I have stopped at this place several times in the past. The staff is respectful, , and professional. The facilities such as floor, restrooms, and restaurant. Clean windshield washer fluid at the fuel pumps. I can definitely appreciate the consistency at this location. Kudos Pilot! 👍

I was sleeping and some employee woke me up at 12:24 am knocking on my truck door and asking me if I paid to be in the reserve parking. Don't they have in their system to see which truck already paid. My parking ticket was on the windshield but wasn't visible for him he said. This employee needs to be fired.

This place is so clean I thought it was brand new. (It's 9 years old!) Shout out to Jeff, the manager & Brenda behind the food counter! Both were very friendly and helpful!

Very nice Pilot travel center service station. The staff is helpful and courteous. There are a lot of gas pumps.The parking area has ample parking spaces and it is kept clean of debris.Prices in the store are reasonable.There is also a Subway sandwich shop inside the main store.There is an area with table and chairs, I liked that we were able to sit and enjoy our meal there.The restrooms are also kept clean.This was our ( my and my husband’s) first visit to this location, next time we are passing thru we will definitely come back to this Pilot location.We had breakfast at PJ Fresh located inside the Pilot store.

The shower was nice, hot and sanitary. Perfect way to end the day. The parking lot for truckers has plenty of spaces available even around 6pm. The employees I interacted with were nice and respectful. Clean facilities by the looks of it. Over all a good experience.

I have to give a review this is hands down the BEST pilot but also the best truck stop I have been to. Staff is friendly, courteous ,clean showers and the facility was clean. They make you feel like your more than just another trucker. I was down for 4 days here and they made me feel like family even when they was here instead of with their families for Thanksgiving. I can not speak highly enough for the great customer service . I have a back ground over 20 years of running stores if I was the manager here I couldn't be prouder of the team and family that work here. THANK YOU ALL FOR MAKING MY THANKSGIVING HERE A ENJOYABLE ONE . I wish you all the best

Pilot is very popular for truckers and travelers! Showers available! A good selection of food to choose from😁 Always the cheapest gas right off the freeway! I love Pilot when I'm on the road! Very well kept and clean location 😁

This is the only Loves Travel Stops I have ever been grossed out at. Restrooms were very disgusting. Garbage cans overflowing with paper towels and purse hangers in each stall broken off and toilets, so gross and dirty. Poop and pee on the women’s bathroom floor…how?! My husband said men’s bathroom was the same. Nacho Cheese for nachos was out in the hot food section. Lots of employees working there on Nov 19h, around 12:15pm. The manager needs to step it up and make sure people are doing their jobs.

I’m impressed by the selection of goods this store has. They have everything we need and then some. Ordered a Pizza and it is good and the customer service is friendly and attentive which is hard to find these days. Glad we found this place not much to choose from in Juntion.

Mrs Rachel, I hope this is her name. If not, please forgive me. But she's the lady with the dyed red hair. Yesterday, when I stopped, I was irritated and tired. After she said good afternoon, welcome to Pilot. It was as if someone turned the lights on for me. And upon checking out with Mrs Rachel, she asked me how I was doing and seemed genuinely concerned. Upon leaving to retreat to my truck, I couldn't hide the big smile on my face, it was like running into my sister. Thank you Mrs Rachel, your positivity filled my Coffe Cup. Here in the pilot's subway in junction, tx, I tried to order 2 times but it was impossible the girl, she looked at me but did not care, the boyfriend arrived. She served him gave him his pizza and then went to hide, How nice it is to make money without working.

Don't stay here at all. Avoid at all cost! I paid for premium parking only to get hit by this guy. Pilot said there isn't anything they could do this is flat out unacceptable and disappointing to say the least.

The service at the hot bar was excellent. The food was delicious. The service at the checkout counter, well I was so sorry to interrupt the cashier while she was so busy flirting with a guest.stood there 5 min.very poor service. And I was going to grab a hot dog to go, but the grill was disgusting. And behind it was dried food, some sort of stains and grease that I know had been there at least a week. So my advice is yes the hot bar very clean, and good.eat there only....

Wow! Zero stars. Signage for food needs to be corrected. They make it seem like you are getting a meat and two sides for 7.99. Not the case at all! Plus $2.99 for each side item. $15.00 per plate?! $30.00 for gas station food?! WTH! How rude!!Won’t be use this station again when traveling.

As a OTR truck driver probably the best experience I ever had in a pilot. Well stocked, clean showers and the best customer service from start to finish. Employees deserve a raise good job.

Something happened here that really upset me. As a truck driver with diabetes and a lot of food allergies, I can't eat takeout and have to make my own food at home. I put my food container boxes next to the fuel pump, after filling up, I pulled up my truck forward so as not to block the way. In just one minute, my food boxes were all thrown away by the cleaner, three clean boxes full of food. He didn't even think to ask me, even though I was standing next to the truck. I don't know if I should be angry or not. But I am so sad now, I was prepared food for five days and now I have to starve on the last day.

It used to be a very good travel center but not good recently, we've stopped twice for the past month, one of the coffee makers were broke which has decaf option on it and the other machine for hot chocolate! How can you not be able to fix them within a month???!! And their cinnamon rolls are just raw dough, seems like the owner is very cheap, don't want to change or fix coffee makers, cut electric bill by not baking very well and hire more people to clean the nasty restrooms. Soon people will realize this change and not stop there anymore!

Smart of them to put the really cute girl at the Cinnabon station. I definitely bought a cinnamon roll because I wanted to talk to her. I doubt she’ll see this but she’s really pretty and I liked her hand tattoo.Other than that this is a good store. Clean. Good food. Self checkout is nice. Just wish I could see that girl again.

Power goes out and they can't keep the C-store open for restroom and shower use? Unacceptable. The answer I got from one female worker was "risk of theft." Again, Unacceptable. Night of 06/16/23. Couldn't even get my reserved parking ticket for reimbursement because these people are incapable of running a store without the use of the computer telling them how to ring up items.

I stopped in there during a business trip. I should have taken some pictures. But didn't really think about it. It was a pleasant experience. I had a subway sandwich, chips, drink & cookie ( combo meal) which was very good. the lady behind the counter was helpful and courteous. got some fuel for the car. the prices are obviously still too high, but that's not thier fault. so overall it was a 4 star experience..
