Overall every employee except for 2 I have come past in this store has been helpful.. I went to look for a laptop and waited quite a while to be assisted. By the time I did get assistance from one associate he asked another to help. This associate by the name of Brandon had a very rude attitude when trying to get help from him. He stated “that oh what you are looking for has no business in this area it’s in the other side” and when I stated I had been looking for one in this area but the wait time was long he then stated “ that well patience is key” I have patience and your attitude is not appreciated.. then he tell me “well I’m very busy”” attitude again and walked away.. this young man clearly doesn’t have great customer service skills and needs a lesson in providing great customer service.Spoke with the manager Kevin on this matter and he made it seem very unimportant to him. Stating that he will talk with him.. Where is the customer service here!!!!!Big ups to the employees whom were very helpful in other parts of my visit. But do better to Brandon and Kevin the manager who seems like he doesn’t really care.

Best buy has all the electronics I need! Customer service is great and fast! I always come to this location for all my needs! I greatly appreciate whenever I do not feel like stepping out of my car and they bring anything to me! I just use the application on my phone and bam! The transaction is so smooth!

Didn't think I would be out and about Black Friday shopping, but I really needed a new headset for my Xbox Series X. So I saw they had a Steelseries wireless headset on sale for $99.99 from $199.99 and decided to venture out to get one. I was pleasantly surprised how orderly everything was and easy to find. The cashier was very polite and professional. All around great experience. Thanks!

Nice, clean, well organized store. However, they seem to be either oblivious or completely out of touch with trends. For example, they arrange their products by manufacturer, even in the Magnolia area. It would make a lot of sense if they placed the same size and model of the most compared products side by side to help customers make better decisions.For example, it would be absolutely phenomenal if they had the 75 or 73 inch LG G3, Sony A95L, X95, Samsung S95C, etc. Most consumers watch YouTube reviews to narrow their choices then go to the store to experience or validate their choices by comparing most popular products.

Great selection of appliances to choose from. Prices are a bit higher than I expected. Got greeted by a couple sales reps but for the most part they disappeared leaving me with a bunch of questions to be answered. Delivery was free but it’ll be nice if they set it up for you at no charge. Was charged $50 for a quick 5 min set up. Also the delivery guy forgot to install my steam V -cord and I had to call them back to finish the job. Took a few other important things I had to do away from me being o had to wait for them to return again.

Best Buy has the worst customer service ever!!! I bought e gift cards from them $350 worth and they would not send me my cards! I went through so much nonsense! I contacted chat they wouldn’t help me! I asked for a supervisor repeatedly they would not send me to one. I had to then contact Best Buy by phone and the rep said they had a process to go through it could take 2 days!! Umm what? For e gift cards?? I have never had to wait for e gift cards! They took the money from my account in seconds! I then had to ask REPEATEDLY for a supervisor finally get one and this lady tells me I only have ONE OPTION to wait or cancel! (2 options by the way) I was so upset I went off she hung up on me! It was ridiculous I will do my best to never buy anything from Best Buy ever! I don’t care what it is I’ll go elsewhere than to go to Best Buy where I’m not appreciated or even treated fairly as a customer! Definitely never buy e gift cards from Best Buy or they will just hold your money and not give you the gift cards!

I have come here a lot in the past decade that I have lived in Houston, Texas and I have really appreciated this Best Buy. It is in a nice location and close distance from our house and when we need electronics, this is a lovely place to go. I definitely recommend going to Best Buy for your electronics and as always much love from Houston and the universe.

My experience was disappointing this time not before. My delivery came early at 1:11 pm before window 2 to 6 today! No one called me about it! I called the store but went to an operator not in the store and she confirmed the window and possibly can try or may come back after other deliveries! I had hope but shot down! they never came! The delivery guys left a message they'd come back. I called them back but they said just call to reschedule. I regret no cussing them out but I did call the store again another outside operator! So I just reschedule this time I will have help in case I have to go toilet or have to leave some1 will be home! You can't depend on anyone anymore! Well it happened to me!

I'm only reviewing the store from the Apple repair services perspective.Booked an appointment for a battery replacement for my 4 year old iPhone XS.At the store, I was told they don't carry the battery in stock, so I have to leave my phone for 5 business days, for the battery to arrive.They cannot order the part unless I drop off my phone with them for 5 business days for the new battery to arrive.This is the same for Apple stores and other Apple "authorized" repair shops. Ridiculous.

Stopped in on a busy Sunday afternoon and was immediately greeted and guided in the right directions for my trade in situation. I was helped by Nusaiba located in the geek squad department! (literally the sweetest person and so knowledgeable) while I was waiting for my trade in to charge up fully I went to go browse and find my new one. Mark helped me decide which series to get that would best fit my needs; best sales pitch; no pressure and got me in and out super fast! Applauding them for their amazing customer service skills!

We have been shopping at Best Buy for years. Service has been no to good to great. This visit the service was awesome. Shopping for a computer, for me, is difficult enough, especially when you know what you want the PC to do but not what each model is capable of doing.We had a awesome store associate help us choose the PC for us. He asked questions of what we needed and made a solid recommendation and it was on sale. Could not be happier with this transaction. No problems, no pressure and no gimmicks.

Pretty busy store. Some of the associates are very nice and helpful. Best buy is good place to shop if you can get the item on sale. They do price match with other big retailers.Update: I went to best buy about an exchange for a defective item. I was really happy about the service I got today. Sandy was the associate and I believe Gloria was the manager who helped me. It's the employees who actually makes the difference. I wish best buy really value great employees like them.

Bad In Store customer service. I went to this store to find out more about cameras and the guy available at the moment seemed annoyed to help me with it. Said “I do not know anything about cameras, I can’t help with that”, in a very rude tone. Another guy he took me with to apply for the credit card was upset I did not have my ID with me and told me “what are you doing here then”. What kind of answer is that? Fortunately I did not have the time to make a formal complaint, otherwise they would have been really sorry for the words they used with me.

We went to this best buy to purchase the Samsung Bespoke with family hub, their price is good but it's out of my budget and I searched online found this store called 'Katy Discounted Appliances' it's about 3 minutes from this best buy and me and my wife were really surprised with the price they gave me, they saved me over $1000 on this exact same model and they even offered me the free accessories. Just ask William, he is amazing!!

Ordered a amiibo from this location as a preorder and they placed a huge sticker on it which ruined the package. This is unacceptable and they should adopt a better way of holding items.

We came to exchange a speaker in the bundle. Store manager greeted us at the front door and even manage to let us pick up a replacement at another store cuz they dont have it in stock. Entire process was easy and fast, even get extra discount. This store is the best, management at corporate should be proud.

Don’t bother buying insurance they won’t repair anything the manufacturer won’t! I purchased a TV less than a year ago. Unfortunately a very small Christmas tree fell from a table and hit the 75” Toshiba. The screen is in perfect condition but it might be super sensitive and the pixels are damaged, the image is gone. The manufacturer warranty does not cover accidents neither does Best Buy. I spent time on the phone explained it all and they scheduled a technician but the morning of cancelled. So why did I pay for an insurance if does not cover accidents? Not even their staff knew because it doesn’t make sense. Don’t waste your money like I did. Best Buy lost a long time customer. I have to find a replacement TV and will not be from there ever again.

We had to come to this store after a fruitless visit to a prior Best Buy.Interestingly, this store had a line out the door. When we finally got in, we found out the limits were not due to capacity limits, but the store simply wanted to ensure each customer was served by a staff member.Our wonderful staff member took us to what we were looking for and proceeded to help locate staff. She was with us from the initial welcome to the payment area. As a result, we felt we had all the attention in the world.Great Best Buy!

Best Buy has teamed up with Samsung and I purchased a phone from Samsung with my work discount and picked it up at Best Buy. The sales team was familiar with the process and although there was a snafu in picking up the phone the sales team stayed with it and got it fixed which I appreciated. I left happy with my new phone which I'm typing on now. Thank you!

I really enjoyed seeing mostly full shelves with lots of options here! The store was clean and organized. The customer service lady doing the returns was horribly grouchy. I'm going to give her the benefit of the doubt though because it was about a week and a half after Christmas. So I'm sure she was probably tired of doing so many returns. My only other complaint was trying to find someone to help me. That was a much bigger chore than it should have been.

Took my brother in-law to the store because I convinced him into buying from y'all instead of Walmart. We went to BUY an 85 inch TV and get it priced matched and the salesmen said he could do it, then took it back and said he couldn't.We were already going to buy one tv and questioning buying a second one and getting the mount installation through geek squad. Drove all the way to the store and left with a geek squad number to CALL for the install.One of the most comical things that happened is the geek squad person at the front said we “ONLY PRICE MATCH OUR STUFF” which makes you think, wow, she doesn’t even know what it means to price match from a different store. GEEK SQUAD was no help at all and I know you can set up the install at the store but the workers aren’t trained to do anything.Your managers have failed teaching you basic sales skills. Start with “how can I help you” when you see someone. That would be 10 times better than my recent experience. Your store should be better!

The worst Best Buy of all, I bought a cell phone with them, and I had to pick it up at the end of the month, and they realized 1 week after it was stolen, or some employee, they never noted that it arrived, but in UPS it appears that someone I received it, they are so incompetent that they realize 1 week after the scheduled pick up date, and then they tell you that they don't know what to do, to please cancel the order, they are incredible, somebody steal from them and they don't realize it.

Went to buy headphones and got something pretty good. Nobody could offer practical advice on headphones and with Covid you still need to be careful with this type of product if you are trying them on. At least I could judge them for comfort.

Misleading customer information from sales associate on that sign promoting clearly gps and cellular function and pricing. Misleading information Sport and rubber band selling at the same price and later at the check out price is supposed to be 100 USD higher. It turned out price is only for gps but no cellular function and sport band. No action to remove that false description cleared stating cellular function or how to clear that situation.

DO NOT BUY APPLIANCES FROM HERE. They sell you refurbished appliancesfor the price of new ones and tell you they are brand new. My stove's oven door is broken. The line that is connected to the stove is bent and the back cover plate is loose. Their delivery people are CARELESS

Went to the store to inquire about a phone, only to be talked to with immediate attitude by store clerk Alexis, raising her eyebrows and looking me up and down when responding . I was talking to my partner on the phone and stated that she could have been a little friendlier, only for her to bark a remark at me. I don't come to the store to be met with an employee who obviously doesn't like her job. I will take my money elsewhere.

Store front and experience looks good and buying inside store is nice. However, instalation and delivery are very bad. For example for a refrigerator we had 7 scheduled appointments canceled, then when the did finally deliver had wrong team to move upstairs. So had to reschedule again. In the end took over a month. For dryer the instalation was so bad that they wrapped the air vent into a coil and it triggered warning about fire risk. In the end my family will not consider buying any appliance or item that requires installation
