Where do I start! This store is always a mess, from not being able to find the things you need to not able to get down the isles. Now the employees have changed the hours! If you’re going to close the doors at 9pm then close it at 9pm!!! Do not stand at the door and tell people to “hurry up and get what you need because we are trying to close!” Put a sign on the door that says you’re closing at 9pm and change it on the website! They told us (the customer) that they were being gracious by allowing us to come into the store that should not even be closing until 10pm! If they are doing this due to a shortage in employees, then why don’t you call people in for interviews! My daughter applied 2 weeks ago and still has heard nothing. Don’t be rude to your customers!!!! This store needs an overhaul in management, someone who will come in and show pride in their store and appreciate the customers!!!!’

My wife and I came in last night for some date night supplies and had the best experience ever. Your employees were both kind and patient and made sure I got my veterans discount y’all had going on for the weekend. Jemil is prior military, there was a feeling of camaraderie and a high level of mutual respect which I can’t tell you how much I appreciate that. Linda our cashier for the night was so sweet and generous. She even pulled a coupon out of her own purse for us. That’s generosity at its finest! You have wonderful people working at this location and they really do go above and beyond!

Going over there three or four times a week is not unusual. I think there is some good people working there. If you can't find something ask because the store changes all the time. Really good prices on a lot of things. I end up coming out with more than I wanted to go and get. Cheapest beer and cigarettes for the area.

The aisles are very narrow which makes the store seem a bit dim in places. The prices seem only slightly less than some other stores. The employees don't appear to be very friendly unless you are a familiar face. They are not rude, they just don't seem to smile or talk much.

It's a great place to shop. The only bad thing about this store is that it's messy. The items they are stocking is always blocking the items you are shopping for. It's hard to push your cart around the store due to their stocking cart and the items on the floor like clothes, toys, and etc. The staff is really friendly and can tell they are trying to keep up with the mess bc they are never at the register. You have to ring a bell to let them know you ready to check out. It's a convenient store to go to from my home. I like the deals and how friendly the staff is.

The aisles are very narrow and the store is so cluttered that stuff was falling off of the shelves and you can't get the cart through. It was dirty, difficult to navigate, and hard to find what I needed. I ended up leaving without stuff because I couldn't find it and the cashier seemed to be the only person around and wasn't very polite or helpful.

The store itself is perfectly fine, clean and has everything a functional store needs. The problem is the mask enforcement, many people dont wear their mask in the shop and no one enforces the policy, even though they have a sign that clearly states its mandated. There is a pandemic, it needs to be enforced.

We had a great experience and want to share it with everyone.I was shopping for hair spray color for kids. We were going to paint my grandson's hair.They hadn't put out their Halloween stuff so we just started looking around.My grandson found lots of toys but finally settled on one.I gave him money to pay for it but we were surprised when it rang up higher than we expected.Needless to say my grandson was heart broken.As we were leaving, the cashier said wait a minute let me see if I can help.And did she help. They marked down the toy so he could buy it.All you could hear as we were leaving was my grandson saying"Thank you" over and over.

Had trouble getting through the aisle. The aisles are narrow and congested with floor displays and merchandise that needs to be put out. The employee's were great and efficient. They are hard worker's , each one doing the work of three people.

There is a tone of ice out and I almost slipped on the ice. Tons of elderly men and women go in and out of this store and they are gonna slip and fall then they'll hurt themselves because no one could have put some salt down to melt the ice or they could have gone out and shovel the ice.

I love Dollar General! It was the first "dollar store" I had ever seen when I moved to Texas! (Back then everything was still $1.00!)A great store when you don't want to brave Walmart! Great prices, friendly staff... awesome!

Great staff. And while yeah you may have to wait to be checked out, they have a method to their service and you don't have to just there and wait! I go more to dollar general then I go to the grocery store across the street. Never have to worry about dates and damages. I commend all their workers on their hard work.

This store is bad. Over crowded, isles always congested with unstocked stuff so bad you can’t move. Employees slow and it’s dirty. Most people I know in town just take the 8 mile trip to Ponder which is a super nice store, clean, never congested and very well organized.

This little hometown Dollar General is running better than ever now. No more cluttered impassable isles... and it's nicely organized as well. Great new Mgr.has gotten things in order.

Justin TX Dollar General has updated it's layout so it will take a minute to find what you want. The aisle are small and clogged with displays or carts to be stocked. The employees are very friendly! Pricing is fair for the convenience.

Always a pleasure to shop at DG. I get most of my canned goods from them as well as soda, chips, beer and milk.The staff is always friendly and helpful. If you live in Justin, TX, you can feed your family with DG and save lots of money.

Some confuse the name of the store to mean everything is priced at one dollar. While this is not the case, there are many items that are an exceptional value; both their own brands, as well as clearanced items. Nice variety. Just about everything you would want in a quick shop type store.

It's a little better since the remodel. They carry a lot more brand name items. The cashiers are always friendly, even when there's a line around the whole store.

I am a 3 times a day customer!! Lol. It’s where I go to run away from kiddos for 20 min!! Lol. I absolutely love Jennifer! She has gone out of her way SEVERAL times to help me!! Lost wallet, finding an item, helping me with ideas!! I can trust to send my oldest in for me and know that whoever is I’m there will help her Amoy be inconvenienced bc it’s a child asking for help.Hunter is fantastic too!! I’m loving the staff we have at this moment. It’s been a long time since I could say that!! Store finally has some order. Keep it up Justin Dollar G!!!

Recent remodel hasn't changed things a whole lot here. Still seems a little unorganized and cluttered..still a good place to stop in if your looking for a few specific items, beats going to the supermarket

Most always have what you need or can get by with. I'm almost always in and out of them. Seems to me almost ALL of them are in disarray!!! Stuff on the floors up and down isles. I guess good help is hard to find and seems as though they run the good ones off or they leave for better conditions and money. All and all will keep using them.

I do NOT like the way the store uses the phone app. I'm forgetful as can be. I do wish the cashiers would ask if you would like to enter your phone number so that the coupons that were clipped could be used. It is my fault, but I won't be back.

The grocery store in Justin is too expensive, Dollar General has items i need to keep my house going through the week without going to Walmart multiple times .This store is getting remodeled soon, right now there is alot of stuff in there with a bad layout.
