I had an excellent experience at Brittany's Pet Depot in Katy, Texas, specifically with their groomer, Zachary. He was incredibly professional and detail-oriented. With 24 years of experience, Zak knew exactly how to handle my pet and gave them a fantastic grooming session. The entire process was smooth, and the results were fantastic. I highly recommend Zachary and Brittany's Pet Depot for all your pet grooming needs!

This is by far one of the best stores I have visited in Houston, Texas. I got from this store a lovely bunny for my daughter. Environment is neat, Looks like a mini cute zoo, my kids simply love it!

This is the nicest, cleanest pet store I have ever been in. Their self service dog wash is very nice and clean. The equipment is so much nicer than Pet Supplies Plus’ dog wash and it’s $10.00 which is very affordable. Zachary, the groomer is so nice and so is Laura. Don’t waste your time going to Petsmart and Petco. Give this place a try, they have lots of good products

Jim and his staff are wonderful and knowledgeable especially with birds. If you want to visit a place that offers amazing interactions with exotic birds as well as trimmings of claws and wings, then give them a visit. They even allow adults and children to volunteer to socialize baby birds.

Best pet shop. Must see to appreciate. Beautiful selection of small animals, birds, fish, and so much more. You are able to interact with the animals. The staff is exceptional and welcoming. Very knowledgeable of all animals. Purchased my Holland Lop from there.

I take my M.Aussie here for Zak to work his magic with the grooming . He's amazing with him and has impeccable customer service. Highly recommend this place for anyone's fur babies.

We're so glad that Petco referred us to this place!! So sad for them because now we'll regulars. Petco had us thinking that our dog was troublesome when the whole they were inexperienced.Zack the groomer was amazing; it's like he spoke our dog's language. He was very gentle and talked to her the whole time as it was her first experience. Our Annie was still allowing Zack to give her a cut. She was even walking toward the scissors like please cut these hairs, lol.I love it here because we were able to be in the room with her for comfort as it can be hard for a young pup's first time. Our fur baby walked with confidence-even she was happy!! Zack topped it off with a beautiful ponytail and pretty bow. Thanks Brittany Depot; there's no job that's too hard!! See you soon Zack🙌🏾🙌🏾

First time here to check out the self wash for my puppy. The area was clean. They provided everything I needed to get the job done - apron, shampoo, conditioner, soap comb gripper, towel, and detangler comb. They have 3 self clean tubs with 2 drying stations. The staff were friendly and helpful. They have a deal for 5 self washes for $35 if you ask for that deal when paying, which I opted for since my experience was pleasant. Regular price self wash is $10. Overall great experience, highly recommend if you have pets and need a pet store to groom or shop at in the Katy area.

HORRIBLE!!! I’ve been so excited to try this place from good referrals. If I could give this place ZERO stars I would! Went for the self dog wash which promises a basket of things ( whichever shampoo you like, a comb, etc) walked back there to a dirty basket with empty bottles and dog hair all in the brush that I was expected to use. Went and asked for some assistance on getting a new basket. A lady then walks in and tells me to use that. I said no, that’s dirty and I needed the oatmeal shampoo. She then starts acting like she’s scavenging around looking for stuff, takes the empty bottle and fills it up with WATER for me to use. I got my money back and couldn’t get out of there quick enough. HORRIBLE!!! And awful customer service!!! Pay a couple dollars extra and go down the street to pet supplies plus where you’re treated good, it’s always spotless, and they have all the supplies you need.

We love this pet store! They welcomed our Girl Scout Troop for a field trip and were awesome with the girls and so knowledgeable about the pets. The pets are clearly so well taken care of! We will be back.

I buy my birds food there. You can see many different kind of birds and parrots here and if there any staff around they allow you to touch them. There are other animals like rabbit, rats, fishes, etc etc. For me is like a mini Zoo. I enjoy being there!

I bought a dwarf bunny here and the owner or manager literally sat down with me and gave me at the information on how to care for a bunny as I wrote it down. Friendly, very knowledgeable, and great place. We love our bunny Almond

Great service by friendly and knowledgeable staff. They listened to the needs of my dog and gave a perfect recommendation. So much so that it worked and I returned a couple of days later to get more allergy meds. I bought his dog food there on my second trip. I again asked for recommendations and again they listened for his needs before giving a recommendation.

This pet store is awesome. The staff here are so wonderful, knowledgeable, and friendly. I got to pet a toucan! A toucan!! Many large beautiful birds which is the major draw of this store. I’ve been there twice and it’s so great. I think I may just become a regular so I can make bird friends lol 10 stars!! Definitely will be back!!

Awesome as always! Today's visit was exceptional because Ashley who works in grooming was informative and impressive. I was worried that she would have too much trouble with my baby Caramel because she does not like being handled period. But Ashley, having 10 years of extensive experience was able to tend to both of my babies including two other cute puppies that were there. Thank you Ashley! You're my new favorite person.

We come here to get nail trims for our Guinea Pigs. The staff is always super sweet. The owner is friendly and easy to talk to. I just love that they keep the animals friendly with lots of interaction.

My girl scout troop went here an “unofficial” tour to complete some of their pet badge requirements. We were blown away with how friendly and amazing the staff was with the girls. They got to see and learn about so many unique pets!

We went here somewhat regularly and LOVE it. It’s a real pet store, a sort that’s hard to find in a city full of commercially operated chain stores. They have a great selection of quality food for all kinds of pets, plus they let the birds just kinda hangout with customers

Disturbed by the older gentleman with glasses. Gawked at my daughter's (10-13yo) the whole time. Made my wife very uncomfortable. Animals seem miserable, which is a shame for such beautiful birds. Prices on food are higher than almost all local stores. But, the main reason for 0 stars is the level of awkwardness and vibes given towards my ladies. And I never leave reviews, but have no choice.

We had a great experience at Brittany’s Pet Depot! The store has a surprising number of pets on display that you can interact with, ranging from fur to feathers to scales! The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable, willing to answer questions or let you hold a potential new pet.

This pet shop is amazing, it's so much cleaner and better than any of the big chains such as petco and petsmart. The animals also seem to have a better life there as well. I just bought my parakeet there a couple of days ago and they were super helpful and informative. The parakeet is super fun and playful too.
