Do NOT waste your money grooming here. We waited a month to get our appointment, because they assured us their groomer was very good & had “15 years of experience.” I can guarantee you that is not true! & looking at old reviews from years ago, that’s been their favorite line for a while now. We have taken her to cheaper places around town & have never, ever had anyone return our dog to us with that quality of cut. Not only did she ignore our one request to leave her ears & top head hair alone, (she returned her with a mullet essentially, exactly the opposite of our request), but her entire coat was so uneven & cut so poorly, we assumed they let an intern practice on our Imperial Shitszu. It honestly looked like they skipped some parts & then run the clippers the opposite way ?? I honestly am not that picky of a customer, but it was so bad our neighbors immediately asked upon seeing her if we had decided to cut her ourselves! Needless to say, there is no experienced groomer there. I obviously called & asked to speak to the owner, which is when I spoke to Patsy.. she asked us to bring her back in & assured me of their groomers experience & that they would even her coat out. I brought her back & was greeted by Patsy & the groomer with such utter pettiness & insincerity that it was honestly disheartening & made us super uncomfortable leaving our dog, so much so that we stayed in the store & refused to leave while they “fixed” her up. Not that it took long, in five minutes they were both back & handed me my dog, wet & looking exactly the same. Regardless, very unprofessional & I recommend Bubbles grooming any day over this place. I will provide photos of their “15 year experience”. The last picture is of her outside is RIGHT before her appointment.

We love coming here to buy dog treats! They have a huge selection of dog chews, dehydrated raw snacks, and biscuits. We always grab one of the bone-shaped beef hide chews, which lasts our dog a long time. Last time, we tried out one of the freeze-dried nuggets to use as a topper in our dog's food (we just crumble it with our hands or a fork) and she's still not bored of it yet!The employees here are also so nice and always ask us if we need help. Our dog is very picky, so they even let her sample some of the biscuits to see which ones she liked before we purchased them.

Great associates and absolutely the best groomers. Mandy has kept my mini schnauzers absolutely gorgeous for years. People stop me frequently when my mini and I are in the community and ask who grooms him.

Amanda is one of the groomers at Patsy’s Pet Market. She is fantastic! We have three Shelties and we drive 40 min to drop my dogs off. She truly cares about your pets! And she will explain any issues she sees while she is grooming. I trust my dogs with her, and they are my babies!

Staff is super helpful and knowledgeable! They were able to recommend a great (also thankfully durable) toy for my kitten who lives to shred everything as well as some nutrition recommendations for my mom's senior pups. Great shop if you're looking for something very specific or simply want to know the item you're buying for your pet is made well, well-liked, and high quality.

We are new puppy parents, although we've had cats for several years. We want to give our special needs rescue pup a healthy lifestyle so we opted for shopping local small business/boutique stores instead of big box. We were immediately greeted by a young woman (not the owner) who turned out to be extremely knowledgeable about all things cat & dog! We were so impressed by the variety of natural items available and the fresh baked pet goods set up at the entrance, I mean, baked goods for animals!?!?! We are new to this. It really was like a pet oasis! So cozy and inviting... We can't wait to meet Pasty, and we are going to try the groomer (if it's affordable). More updates to come....

Great place for natural treats, chews and food. Very friendly and helpful when you have questions about care for your pet. I got these elk antlers and that's the only thing that has lasted over a week because my dog is an extreme chewer! He loves these and I love that it doesn't upset his tummy.

Love Patsy's! They offer tons of healthy food options for your pup and tons of cute doggie toys, accessories and treats. I like how attentive the staff is and how knowledgeable they are in regards of dog food. They have 2 types of treat bars and super cute cookies.Looking for birthday pup cakes? My first visit couldn't have gone any better!! I came in hoping to find something to help my pitbull's upset stomach and the staff was incredibly helpful and taught me so much! My dog LOVES his new food and toy. I will absolutely come back for any of my pet food/supplies needs!

I went on a Saturday, there were three or four employees in the store. I was the only customer at the time. The employees are there to talk to each other about personal matters they are not there to help or sell anything to customers. I was spoken to and teated very rudely. It took over 30 minutes to check out two small items in a store with three or four employees and not another customer. All the employees were rude. I don't get it. The products they sell are cheaper online and you get next-day delivery and no rudeness. I will not be going back there under any circumstances.

Great local shop for the best quality goods. I come here for my fur baby because she has very sensitive skin and they have a great food selection for her needs. She loves the treats here and the goats milk too! The staff is so friendly and welcoming and they are so involved with the community! Check out their Facebook for events and doggy walk days! I've taken my girl for a spa day and I think I was the nervous one leaving her. She had fun and the girl that does this service is so good with dogs! I love this market and even though I'm actually in the city I come here for what I need! Thank you Patsy!

I went today to this store. A neighbor recommend this place for my dog's treats because I am big on feeding my red nose natural products. WOW WOW WOW. I was very impressed. Ms Patsy is so nice and warm. She asked what type of dog I had and his age. She asked what I was looking for and I told her treats. She recommened several and gave a back story and tips on each. The store does not smell like a pet store. Everything is neatly deocrated and organized. This store will be my 1st go to pooch store from here on out. Her prices were reasonable. After getting home later today I check her website. She carries Orijen dog food and it is $4 cheaper than the place I have been going. This to me is like a Pet Boutique. You must try! (I'm the lady with the self love dress on)

The store was awesome. I was excited to call the groomer and they were nice until I was asking about prices. I'm a new dog owner and I needed a little guidance and instead I was met with rude, short tempered attitude and was hung up on. I would have gladly paid your fees and been a repeat customer had the service been better. Why would I trust this person with my puppy?Response:I was definitely hung up on and none of that was explained to me so I'm not sure how you're assuming what i would want. My puppy is very well behaved and doing awesome with socializing so thank you so much!

I can't believe I've never posted a review about this place as much as I love them! This is my absolute place to shop for my pet's food and treats. Their customer service is unequalled, they are extremely attentive and friendly! They go out of their way to make sure you are well taken care of. I will continue to shop here for as long as I have fur kids :) Thank you Patsy for all your wonderful advice and service!

They are always friendly, helpful , and always have unique high quality foods and treats. We take our dog there regularly to get groomed. When we come in the door they give our fur babies treats and love. They were the only place we could find the food we were looking for. Caution, the cookies may look like human cookies but they are not but my wife said they taste good. Lol. They also had a plate of cookies for us humans. ;-)

Been shopping here for a looong Time. Staff is always very helpful and willing to load our heavy items. Patsy is a fantastic resource for the best foods to support the Heath and wellness of our dogs and Kate. She also helped us problem solve a few irritable gut issues with our furry friends with a delicate gut and / or allergy issues. She has never steered us wrong!!!!!
