Don't expect a small town community from this place, they only care about putting money in their pockets.Called to transfer my utilities to a new address and was told I needed to come in and make a new deposit for the new address. The following day, my roommate (my brother) went in with our bill, made a payment for the old address and then a deposit for the new address when he requested to transfer services. As far as we were concerned, everything was said and done, he was told I would get a refund the following month. I went in one month later to pick up my refund and was told the cut-off was missed, I needed to come in the following month. Went in today and was told I'm getting only a portion of my deposit back because my services weren't shut off until I came in last month to get my refund check. So, I was charged for a full month, even though the old address sat vacant and we requested transfer twice (my phone call and my brother going in). I asked why and they said because someone with the same last name didn't request the transfer.The two women in office argued today that my phone call was only to request how-to transfer instead of a transfer request. How hard would it have been to tell me on the phone, since it was a "how to" anyways, to say, "someone with your same last name needs to come in to transfer services" or to tell my brother "Mackenzie will still need to come in to cancel the service set up in her name" when he came in to make the transfer.There is something to be said about a group who will rip you off and then show zero remorse for it.

A policeman pulled me over for elegedly speeding. I was going 52 at the bottum of a hill were the limit is 50. I know this because i have a satelite in my truck with a speedometer. The cop pulled me over and TOLD me i was going 60. I asked him if I could take a look at his radar detector to see if he had locked in the speed(which is your legal right and if an officer tells you that you cant, you can do what i did). He refused to let me get out of my vehicle and wrote me a $280 ticket. I took that ticket to the judge and told him what had occured. The judge then pulled up the citation and found out that the officer had in fact not recorded the speed on his radar, forcing him to void the charge. if this happens to you please remember this
