Went shopping at 5 below for inexpensive gift options that my children wanted to give to family members. Lots of choices; fun, cute, useful, thoughtful, and a wide selection of candy for stocking stuffers or worth a quick stop on the way to the movies for soda, or salty and sweet treats.

Nice staff. Lots of boxes were open with missing items. I mentioned to staff, and they just said, "Yeah, that happens." Unfortunately, if they don't care, it could be happening internally and externally.

Love this store, always clean and organized. So many neat things here, great place to shop for a kids birthday party or just stuff you never even knew you needed, like a ukulele!

nc i like five and below bc they have little good finds and snacks but this five and below are high key stalkers and weird i work at another store and instead of saying “welcome to five and below” they say the name of my job, everytime i walk in it’s actually madd creepy 😂😂 like be professional or sum yall doin way too much im jus tryna shop and yall are actually embarrassing

I really must say this was the first time I've ever felt discriminated against while in this store. When I walked in with my girls looking for Halloween supplies Ginger and Skye the store manager conveniently appeared every where I was looking ever so far as ginger fixing hats but not once out a hay that was laying on top of the rack up. As I moved around looking they became so intrigued by me they weren't even watching the line in the store with one cashier. There should be better training for employees and I would expect more of a manager.

The store was nice and neat. Everything was easy to find and the store was well stocked. I found a great little stuffed hippo for a baby shower and impressed with the quality. My friend and her granddaughter found some goodies to take back from their vacation. I will be back.

The customer Service experience was absolutely amazing. I had a cashier named Muhammad who was super nice and when my son was crying at the counter even made him laugh. I've never experienced such great service at a retail.

Very good! It is the only place around where I live still have posters in the store. I was looking for some Marvel posters to decorate my son's room and this store has many@, thanks 😊

Awesome store! My kid loves shopping there and for the most part I can always find something useful there. It's usually pretty well maintained and the staff are always customer friendly.

Interesting place. Lot of items are way overpriced (like collegiate theme books) while other items are really good deals. Fairly wide selection of cell phone accessories, with a heavy lean towards iphone stuff. You will just need to visit and see for yourself, check hours first. They close earlier than other similar places.

The employees denied my 7 year old daughter the bathroom which we were able to use last weekend. The employee stated that they couldn’t even use the bathroom due to clogs after the winter storm. You cannot deny use of a bathroom.

I FUCCKAN HATE IT HEREEEEE!!! Me and my friend, were doing gods work and we were closing stuff we found open in the store like there was a pink slime open and my friend closed it and this rude lady who’s on a ladder yells at her and tells her she had to pay for it that she can’t open stuff in the store and then my friend told her it’s already open and she was like “oh” like girl if you don’t shut your 7.25 an hour tf up🙁My friend did have to pay for it im NEVER RETURN.

Given that it was Christmas Eve, the store was surprisingly clean and stocked. The cashiers were all helpful and got any long lines that formed, out fast enough to not complain.

Stopped by here for the 1st time to get a Vibe color changing bulb. Asked the girl at counter where it was and she said they don't have bulbs there. I told her the website says they do. I decided to walk thru and find myself, which I did. On checkout I said Found it! She did not smile, acknowledge or respond at all! I told her now she knows! Nothing, silence. Customer service should be important to every business because it says alot about how important the customer is!! At least pretend to like your job, try to know your products and practice polite conversation occasionally!!

This location is just a hit miss for me now.. . I only go in this location because of my grandkids. Which is not as often as I used to. . I will have to take my business to the other locations. Store is still messy. Inventory is there just not well kept as it used to be..

Very long lines and only 1 employee cashiering. There's another employee standing in the front behind the counter just on her phone while they other girl is doing all the work and us customers are having to wait in this long line.
