The Manager is rude to customers. Store is always nasty. I wouldn't go in there if I didn't have too. They have one price on shelf and when you go to check out it rings up way higher then what the shelf tag says and when you say something about Rick gets mad. You can't walk down the aisle because there is always something blocking.

Place was good. Cashier wasn't to friendly. She did say thank you after I grabbed my bags and headed to the door. Other then that it was just like any other family dollar.

To many worker complaints. Overcharged due to register malfunction. The guy in charge acted to busy and as if I was a waste of his time. He ripped down the sale signs because the register was malfunctioning, corrected some items but not all. Overall I paid a little over 4.00 than marked prices after checking receipt upon leaving. Need nicer staff. I do not expect to return to shop. Good Luck shoppers!

Had to stop for Benadryl because my friend was stung by wasps on Caddo Lake. Staff were nice and helpful. Checked us out quickly.

Glad Karnack has this place. Saved my family money on gas to Marshall several times. Now if they sold cracked corn for my chickens....

The store is a mess. You have to search for what your looking for and half the time they are out of it because they don't order things right. There needs to be someone at the store able to put the money on the green dot cards because people do use them to pay there Bill's with.

I've used this store for over 5 years. Friendly staff more like an extended family. Just recently remodeled. They even have some dollar tree isles.

Really close to Caddo State Park (campground) with nice variety. Spoke to two different staff members, and they were both very nice. This place even had a turn table for sale!

worse family dollar store i ever been in. they wont even let you look at the cigars lol id rather drive all the way to Marshall then to stop here again
