Andy and his team take wonderful care of our dog Napo! Andy takes the time to make sure your dog is comfortable the first time they meet, he is very knowledgeable and profesional. We are incredibly happy with their services, our dog comes home happy every time, I highly recommend them if you are looking for a place to board your dog, for a daycare or grooming!

Great customer service, owner is very friendly. HOWEVER, I went for a quick nail grind and they clipped her nails too short and when I got home she was bleeding everywhere. My dog already has some PTSD from me being bit by a dog, and she already hates going to the salon. So I'm concerned this event has caused more trauma for her. I can't risk going again, and I had to post this review to warn anyone that this could happen to your dog. Edit: they did reach out to me personally, and we resolved any concerns I had. Adding an extra star for the impeccable customer service.

I absolutely love this place! I left my two pugs at Fido’s for boarding for around 20 days and I was extremely happy. The level of care for the dogs, the treats they made for them, is exactly how I treat my pugs at home. They were allowed to roam around and were never inactive or in their rooms. This is a picture I got from Andy while he and his daughter were playing with them.Will definitely be leaving my dogs here going forward!! They even got a free bath before I picked them up

Great place for boarding. Our dog can be a bit nervous around men he does not know . The owner Andy is very patient and takes the time to get him comfortable when we drop him off. Our dog is healthy and happy when we pick him up. Communication is timely; Andy is quick to respond to calls/ texts. We definitely recommend Fido’s!

Very very accommodating!I'm happy I found this place for my dog to stay over the weekend. The owner, Andy, very well knows and understands dogs in general. My dog stayed there and slept on his own suite. No crate inside his suite. He was fed properly and was given ample time to stretch and play outdoors. My dog was very well taken care of and was kept safe all throughout his stay at Fido's Home. And when it was about time to pick up my dog, he came out clean and smelling good. They just gave him a bath! Checking out was super easy and very convenient. Fido's Home has gained my trust and I will definitely use this place for dog boarding.

Had a great experience boarding our mini schnauzer here. Andy was nice and clear on what we needed to know and do, and their website also clearly laid out all the info. No surprises which is nice. Even had a good recommendation for us on where to get some needed vaccines for our dog. Will be back.

I recently took a vacation and boarded my dog at Fidos Home Pet Inn & Spa. It was my first time going there, and I usually hate leaving my dog in a new place. When I spoke to Andy on the phone to make arrangements he put me at ease and was very friendly and professional.When I arrived to drop of my dog Andy met us at the door. He told us about his experience with dogs, the treats that he prepares, and the playtime my dog would receive.My dog seemed to like Andy right away. When I picked up my dog, her tail was wagging and she seemed very happy. Andy brought her out and put her in the car for me. My dog never usually comes from a boarding stay in a cheerful mood, but she was cheerful. It must be the friendly staff and the casserole that Andy makes for the dogs. I think his daughter also makes homemade dog treats.I especially love the fact that they gave my dog an exit bath and cut his toenails before I picked her up.Thanks for taking care of my girl.

Fidos home pet inn and spa was an amazing experience for me and my puppy. It felt very natural and easy to drop off my over excited puppy for boarding. Andy made sure to take great care of him and answered any questions I had. I will definitely be coming back anytime I need boarding or grooming in the future! I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a safe, reliable and comfortable place for their furbabies!

Andy was able to take all 3 of my dogs last minute, during the Houston freeze 2021 while my home was being repaired. I couldn’t bring them to the hotel with me and Andy was recommended through a friend. He is amazing. He spent time with them (knew each one or their personalities on point) and was very understanding that they were traumatized. They came back home 2 weeks later, happy, healthy & well cared for. I highly recommend Fido’s & Andy! 🐶🐕🐕‍

During memorial day, most of the dog boarding places were closed. Luckily, Andy took my dog in last minute. He was nice and understanding of our situation and even sympathized with us. The exchange was very smooth, and when we got our dog back, he looked so lively and happy. This is definitely a place that i would recommend to anyone to let their dog stay at.

We are first time dog owners, and we recently got a puppy a few months back. I’ve known the owner for a pretty long time, and we immediately knew that this would be our puppy’s second home! As first time dog owners we had so many questions, Andy was so kind and helpful through the entire process. Our puppy absolutely loves Fidos and always has an amazing time there. Andy and his team at Fido's was a life saver for me. Had a last second trip during Thanksgiving due to change of plans and of course everywhere was booked. Having our dog stuck in a long car ride wasn't going to be ideal but he was able to accommodate us for the entire break. Drop off and pickup was seamless. Picked up our dog and he smelled so good from the grooming and care he received. Would highly recommend to anyone.

I recently moved to Katy from out of state, a big priority was finding a reliable and loving dog sitter for my 8 year old gentle giant Tank.I called around other “pet resorts” and got very bad vibes and also did not like hearing that most all keeps the dogs in their rooms most of the day with occasional breaks and would charge an extra $20-25 for a small play time break…what!I came across Fido’s Pet Care…Andy was extremely informative about all the care they offer as well as the fun play time and activities they do for the dogs (at no extra costs BTW)…I tried Tank there for a weekend and he loved it, he gets fairly bad anxiety when we are apart and it’s great having Fido’s Pet Care down the street and knowing Tank will be in great hands. I would highly recommend for any age and size dog!

I called to get my dog in for a groom, thinking we would need to wait a few days, however, Andy was able to get us in right away. Andy was very friendly and precise in our consultation. The facility is clean and has some great environmentally friendly features. Andy was happy to give me a tour while I waited for my dog to be finished up. My dog looked great when he was finished up! We will be back! *I must say, one thing I really appreciated was that I didn't need to drop my dog off at the beginning of the day and leave him there all afternoon. It was just like an appointment that I would make for myself. Show up, get the service, and leave. Huge perk, and I hope it stays that way.

This is my first time boarding my pup and I had some reservations, but after talking to Andy, I felt confident that my pet was in good hands! He answered all my concerns I had, detailed everything out as activities and feed go, and assured me my pup was well taken care of. My pup came home smelling like blueberries too! Andy took amazing care of our little baby! Bruno has never boarded and felt so safe when I dropped him off! Andy treated Bruno as if he were his own. We got continuous updates! I will most definitely be back! The place is in tip top shape , Andy feeds them healthy treats , and to put the icing on the cake they give them a bath before being picked up. I most definitely recommend this pet spa for all your grooming and boarding needs . Thank you Fido’s for taking care of my baby!

Thank you so much for taking good care of my baby. I left Louie for 5 nights and the trip went well. When Louie returns home, his behaves the same as he normally does. He seems to have spent five days there happily. His poop perfect, That means it is a very clean place, and there is no bacterial infection.Andy is kind and a really nice person. Thanks for the photos I appreciate it.I will definitely take my baby here on my next trip.

Owners of Fido's Home Pet Inn, Andy and his family, are incredible. For several years I would bring my Blue Tick Hound, Blue to stay with Andy. Blue loved to be there and would get excited to walk through the doors and see Andy's daughter because they adored each other. Andy would go out of his way to take care of Blue and as Blue start to age, Andy would go above and beyond to make sure Blue was comfortable. When the day came that Blue was no longer with us, Andy cried with me.At Fido's, Andy and his family take in your pets as their own family. They have compassion, empathy, and love for every animal that walks into their doors. Over the years, not only have they been my dog's second family but they have become part of my family.

I was a little nervous about taking my puppy, sage, for the first time as she is very high anxiety driven. Fidos not only made Sage feel at home but they did a great job on her grooming and nail trim. The only grooming place I go to since moving from New Orleans to Katy. My husky loves it here and they treat the dogs so well. I would never bring him anywhere else. The guy who works the front desk is so sweet and nice. I also love that they don’t use cages. My husky hates being in cages and hates being groomed so the no cage thing is great.

I was very scared of leaving my dog Turbo in a boarding place because we adopted him 2 months ago and he is still very skittish. Andy met us outside his business and we sat on the floor until Turbo felt comfortable with him being around. We chat about life while he slowly approached Turbo and by the end of the conversation, both Turbo and I felt better.I picked up Turbo today and I can tell he was treated nicely. I was expecting him to be more scared than even and hide inside his crate as soon as we walked inside the house, but he didn’t. No regression in his behavior and anxiety! That’s a big thing for us!!!!Thank you Andy for everything!

They give the pets home made treats and desserts. The owner is very friendly and makes you feel very welcome. We recommend Fidos home for grooming and board.
