I love this friendly store. Always super socialable and give the best advice if looking for something in particular, even if not in their store. Even if you can't find what you need, the experience is worth coming for. They also have smart coupons that you just clip and they apply to your ticket, with Saturday being save $5 off $25 or more pretax, plus being able to stack my other coupons. Overall is a great store for my everyday needs.

Went into this store looking for pokemon cards. Was greeted by Valerie. Was surprised how clean the store was after visiting Dollar General. We walked the store and noticed every employee working on restocking. I don't like asking for help so we thought yall didn't have pokemon cards. Ended up about to exit when Valerie asked if we didn't find what we were looking for. We said we were looking for Pokémon cards and she said they keep them at the front desk. Ended up getting a pack and walked out without having to go to Walmart! Great job and great team!

The store is always cluttered with boxes of items in the isles. The employee who I had to deal with was more worried about smoking her cigarette than anything. She kept going outside to smoke when she could have been helping the other employee put stuff away or try giving customers better customer service. She had a very bad attitude and acted like customers were a problem when they walked in. She huffed and seriously puffed every time a customer came in the door.The shelves in the store were not all organized and labeled to where you could understand pricing. The toy section was very poor in the selection, and very disorganized, but I guess that is because the boxes of stuff on the ground needed to be put up. I walked around the entire store and noticed only certain areas had been organized and somewhat labeled correctly. That's when I saw the 2nd employee still bringing out more boxes while the 1st employee was outside smoking her cigarettes yet again, instead of helping put away items, assisting customers, organizing shelves, checking pricing on items and labeling them, or doing something to make the store better for everyone. I don't recommend this store location unless you are desperate. They need to change things up or get employees in there that will do a better job of making that store what it should be for customers including better customer service and not an employee who is worried about smoking all the time and not helping in the store, or giving better customer service. I was in the store for 45 minutes looking for a certain item which I finally did find and yes I did find other items and I did spend money in the store. This will probably be the last time for a good while at this location.I didn't want to give it one star but the app made me.

The two Girls working on 3/9/22 between 3-5 P.M. Were the type Of Employees that one wants to see when they enter a business. Working in customer service myself ..to see an employee being helpful ,courteous, and all smiles is Awesome!!These are definitely very strong points in gaining more than just a few return customers.Great Job Ladies !

Cashier is very helpful and an extremely hard worker! She's definitely got to be the prettiest and sweetest lady I've ever seen or met...she also happens to be my wife which makes shopping here a little extra special for me. Keep up the good work!

Disappointed when I had to pay $80 for groceries when I should have only paid $70, max. I know that doesn't seem like much but I'm a single mom with 2 kids on a small income so I specifically go after $1 items. When I got to the register only 5 of my items were priced correctly. All but 2 of my $1 items rang up $1.25+. I asked the cashier about it and she explained that they didn't get sent enough stickers to change on the shelves. As a former SFS, this is ridiculous. At least put up a sign that states the issue at hand.

Recently purchased a used vehicle from Eric at Family Toyota of Burleson and the whole process was fast and painless. Eric’s follow is also great. I had a chip in my windshield and he is getting it repaired free of charge.

smells like a dead body in the store. I had forgotten why I didn't stop in that store ever. stopped one day, went inside.and it hit me. I just left. it had been at least a year... the smell is so strong. I don't see how those poor ladies can get their job done... it's REALLY bad.

I went in to do my shopping list usual one of my favorite places to come they always have what I need and after getting the items that I was looking for I came to purchase my items and there was a lady in the store today Christmas Eve paying for people's merchandise for the most amazing things I've ever experienced in my life I've seen a lot of stuff but she told me you helped a lot of people and I do and it was just amazing like a real life Angel loved it

Very nice cashier he was very polite and a really good smile but they where out of some things but I understood because there truck was there ready to unload more merchandise. Very friendly.

Poor customer service more than once! Treated very rudely in front of a whole line of customers.At checkout, I asked if Family Dollar charged a fee for cashback and was told no, so I opted to get cashback. As I was leaving, I checked receipt and there was a $1 fee for my cashback. So, I wanted a refund and the female manager or lead worker yelled that it stated very clearly on credit/debit card machine there was a fee. I told her that I asked her cashier; not the machine and was told there was no fee. She said her cashier had only been working for 3 WEEKS and wouldn't know that! Family Dollar is racking up the money in fees they supposedly don't charge you for.

I like it. It's well lit. The employees are good at their job, the only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because it's clothes aren't managed so it looks sloppy and the cold food machines aren't well stocked

I went to this store tonight. It smelled horrible from when I walked in the door...walking around shopping it did not go away. I checked out waiting in line and literally had to cover my face cuz it smelled like a toilet.

I had looked everywhere for a store that was open for Christmas and they were the only ones open. Even though it was Christmas and they were working they were very nice , helpful and kind.
