So I came today through the drive through. Ordered by food and when the girl asked me what I wanted to drink, I said one of those new Twix shakes. Some guy immediately hopped on the mic and said “that’s not a shake. You eat it with a spoon” in such a rude and demeaning tone. I said, “okay well, it’s in a cup and I didn’t know, so I’ll just get a shake then.” And then they got silent over the mic for like a few minutes and when I asked if they were there they ignored me. And when they finally responded and I drove up to the window, it was a super weird energy. The whole time the girl handed me my drink, she was laughing? And then when she handed me my food she looked at me and smirked, then laughed. I’d say you should retrain your stuff on manners and etiquette when being in the customer service industry. I didn’t appreciate how I was spoken to and their suspect behavior. Everything can easily be explained instead of speaking to someone like they’re an idiot. Really I hope they lose their positions or demoted because they made me feel uncomfortable like they spat in my food. Because why are laughing at me and looking at me like I’m a fool about to eat something you put in the bag while you’re handing me my food? One of the employees was London. I don’t know who the guy was.

Customer service is my main point here. So I will preface this by saying I had a screaming baby in the car which made things worse but still, so I went through the drive through, which was extremely busy, and they only had one lane open, and it was pretty busy, the didn't open the other lane (customer service) then when I got to the menu to order, I felt as if I was rushed and I couldn't hear the person on the other side (customer service) I placed my order, again with a screaming baby, and got to the window and the lady didn't even greet me or acknowledge my presence she just told me my order and asked for payment..I quickly handed her my card which she dropped on the floor and I picked up, handed it to her and she ran it and gave me my food, the whole process was excruciating and painfully slow. Do better, it's 8-830 and most people do eat dinner that late, if you're gonna be a fast food chain open that late, expect a rush at that time. I am not sure I'll be back, this experience was very disappointing and the food is average at best.

I expected the food to be good at Freddy's, but after sitting down I watched an employee pull out a frozen pumpkin pie and try to cut it with a pizza cutter on the bare counter. Once it was cut she used a slice and put it in a customers shake and left the pieces while doing other things. Someone else ordered another pp shake she used another slice a scooped up some of the crumble and popped it in that shake. Customers walked past that same counter to get things out the freezer it wasn’t covered she also was handed a tray and that transaction from customer to her was directly over the food. Disgusting. I know ff places aren’t A+ all the time but this was something else

First time Freddy customers here. Food tasted great! Meat on burgers is pretty thin but they do taste great. The custards are absolutely delicious!! The staff here are very friendly and attentative. We will defijitwly be back! Hands down BEST place for ice cream!!

Today I had a lunch date with my 5 year old granddaughter, she chose the spot. (12/02/23 @ 12:45)We were greeted as soon as we walked in verbally and with honest smiles.I read my GD her choices, one of the women let us know that they also had grilled cheese! Winner!We placed our order, they brought our food to us, came back to the table to be sure everything was good and to see if we needed anything. A bit later they came back to bus our table!We ordered custard (I’m sure the reason my GD chose Freddie's)The woman taking our order was smiling and engaging with my G.D.Great job to all,We are all so quick to point fingers and complain, I just wanted to point my finger at a job well done. I just wished I had gotten names.Kid-friendliness: Very friendly and accommodating to myself and granddaughter

The fries and steak tasted ok, but I couldn't believe how light and small the sandwich was. It was supposed to be a double stack, but those 2 steaks seemed absolutely like 1 and besides that, the bread was very light and I had asked for it to come with everything but it had very little of everything. First time here and last time even though the people seemed very nice and did offered good customer service on the other hand.

Love this place. Whenever we drive by on I10 we take a short detour over to Freddy's. I have been pleasantly surprised each time with actual courteous helpful service no matter who is working at the time! Some other Freddy's as well as other places do not have such great service as this one. And the frozen custard is the best flavor, even better than Culver's.

Updating..got a turtle sundae and almost broke my tooth on a pecan casing...just want to call attention bc I would hate for a child to choke on one..so eat with caution....Just opened but great service already! Came by today and was not disappointed!! Food was perfect, cashiers were pleasant...am so glad we have a closer location to home!!

Steakburger is real meat but the patties are very thin. The sauce was some sort of dressing and expected. Mayo-ish. Price was 10.00 so I didn't try the custard. No coke products available.

So I’ve been waiting since 10:15. They open at 10:30 it’s now 1040. They just open the doors but tell me I have to wait another 20 minutes for a custard. None of this makes sense.

Amazing food. I rated 2 stars because the past 2 times (several times before that) I ordered for carryout from the mobile app, I never get the correct food. This most recent time, the burger I got was $4 less than what I paid. They also make the custards before the food is ready, so by the time you get home, the custard is soft. I finally had to write the corporate office after speaking with the manager both times. Neither time did the manager offer any sort of compensation. I was told the order was right, and I should have returned it to the store for a replacement. Uhhh, what? So I need to drive back to the restaurant while my family either eats without me, or they wait for me to return and eat cold/warm food. Yes sir, I have learned my lesson. I'll go across the street to raising canes where I get the correct order every time. Granted it's not a burger, but it'll suffice. I was the first person to order this store. I was waiting outside the day of the grand opening. Every birthday in recent years is spent eating at a freddy's. I really hope they start to get things right. I won't stop eating here, but I won't go as often. I also hate the idea of checking my food before leaving the restaurant. But I guess that's what I'll have to start doing.UPDATE: changed to 5 stars. My last visit was spot on! Delicious.
