. Then I had to come back 2 days to get it fixed. 1st , they told me I had to wait 1 hour to update the inspection, so I left and had to come back the next day. It was a big inconvenience.

I bought a life time alignment with this store. The first time the alignment was done correctly, with the right reference values for a CLA250.Yesterday I brought in my car to do an alignment and when I went to pick it up I was told they were not able to achieve the reference values.Once home I compared the new alignment to the one they did last year and realized the reference values used were different. Looking a the paperwork more carefully I realized this time they had picked the reference values for the CLA450 AMG.Today I went back and explained to the assistant manager that they had used the reference value for the wrong type of vehicle. The assistant manager replied that she was not knowledgeable on this and that I had to speak with the mechanic.The feedback from the mechanic is that he does not pick the model and make of the vehicle or even check these are right, he just scans the VIN and the computer provides the reference values to be used. And the reason why the reference were different is that they had changed their system in the meanwhile (?!?).I asked the mechanic if he could re-do the alignment using the reference values from last year and he refused stating that he is a mechanics and know what he is doing. And if I think he is wrong then I shouldn't let him work on my car.I spoke again with the assistant manager that suggest to try to find another location that still had the old system with the reference values I wanted (?!?).I left the car at the shop again an wrote down the alignment reference values to use, let's see what they do now.In short doesn't buy any packages from this business they do an ok job the first time to get paid and then after that they don't care if what they do is right. Or even if they let a vehicle roll out that is unsafe to drive...

Quick, fair evaluation of problem with my car. Was not as bad as I was imagining it to be. In and out the same day. The store manager kept in constant contact to notify me of my car repairs. She stayed late after the workers had left so I could pick up my car even though it was ready several hours earlier. This is why I keep coming back to this Pep Boys location. They are professional, friendly, and honest. Thank you!

I can not expirees how disappointed I was with the manager of this location. I came for a tire change and was told that they only had 3 of the tires I wanted in stock. So to save time I went ahead and upgraded for a different model. After waiting 2 hours the manager told me that had to go to another location to get one tire because of the more expensive tires they only had 3 in stock. So I spent more money and still had to wait the same amount of time. It was a bold face lie that they had the 4 more expensive tires in stock. Until this manger is changed NEVER go to this location. Pep Boys needs to make that change immediately. While I was waiting another gentleman left due to the manager lying to him also saying that a technician could start work on his car immediately and it sat for 2 hours before he left.

The location by my house closed so i decided to go to this store . Overall an Amazing experience , both the manager and the lady that assisted us were super helpful. They did not pressure us into anything , they offered all the options they had , and respected the route we wanted to take . Will 100 peecent be coming here again .

The attendant was extremely annoyed and rude. I came in on a different day and the front desk told me it would be 1.5 - 2 hours, but I could make an appointment and it would be 30 - 45 min. I made an appt for the following week, came in and they told me it would be 1.5 - 2 hours. I stated I had an appt, but they said someone came in before me. They had no idea what I was coming in for and was overall rude.

My first time going here was yesterday and might I say, I was NOT impressed.Usually places add a little air in your tire and refill your liquids when you get an oil change, but here at pep, they don’t do that. They also leave the paper foot mat in your car instead of taking it out, like?, it’s not that hard to pick up something once you’re finished using it.Also, Usually places do a courtesy check to make sure nothing is wrong with your vehicle and if there is, they will tell you after check out to see if you want to get anything fixed or at LEAST schedule an appointment to get it fixed, but they don’t do that here and if you ask they say “ that’s an extra $70”, like are y’all down that bad on money to do a courtesy check like what most car mechanics do. Pep is just lazy in my opinion and the only reason I went was because there was a 25% discount on all oil changing services…. I don’t mind going back to jiffy lube because at least I know I’m getting full satisfactory work AND I can stay in my car while they do the service. I would NOT recommend PEP for ANY service.The one off fry road is not a good location store code 1884, I believe. Steer clear unless you’re desperate. I hope they fix their protocols and laziness soon.

Communication with Jeremy was excellent both in written explanation of costs and how the work is proceeding. Salvador did an excellent job as brakes appear to be working fine and no squeals, etc.

I normally post 2 or 3 days after, I pick up car. I drive around to make sure all is fine. My Pep Boys location has a great team, never had to go back till it was time

If you’re big on customer service don’t even think about going in to this location. I called around 06:30 pm on a Friday and Mike answered the phone and was very helpful explaining prices and different types of tire brands they had. He told me I could come in that same day to get the tires replaced. As soon as I got off the phone with him, I drove there. I walked in and there was an employee sitting down on his phone and he didn’t even noticed when I walked in and didn’t look up to greet me or anything. I gave it like a minute to see if he had seen me walked in , but he obviously was stuck on his phone. I then said hello and he just said hello back didn’t even asked how can I help you or anything. I told him that I had called and they said I could come in to get my tires replaced and he was extremely rude and said we don’t have time for it today we won’t be able to get to it today. I then told him that I had called and they said that they did had time for it and he just said that the guy working on the cars still had like four cars to do. He didn’t even apologize or anything, had a very serious face and looked annoyed he just wanted me out of there. I was about to walk in when he said he could set me up an appointment for the next day, so I said yes. He then asked for all my information and I gave it to him. I believe this guys name is Jeremy and like I said he’s very rude and doesn’t have any type of customer service. I didn’t show up to my appointment because of this guy. I decided to go to another pep boys location and my experience was wonderful overthere. I recommend the North Fry location, the guy at the front is wonderful, his name is Miguel.

Today was my first attempt at using Pep Boys and it was a bad experience. I ended up leaving before having any work done and I will never choose this company again.I made an appointment for 9am for the 120 point inspection. This company is not close to my house, so I had to drive for 30 mins to get there. When I did get there, the person checking me in was in no hurry whatsoever. It took 10 minutes of check in before he told me that the wait would be THREE HOURS. I called prior to making this appointment and asked how long the wait would be and was told 1 to 1 & 1/2 hours, which is acceptable. I was not interested in waiting there for 3 hours! There are many other places closer to my home that I can go to if I need someone to pick me up and bring me back. This was a major inconvenience.Additionally, when I stated that the waiting room was not a place someone can sit for 3 hours, I was simply told that there is a coffee shop next door. I was planning to go and wait there for the 1 hour I was told. It's not acceptable to have to go and sit in a coffee shop for 3 hours because the facility is so poor. I also told the person checking in how I called before making an appointment and was told something entirely different. His response was that it must've been the guy down the street and that guy doesn't care what he tells people?! Not a single attempt an apology whatsoever. I could tell that this shop didn't care at all about my business, so I left. I would never go here again and frankly I'm disgusted.Edited to add: I sent an email and was told this would be investigated and I would contacted and I never was. Meanwhile, we went to Christian Brothers and spent $2300 in work, upgrades and new tires. Much better experience elsewhere.

Pep boys has become pricey over the years but one thing I have never experienced is a lack of customer service. I believe it’s the culture where employees always go above and beyond to make sure the customer is satisfied. Even though they are pricey they always try their best to give the customers the best price. Good job to Ms.Tranesia and her staff . Keep up the good work!

Replace my car battery, with the kindly help from Jojo, I decided to go chose AGM battery with is best for my car with 4 years warranty. Unfortunately, there is only 1 AGM battery left at this store, and when installed, it was infected; so she actively asked other staff go to another store to get another AGM battery. I am very pleased with the way they serve customer. Thank you Jojo and Andrew, you guys rock!

I need a 2 front tires and an alignment.I got there at 12:15, and the lady behind. The counter said all the texts we're out to lunch. Including the Manager they would not be back for 45 minutes. When the Techs got back, he tried putting new tires on the rear. Which I wanted on the front because they were wore out.And then he only checked Torque 3 lug nuts per wheel.

Everyone there is so nice and helpful. They take the time to explain everything to you. I sent you a text to keep you updated on what's going on with your vehicle and I love that and it also text you when it's ready.. And the manager there is so nice very funny Thank you so much for always taking care of me when I come in.

TLDR: Don't get Cooper tires and don't buy the road hazard warranty. It's a scam.Below average tire shop. Bought Cooper tires from here and bought the 65000 mile prorated road hazard warranty (RHW) for $30 per tire. Used it once. At 22000 miles on the tire, one was unrepairable. They gave me $112 off the price of the tire and the charged $57 to mount it. Charged me for RHW again. Came out to $140 with warranty discount. Today, I went to the shop after another tire failed at 50000 miles. They told me that the warranty was based of tread depth and would only discount me $15 off a new tire. Logically, a 65000 mile prorated warranty should be based on mileage, not premature tread wear. In fact, I thought premature wear was covered. Should be $42 discount based on the "65000 mile prorated warranty" verbage.To make matters worse, on the original tire change, I asked that they give me one of the tires to use as a full size spare. Never got around to getting the rim, but kept in the garage. After my tire went out, I grabbed the tire they gave me to take it to them to get it remounted. While wheeling it to the car, I notice it had a hole in it. Took it to them, explained what happened. They repaired the tire for free and did a great job. Thus the two stars.However, the RHW can only be applied to another tire, and the Cooper tire I got is discontinued (SUPRISE!). Can't apply it to mounting my tire to the rim. Spent $150 on RHW and it paid out $112. It's a scam.
