I come to this store at least once a week to pick up items for work. Ace always has the right tools for the job. Ross and Waylon are two associates on the floor that always take care of me. They are knowledgeable and always know what I am looking for when the item doesn't come to mind.There are several other associates there that do a great job as well. Dawn and Kaylee do a great job working the cash registers / inventory management. There is another lady and young man that just started that always greet when walking in and manages the cash registers.Again, I come in nearly once a week so having familiar faces to work with is a huge plus. Keep up the great work, retention, and always keeping the store clean.Shout out to Fred the Rooster.

Absolutely the worst place in the world to come to period the worst customer service I have ever had in my life period unhelpful rude cutting me off talking over me and letting me know that I was wrong when in fact I didn't have the answer and those why I came to them and to have them act like that is absolutely disheartening I would never come back here for anything in my life and I would hope that everybody else would boycott this store as well

A HUGE shout out to this store and their AMAZING customer service!!! My Big Green Egg base was authorized by the dealer for replacement and while I was happy to get the part replaced, in no way was I looking forward to putting it together by myself. They did so and I can't say thank you loud enough! THANK YOU!!!!!

Shoutout to DJ who was a lifesaver today! I walked in, and after greeting me and asking if I needed help, he quickly went to solving my problem. We had gotten a bunk bed off Facebook Marketplace and the screws were either stripped or bent making the bed unusable. DJ took his time finding the right size screws AND when he realized the size they carried was too long for the other part I brought, he cut them to length perfectly. I’m SO grateful we have such great service and options here in town! We were able to avoid waiting for speciality replacement IKEA hardware or making a half hour trip to a big name store. Every worker also greeted me and asked if I needed help as I waited, and I really appreciated the welcoming and helpful atmosphere!

This place is amazing. My husband stops by at least 3 times a week. The last time, we had a stopped up bathroom pipe & the man, after helping his find the correct part, told him he would help out after he got off work if my husband couldn't figure it out. Amazing people & amazing customer service.

I have been looking for an ANT Killer that is safe for chicken's and pets. For once i went to a store today where the people looked it up and found one that CLAIMED it was just that. The clerk hadn't used it so he didn't know so i gave it a shot. ORANGE GUARD is the name of it and it is 100% a gimmick! The ants walk rite through it and when saturated they don't even care. DO NOT WASTE YOUR $33 on this worthless spray. I would have returned it but i poured it into a sprayer to give it a shot and i am guessing they won't take an empty jug back sadly.Lesson Learned(Pic included)HOWEVER: The people here are very helpful and the store is always clean/organized.

This establishment is great! Every single associate I came across was extremely nice & asked if I needed help finding anything. I only walked through a few aisles & was able to find what I needed. They're not jam packed full of items, the aisles are nice & organized. This establishment is also very dog friendly too as Chloe got a treat when we checked out.

They have propane refills located there as well as a garden center. They have a restroom. There is pretty much a little bit of everything you could need in a hardware store and a retail store combined. There is always a good amount of staff available to assist you with your needs.

They were super helpful in helping me find what I was shopping for. The girl at register was great. Then since I was struggling being able to get everything with ease. Walked me to my lot an load everything. Highly recommend the Justin location. I get the monthly coupon in the mail. It's nice to get a perk each month an stay local.

Came here to fill up our propane tanks for our travel trailer. The service was good. People are very polite and professional. The only thing I would change is a way to pay out by where the propane is filled up. I have a disability you can't see and the extra walking back and forth is a problem at times.

Most of the time service is great and everyone is friendly, helpful and nice. On a few occasions, management was rude and rushed me out the door because they were closing in 5 min when I was checking out. The manager was very rude.

Ron was very helpful with helping me get the right hoses and misc peices for my foundation drip system. Waylon in the small engine Stihl dept. was extremely helpful finding the right gas cap for me. He went above and beyond. Highly recommend this place.customer service

Nice store; friendly people. However, I spent over $350.00 on plants/soil/wheelbarrow---3 flats of plants at $25 each and had 9 plants that didn't make it... that's equivalent to over $10. They said they do NOT guarantee their plants. Lowes and Home Depot do so I will not be going back to Ace again.
