I was a tenant at this marina for several years. I was targeted for my sexuality by both tenants and management. This is the most unwelcoming Marina on Lake Travis. There is a lack of diversity. Certain tenants at this marina feel they are supreme and above others. I faced discrimination from several tenants who attempted to intimidate me for flying my pride flag. Management must enforce the rules of the marina. There are several male tenants (often intoxicated) who aggressively police the dock. I was concerned about the security of my boat.One day, Charlotte (the marina manager) confronted me on the dock and brought several tenants. Apparently, she didn’t like that I had conversed with her friend at the dam who we tied up with. This unprofessional, childish behavior is not what I would expect from management. After causing a scene, involving other tenants, we decided to move to a marina clear across the lake.The atmosphere of this marina is very political. Rallies often occur in the common area. Management is not inclusive of the expression of opposing views. Diversity should be embraced and tenants should be allowed to express themselves and be proud of who they are. A marina is not a place for political shenanigans. Enjoy the lake and learn to accept diversity.I won't give this marina business and would like to encourage you to avoid it at all costs.

Super nice marina.Finally took the time to check out a family friend's newest 98 ft. double decker.Maybe it was just the right place at the right time, but it was nice and quiet. There was not too much traffic going on, so it was a fantastic day out.Ship store is convenient and has great selection. 👍

We had a slip at Waterford marina which is managed from here. The marina was fine. But when we left it was like pulling teeth to get my deposit returned. Charolate the manager does not return phone calls or emails. I finally did get her on the phone I gave her the proper information to put refund my deposit into my bank account. She told me on the phone it was completed. It never was. I had to drive to the marina and confront her there to get a check. Which she finally did get me a check and I got my refund. Just beware.

We just moved into the marina today 4 Dec 20 from another marina on the lake. We can't express enough how happy we are that we made this move! Management is very friendly and accommodating. The marina is so quiet and clean!! The ship store is clean and stocked very well, Westin is helpful and very courteous.

I've only stopped here at the store to purchase items. I don't have a boat stored here. I've always been treated with kindness from the people helping me tie up my boat, to the people inside the store. I can see why it's won Marina of the year several times

I have been nothing short of impressed with this marina. From my initial tour to actually getting our boat moved to our slip, Charlotte and Billy have both been extremely helpful. We have felt welcomed and treated with respect by any other tenant that we have come into contact with. We look forward to having our "Nina Simone" here for many years to come ;)

On a Austin Boat Tour and we stopped at the Northshore Marina for drinksand a rest room break. Very friendly and helpful. Nice convenient store with drinks, snacks and souvenirs. I bought some very nice T-shirts. Great boat stop for gas and snacks. Great stop if you are on Lake Travis.

Always excellent service, they always help me tie my boat up when I pull into the slip. Gas is expensive, typically over $5/gallon. Good place to stop for beer if you run out at Devil's Cove.

Had a boat party for my grandkids , had a great time ! Went swimming cook on the boat had a grill I had the best time ! Had a slide an yes grandma was sliding down too !lol

This is our routine gas stop, it's really easy to get in and out. The attendance help you tie off and pump your gas. The store has a large selection of things that you may have missed on the land before you departed. Keep in mind it is based on water prices... Don't forget anything but if you do this is the place to go to get it.

This is a top notch marina and has won so many awards over the years! They have a great gift snack shop open from 9.00a.m. to 8.00 p.m. seven days a week. Also, they have two trams to take you down to the marina.

We are new to the Hollows and finally made it to Northshore Marina to explore. We were able to walk around and look at all the spectacular boats coming in and leaving the marina. Northshore is immaculately clean and organized. We decided to go and "see" the remodeled store down by the gas pumps and were able to meet Charlotte Jacunski. She is the Operations Mgr. at the Marina. Wow, what a nice and informative person. A salute to Charlotte for being so nice, and answering all of our newbie questions. Thank you for your hospitality Charlotte.

Northshore Marina is great. After checking out every marina on the lake that could accommodate my boat, I was impressed by how well maintained Northshore was and it was still less expensive than many of the others. Right around the corner from Devil's Cove, so there is never a shortage of excitement.

Wonderful Staff and beautiful Marina. I hope that someday I will be able to stay at this marina as the location is perfect for launching. Unfortunately, i need a marina with a boatel or lift in order to keep my boat there.

Very nice facility, friendly people and nice ship store. The two trams make it easy to carry supplies and people. Dog friendly as well. Plenty of parking.

Get your sunset on in a boat on the water. Oh my what a place. Beautiful views. The houses oh the houses and on the cliffs oh my....what do you do for a living? Lol! A must visit place.
