Ryan and his team does very good work and the price was very competitive and compelling. They did work that I didn’t expect like cutting out a root which was greatly appreciated. The only issue we had was in communication related to design. I didn’t expect a step down approach and it wasn’t discussed before the work started. Though I hold myself partially for not being specific in my questions during the quote process. I would give a 4.5 if I could.Service: Wood fence installation

Dylan from Superior Fence & Rail provided an Excellent services of replacing our old fences & gates of four neighbors’ common fences & individual gates. His & his technicians dealings had bees highly professional. They came multiple days to finish the job & took care of all the observations after installation of replaced fences and gates.The online communication of estimates with illustrations of fences & gates & also fully automated contract signing process by all the neighbors made the whole projects smooth & easy from the beginning to the end.I actually contacted Dylan of Superior Fence & Rails FIRST & later recommended this company to my all neighbors & my all other neighbors with common fences contacted Dylan/ Superior Fences & Rails & signed contracts. Superior Fencing has quality work after you point out what needs to be corrected and some of their Supervisor’s need some TRAINING in CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS (we had quite the issue with their employee MIKE). We shopped around for quotes on our no climb metal fence and decided to go with Superior Fencing because the rates were good, and they back up the work with a good warranty. The initial meeting with their site rep Dylan was a good experience, he drew up the idea we wanted for our fence and had a quote sent over before the end of the day. The crew arrived on time and besides Mike, they were friendly. We watched as they built the fence over the next few days and most of the work was unsupervised which seemed to go well but the moment Mike showed up, things began to get awkward. We have cameras on the outside of our house, and they pick up everything. Yes, EVERYTHING, even the FOUL LANGUAGE AND UNPROFESSIONAL COMMENTS MIKE did about us the homeowners. Every time we had a concern or had questions about the project Mike always seem bothered Didn’t seem very professional and left a bad taste in our mouths regarding this company. After that issue the workers left the job sloppy even the staining the pipes black. Our experience continued slightly downward as we started inspecting the fence and had to point out corrections multiple times before getting them fixed. At the end and after a long week we finally had a nice fence, but I wouldn't go with this company again nobody wants someone to disrespect your place of HOME. Seems like too much trouble when there are better companies out there.Service: Fence installation

Superior did our neighbor’s fence before we purchased our lot. They put the fence almost 10 ft over into our lot. Of course, they refuse to accept any responsibility or make any effort to fix it. Poor customer service and poor quality, as not only is the fence off by 10 ft, they didn’t even install it in a straight line as it runs at a diagonal.Update: No, we are not a client, which is why I stated in the first sentence that you did our neighbor’s fence. We would never pay a company 30-50k for a fence when the customer service is as bad as what we experienced from your company. Yes, you did finally send someone out, after almost a year of us communicating with your office. You simply said that the marker stakes that the survey company placed must be incorrect, they must have just “been lazy” and not done their job correctly. Based on that, your reply here, and your email trying to place blame on the developer, I see a pattern here of your office skirting responsibility and wanting to place blame on anyone else. The fact that the fence is crooked by 7 ft tells me that your crew more than likely just put the new fence along the temporary construction fence line, rather than measure. We didn’t own the lot at that time, so I can’t say for sure, but it is suspicious. We are having our lawyer look into the matter and if it becomes apparent someone else is responsible for you putting the fence on our property, I will happily update this review with a correction. But even if that happens, the customer service has been terrible, and when there are so many honest, customer service oriented, and quality fence companies here locally, I still wouldn’t recommend your company based off our year of experiencing your customer service.

We are extremely satisfied with our new white vinyl fence. Tim Lewis is outstanding!!The office manager Cheryl is exceptional, informative,and accommodating. Just having an initial conversation with her impressed me with the company.Tim came out and patiently gave us estimates of all fencing options.Osvaldo installation crew was dedicated, courteous and hard working.After installation Tim and his employee Patrick came over to inspect installation and handled all concerns in less than 24 hrs. As a first time home owner, I was fairly reserved about going through the process of having my entire fence redone. Dylan came out and not only provided a very affordable quote, but I feel that he personally went above and beyond to make sure that my concerns were addressed as a first time customer. Not only did he explain the entire process, but throughout the waiting period he was in constant communication, providing me with updates. Kelly was also great to work with as she also provided details about the time-frame of the job and going over additional questions that I had. Once Pablo and his crew got here, it was a smooth process as I saw them work diligently every day to get our large yard covered with a beautiful fence. I even had several neighbors come up and ask what company worked on my fence! Dylan fabricated a custom privacy gate for me in 2021 and he provided the most detailed and cost-effective solution for replacing 114' of existing 6' fence with 8' cedar. I want to let you know that the new fence looks great. I probably could have gotten by with a 6’ fence, but the 8’ certainly provides an abundance of privacy. The whole team of Pablo and Allen are the best and I will certainly request them if I do any more fence work. Pablo, especially, a man with very high personal character, is a “Superior” man. He had significant concerns with any of my requests and desires and acted on them. His partner, Allen, has many of the same character traits as Pablo. Pablo clearly explained to me how the fence project would progress before the job started and he executed exactly that plan. Pablo went over and above to please me, the customer. This review is long overdue....I contacted Dylan months ago about replacing our old fence, which was here when we moved in 8 years go. Dylan came out and met with me personally to discuss options, explain types of materials, differenced in styles, etc. After receiving quotes from 2 other companies, we hired Dylan and his team. The team was on time, professional and completed all work very timely. The cleaned up after them selves and there was no sign of the old fence, no left behind garbage, etc. Excellent experience. The one thing that needs mentioning here is that the labor all occurred the week of the Winter Storm that shut down most of the state. The guys took the storm day off, but were here bright and early the next day to finish the job. We would definitely work with them again!Service: Wood fence installation

Not only is the work high quality, but they worked a long first day through the rain to ensure that our yard was closed in that night. Dylan called to give me a time that his crew would show up. Days later, after things changed with his crew’s schedule, he called me to inform me that they would be coming out earlier. This type of communication allowed me time to make adjustments in my schedule so that I could be home. I really appreciate the communication.As far as the crew, they worked diligently and completed the work in a timely manner. Once they cleaned up and left, the only evidence that someone had been in my back yard was the quality and workmanship of the fence. Thank you guys for your attention to detail!

Got a quote today to repair our electric gate. We need a new control board, battery, and to lift our gate 2” higher. The quote was almost $6K💸🤦‍♂️. For reference, a new control board is average $250 on Amazon, new car battery is $125, and average hourly labor for a welder is $65-$125 national average. Even with fees and profit markups, we are talking $1K max. I felt bad laughing at the quote. I said I could get a new gate, entire gate kit, and 1/3 of my backyard fenced for that. As an update to this post, I ended up getting it fixed for $750.

Had over 325' linear feet of fence replaced with two separate contracts. Outstanding workmanship and value for the money post-covid pricing. The installers have a great eye for detail working with existing neighbors fencing. Stay on top of them post cleanup and you'll be happy with this contractor. I have one final 125' run of fence to be replaced which they will do this month. I upgraded to the the JPC Cedar which will bring years of sturdiness and enjoyment. When you no call and no show your appointment it sends a bad signal to your customer. When the customer calls and you give them the excuse you had to sit in line for 2 hours this morning for materials and you did not use this time to notify your customer of your delay it confirms the message that customers are not a priority. Customers do not always sit at home for hours on end and have jobs they must schedule around. If the company does not respect this and no show/no calls their appointments make you wonder about their ability to complete their work on time and as promised.

There is no higher quality of fence iinstallers in the DFW area. Dylan, Doug and Cruz are outstanding people and do excellent work. I had 300 foot of fence, 8 ft, horizontal, capped and covered with a 10 ft gate and it looks like something off HGTV.
