Worst experience of my life. Let’s start off with the fact that They gave me a female instead of the male I signed the contract for. They refused to give me a refund for their mistake. They showed absolutely no empathy for their Negligence. Then forced me to exchange for a puppy I didn’t want. But more importantly Lets talk about the emotional abuse and trauma both me and the animal experience. We bonded in such a short period of time. Retuning her was so depressing. Seeng how the animal cried the whole time after being lit back in the cage broke me and I had to leave the facility.. Honesty I should of just shopped online and found a maltipoo for $500 - $800 like I did with my current dog. This was my 1st time going to a pet shop and I’ll never do it again. Buy a dog anywhere but here. I pray Sage gets adopted soon. This video is how the pup responded to being put back in the cage... Good luck.

My family and i , came in just to look at the puppies and did not expect to be going home with one. After trying to be scammed for a puppy online , it felt good to be able to come to a store with the breed of dogs we were interested in and be legit and thorough with an option of financing. The worker NaNa was so professional, had hospitality and very sweet, patient and extremely helpful. Once we want another puppy we will definitely be coming back.

We came in from Austin to find a puppy for the kids. The kids chose a beautiful boy pug. He is very active, soft and a cutie pie. Find a Pet staff were very helpful and explained everything to us about our new baby. They did it all and made it possible. We are glad to have found them on IG.

Had a great experience at Find a Pet Katy! We were able to take our time and decide what puppy was best for our home. They let us hold and play with different breeds that we were interested in and we decided on which was best for our home. Loved the experience!

We came here to check it out thinking it had all animals, like birds and turtles but found out it was all dogs. We were just wandering but we fell in love with a sweet pup and ended up with a furry family member 💕 the staff was so nice and helped us with financing! They gave us all the information we needed and are super happy leaving the shop!

(Part 1) If I could give 0 stars I would!! The first time my wife and I went the assured me that they had the puppy went sent them a picture of. But NOPE they didn’t! When we got there no one would assist me I asked for Daisy who I talked to over the phone they said she wasn’t there. We started to look at the puppies ourselves with no assistance for over 40 minutes. Another couple came in (and to piggy back) off the gentleman stated in a review on here. The ladies at find a pet started to talk to the new couple that came in I guess they looked like money and their skin color was different then my wife and I. My wife immediately got upset and I said no honey let’s wait to see if they had an appointment or something as I didn’t want to think that way. Well sure enough they didn’t have an appointment and they catered to the other couple another 15 minutes went by. My wife asked are you guys going to assist us we where here first the only couple in the store prior to the other coming in after almost an hour. The lady says ohh let me help them, and then the man of the couple said no they come first. So the lady that worked there said how can I help we asked for an English bulldog and she says all of them in the kennel are on hold for the Dallas location. My wife and I became very upset you had us waiting for nothing to tell us the dogs are for the Dallas location!! Then she says check back with us. My wife and I left the store and our horrible experience at the store was the talk all the way home and until the next day. My wife was done because we had already been scammed once 2 days prior and we had an horrible experience here. I thought we should give them another try. This happened in mid July 2020. There will be a part two to this bad experience here.

Amazing experience, we walked in & seen the puppy we wanted. Daisy was helpful in every way & answered every question we had . She helped out & explained the process , she was also patient with us on deciding if we fully wanted the puppy. At the end everything came out good & we left with our puppy . I purchased this Frenchie not even 2 months ago and he cannot walk. I contacted Find A Pet Katy and they refused to help and told me I need to put my dog down. Most horrible experience ever and my puppy’s so beautiful and cannot walk. Started out limping on one leg two days after we bought him and progressed to no use of his back two legs. I have videos and pics if you want me to share. Horrible business and unethical behavior for a puppy that costs over $7000. I would expect this from a $200 Craigslist breeder and not this company. Heartbroken and destroyed over this horrible company.

If you are buying a dog right now, or thinking about it!, please think it twice . I just bought a shih tzu last friday. These 5 days the little puppies has been down, he can’t stand, no running, not play no anything. After 5days we decided to take it to the vet and now we realized that puppy they sold me as perfect condition could be dead in couple hours or days because it has a bacteria called parvo. Also they treated you bad if you call about a concern. And i don’t think those pets are safe in the katy location Parvo it is a really bad bacteria and those another puppies could have it. Not buy in katy location .

We stopped by after dinner and we were welcomed in. With a name like "Find A Pet", I wasn't sure if this was a pet adoption center or a pet store.There were no pet supplies or accessories available for purchase, but there were quite a few dogs on display.When I asked about the purchase or adoption process, the store attendant quickly responded that they offer several financing options.Financing for a dog? That seems odd.I had to ask..."Why would someone need to finance a dog? How much are these puppies?""Well sir, it depends on the dog.", in an aggravated tone.So I pointed at a bulldog puppy and asked, "How about this one? How much?""That puppy is $2,500."I was asked to leave when I started laughing uncontrollably.

Worst experience ever , i walked in no one attended me. I asked questions and the manager Wouldn’t really even pay attention to our questions almost answering because she had no other choice. She gave me bad information. She didn’t even explain what the application were for or what the terms were just put a computer in-front of me and said to fill out without any clue of what each application was for. Worst part was that another couple walked in and was treated 100% better then us just because they looked like they had money. She greeted them asked them all sorts of questions and was super helpful but to us she was not attentive almost like she didn’t care. We didn’t even know we could pet the pets we found out once she told the other couple. This was my first time ever shopping for a puppy & literally the experience was horrible. I don’t know if this is a franchise or self owned place but you can’t treat some people bad and some people good. Build a bear has given me better customer service then here.

Came In today, one front desk greeted us the other one was rude. We told them we were looking for a puppy they seemed like they didn’t want to help us. We were asking to see hold the dog and they said no we had to buy it in order to hold it. That’s so dumb. I had a question and she looked at me like “huh” and responded rudely. Me and my husband just left will go find our puppy somewhere else.

Bought my new French bulldog from find a pet. I must say the staff was so patient and made sure we picked the right puppy. I would definitely recommend for anyone who is looking for a new dog!!

They posted review on two of their other locations without my knowledge and I’ve never been there. I did get my puppy here and I love him but I paid cash and even with a “discount” it was expensive. Nothing special just paid and left. Also I was missing a lot of things they were supposed to gift me . Also they seemed surprised that I purchased cash and didn’t finance. Yes I got what I needed but again nothing special

This place over price their puppies!!!!!! You can find a good quality bulldog for 2,500-3,000 with papers. They quoted me 6,500!!!! They are out of their mind. Crooks! This place is a scam! Be aware! Do your research!

NO REGISTRATION PAPERS!! This was my 1st time buying a dog through a company. The lady said that I have to wait a yr to get the dog registered. That was a red flag that I didn't pay attention to! I wasn't sure about the whole process of buying a dog so I was like ok.. All I got was a picture of the dogs Parents, another red flag. I paid 4800 for a dog with no papers! Cute dog but I over paid. The lady at the Vet even said he looks like english bulldog mixed with Old english bulldogge. I did a DNA test on him and am waiting for results from Embark.. Lesson Learned.. If you don't care about papers and you want to over pay, then go ahead but they are over priced for dogs with NO PAPERS!!

Hardly answers the phone always says text but they don’t reply back .constantly texting sales offers though through text messages. Prices aren’t listed online like others, and when you ask up front the price they say come by the store . I was told a for a bull dog $8500 ! That’s a car or a closing cost on a home ! Do your research these puppies run $2500 to $3000 on the high end $4500 for exotics with papers . Daisy told me $2500 but someone else told me $8500 when I mentioned I was paying cash and not financing. There are other places online that are local with prices listed and when you ask for the price they tell you straight forward .

This place needs to be shut down! It has a horrible atmosphere for the puppies. They are stuck in small cages, laying down in their own waste, and one dog looked ill. They made us sign in, which was weird and the lady was extremely rude. I don't know how someone can be so grouchy when they have such cute puppies they can pet, but she was very mean. This place is horrible! It breaks my heart 😥😟💔

NEVER GO HERE!!!!Update to my previous review. My boyfriend and I purchased an English bulldog whom we named Charlie. He is 4 months old and we love him dearly. Unfortunately within the first couple of days he was diagnosed at my place of employment with giardia, upper respiratory infection, bacterial skin infection and a severe elongated soft palate.Amox/clav were prescribed and Albon so no big deal. I was more worried about the elongated soft palate. Today I noticed that his hacking cough was not improving and he seemed to have some trouble breathing so I wanted to make sure he didn’t have pneumonia. Radiographs were done by AHAA Accredited DVMs (my employers) We then found out from the radiology interpretation that Charlie has a hypoplastic trachea meaning his trachea is the size of a straw and he more than likely will end up suffocating. The DVM is recommending euthanasia due to his inability to breathe properly. I have reached out several times to the email. Basically I am just being told to look at the contract and to have my “representative” contact them to discuss further steps. The frustration I feel with this facility is outrageous. They seem to not care one bit about their puppies. This puppy has no chance of life, as he gets bigger his trachea will only get smaller. I have tried to be sincere and nice via email, but to be honest. That has not moved in any better direction. It’s literally like talking to a wall. The employees don’t even know the name of the owner, so I’m told. I wouldn’t wish this pain on anyone and not only the pain from possibly losing a puppy that I fell in love with but also 4000 dollars gone and with no promise for a refund. This review will only be updated once the owner does the right thing. Refund what we paid for the puppy. I DO NOT WANT ANOTHER PUPPY!!! THIS DOG IS DYING AFTER 2 weeks and because HYPOPLASTIC TRACHEAE WAS IN THE CONTRACT AS NOT COVERED they decided to wash their hands of this puppy. The DVM they take their puppies to even recommended EUTHANASIA. They have theses puppies separated for a reason EVEN THOUGH THEY KNOW THE SEVERITY OF THE ISSUE. Update 1/18/20 Sadly we had to say goodbye to Charlie this morning. As his condition worsened and his mouth and tongue started turning blue from lack of oxygen smh. I will not stop at a google review. Luckily the Director of AKC takes these things very seriously. Seems like all the employees are in on this SCAM. The breeder is the manager!!! DONT TRUST THESE PEOPLE THEY ONLY WANT TO SCAM YOU AND GIVE YOU SICK PUPPIES. THEY KNOW THEY ARE SICK!!!

$5000 for an unregistered dog? Don't even have parents info. Got 4 different prices from different employees and each time. This is a puppy mill, 2 dogs had worms in poop in the crate. Staff doesn't know dog breeds, told me a schnauzer was a poodle. However they will "lose" a puppy for cash.

We recently purchased our French bulldog for an expensive amount. He had tons of fleas when we brought him home.For that amount we bought the puppy you can get a puppy who is registered with papers. The puppy we got from there was not. This place is honestly a rip off.

Purchased a puppy Saturday night. By Sunday night he was vomiting and kept having diarrhea. Tried texting for two days with no response. Called several times and no answer. Took him to the vet today and found out that he has parvo. Parvo is highly contagious meaning that most likely all the other puppies there have it too. I was told he had been to the vet and that he was healthy yet he’s not. 3 days into having him and I’m already paying for vet visits and meds.Paid way more than he’s worth but I was so impatient to have a dog that I didn’t care. Didn’t notice until I got home that I signed for and was charged $1,000 dollars more than the price I was quoted that he costs. Now tomorrow I have to take him to “their approved” vet for further treatment. Let’s see how this goes.I fell in love with my puppy (Sushi) the moment I saw him. But, if I could had a second chance and could do this over... I’d run as fast as I can in the opposite direction. All the negative reviews that folks are leaving are true because I’m literally experiencing the exact same thing. $4,500 dollars for a sick puppy. DO NOT BUY ANY PUPPIES FROM HERE!!!! Run as fast as you can away.Not counting the suffering Sushi is experiencing, the amount of money paid... the 3rd worst part is that I purchased him as an emotional support dog because I suffer major depression and anxiety. This has not helped me and has actually made my mental health state worse!!!!!!
