We’ve been coming to the Pines for quite some time now, and I just won’t go anywhere else. Our fur babies go for grooming, playtime and for boarding. I never have a worry when they’re there because I know they’re being taken care of. When I pick them up from a day of play and grooming, I always have a report of how they did that day. when they’re being boarded I love how they have their own room to play in and be able to sleep together. this last time that they came home from being groomed, my husband would not quit talking about how shiny they both were. The employees there love on all the fur babies as if they were their own. When we leave on vacation, I know they’re being taken care of, and it’s kind of like they’re at their own little Spa Resort. The only thing I wish was different was if they had cameras in the rooms only because I like to peek in on them every once a while if I could. But they do post pictures on Facebook and they have birthday parties and lots of fun.Thank you Melinda and staff for always taking care of Shadow(💔) Sasha, and Riley!!

I cannot say enough good things about this business! Melinda and her staff are professionals who love what they do. I had a very bad experience with a mobile groomer and was referred to The Pines by my vet. I will forever be thankful for that referral.Sadie loves going to her grooming sessions and almost jumps out of my arms when I take her to be boarded. I appreciate having such a safe and trustworthy place to leave my little girl.

The Pines Staff and Ownership are so caring and loving not only to pets but us humans as well! Been with them since the beginning and they have a very busy practice but it runs super efficiently and with utmost customer service. Would totally recommend them if you’re looking for a place that loves your animals like their own and runs their business professionally.

They are the worst around. They used to be good But they have a large turnover due to the owner Melinda. We used them for 10 years but if your late 1 time she kicks you off the schedule. And if you don’t show she’ll make you pay and kick you off the schedule. Even if you’ve been there for 10 years. And the latest batch of groomers don’t know much yet. They are still learning. And there prices are really high.

Shameful business practices! Our dog, Jackson, was groomed here for over a year.and never missed an appointment. That is until I ended up in the hospital with Kidney failure. Additionally, my heart had to be restarted due to the strain on my body. My wife was by my side at the hospital the entire time.This happened during a time when our dog had an appointment. My wife told them the situation at that time but they expressed no concern and were heartless about the situation.My near death experience wasn’t reason enough to justify missing an appointment. The next scheduled appointment was lost without any notification.When explaining again today (12/8/2023) there was no kindness or understanding. In fact, they were cold, uncaring and rudely told us we would have to pay a fee to get our dog back on their schedule.This is deplorable and speaks to how this business is run and illustrates their employees’ lack of decency when dealing with customers.This experience tells me that their $100 grooming and $75 missed appointment fees are more valuable than my life in their eyes.

The policies and practices here are some of the best I’ve seen at any daycare/boarding facility yet! They take the care and safety of your animals incredibly seriously, on top of making sure they enjoy themselves.

We found the Pines Pet Pampering when we moved here two years ago and have been bringing our three dogs and cat here for daycare, boarding and grooming ever since. I wouldn't trust anyone else with my fur babies. Melinda and her staff are the absolute best! Very professional, knowledgeable, kind and caring. Treat all their animals like family. ❤️

There are very few people I trust to care for my dogs. The Pines Pet Pampering is one of the best! My dogs have always pushed me out the door so excited to go in because they love the staff so much. All of the staff treats our animals as though they are their own. I always say you get what you pay for, and The Pines is the best. From my dogs who are no longer here, Chipper, Barklee, Zoee and Buddy to my current dogs Benny and Cooper, they love The Pines!

Our Aussiedoodle, Barkley, has been groomed by The Pines since his first haircut. He is now 6 1/2 years old. He loves going to the Pines! He literally jumps out of our car and runs inside. He adores all of the staff. They have taken such good care of him. We have him groomed every 4 weeks. We also have boarded him numerous times and he attends daycare on occasion. He couldn’t be in better or safer hands. We are so grateful to be part of the Pines family.

We always take our pets to The Pines Pet Pampering. Someone is always there to take care of our fur babies. Our dog has to take pills for allergies by mouth. And they make sure she does not miss any pills. I love how take care of all our fur

I just left this place very angry because they refused to groom my intact female SHOW dog because she may release pheromones and cause a disruption to their other clients. My dog just went out of heat two months ago and is not at a stage in her cycle to release anything. Not only that she obedience trained and very well mannered. But, they just have a flat out policy that they do not service intact females over the age of 6 months. I find this to be very discriminatory against female dogs that are being VERY RESPONSIBLY bred. The owner said she would do her nails but not allow me to drop her off for a bath etc. This is the first that I have ever heard of such a ridiculous policy. I can understand not wanting while they are in heat but never allowing them is totally off the wall and out of touch. Won't ever step foot in there again. I hope it was worth it because they just missed out on a very easy groom.

Pines has been cutting my chihuahua’s nails for over 5 years. They are the only place that she allows to touch her feet. They dremel them instead of clip. Chelsey is amazing with her! I highly recommend them to any dog or cat owner. My vet sent me to them for her nail maintenance.

Our Bichon, Sophie, loves all the staff at The Pines Pet Pampering. They are exceptional and love your pets, as if they were their own.We just recently boarded our babies with them while on vacation. The only worry we have is for the staff...afraid our cat, Purrl, will be mean to them. lol

Our dog has had skin conditions for a long time. Melinda and her staff went about grooming and bathing him in a different way and it has made all the difference. The quality of their work can’t be beat and they communicate clearly whenever there are questions. We also used them for boarding and they did an incredible job. Their facility is clean and their staff is friendly and professional. We will be moving from the area soon hut still plan to take our dog here.

We cannot say enough positive things about The Pines. Unfortunately we recently moved away, but they have an extraordinary facility and staff. We took our small dog there to get groomed regularly, and she was excited and happy to go there every time (which wasn't the case at past groomers). We've also boarded them there and were very pleased at their boarding schedules, letting them out regularly throughout the day - even on Sunday when they're closed (other boarders we've talked to just take them out once on Sunday).Also, our dogs had some very specific needs and the boarding staff there not only remembered our dogs, but remembered all their needs and special care items as well.Now we have to go through the process of finding a new boarding facility, and I think it will be difficult considering the high standards that The Pines has set!Thank you again for all the wonderful care you've given our pups!

I’ve brought my puppy here 3 times for his nails. The first time was wonderful and I had no issues with them. The second time was not. They cut my dogs nails wayyy too short to where he was bleeding. They did not tell me about it and I noticed on the drive home. I now have dog blood on the seats in my car. The 3rd time was definitely the last. The person that did his nails came out to speak to my boyfriend and I. Her tone of voice was so rude. She told us that he needs to be neutered,(which is happening this month) and that they’ve noticed a change in his behavior. I believe there was a change because he was very anxious and excited. Also, I think taking the puppy away from their owner cause this also. I do not appreciate being spoken to like I am a child. If you’re running your own business then maybe you should speak to your clients with a little more respect to make them want to come back. But now I will be taking my puppy to someone that actually seems to enjoy what they do and not like it’s some kind of burden.

We have been taking our aussidoodle to the Pines for 2 years now. They are awesome for grooming boarding and Daycare. I wouldn’t consider taking him any where else. He becomes excited as soon as we turn into their driveway and can’t wait to get inside. Clearly he loves it there and feels safe.

We travel a lot and so sometimes we need a place for Princess to be able to be taken to where she's goin to get taken good care, she enjoys the people and the pets are treated right. At the Pines, they go above and beyond. They let the other dogs play with each other outside, they'll do a day-care where the dogs can play as well, then we are ready to come and pick her up, they'll bath her as well. Princess really enjoys her time there, as soon as we pull up she gets very excited and runs directly to the staff. She does however have one particular employee she seems to enjoy the best. I am happy knowing that Princess is in a good environment, around other dogs, caring staff and enjoys it there. It takes so much worry off of me knowing all this and knowing just how much she loves the Pines. Thank you to everyone up at the Pines Pampering!

This is the ONLY Pet boarding and pet grooming location I'd recommend. Melinda and team will LOVE and care for your pet as you do. Dog rooms are pet hotel quality with raised beds and extra amenities available. Your pet will go out or play inside at least 3 times a day. Added bonus...Melinda makes and sells her own line of natural soaps.

Chelsea is so good with our Bichon (Hunny) & we are so thankful. This isn’t just any Bichon. We lost our 17 year old daughter (Heidi Marie). She & Hunny were inseparable & I know if she could have told me one thing it would have been “Daddy take care of Hunny” We love the Pines because they treat Hunny like family.
