Really nice guys there. I had ordered some parts to be overnighted and ended up getting sick the next day, the gentleman there was nice enough to drive the parts down to the mechanic himself! You just don't see that kind of service anymore, great job guys!

I recently had knee surgery so I am moving around rather slowly, so when I went in to purchase new wipers and the fellow behind the offered to put them on for me, I appreciated the offer. He not only made sure I got the ones I wanted along with the right size, but also installed them and refused to take money I handed him for helping me out. You don't find many good, genuine people like that in Austin, only on the outskirts. I am happy that I relocated out of the city and prefer to support local businesses and will be getting parts for my other car from CarQuest once I am fully recovered from my knee surgeries.

Gentlemen in store are very helpful! Went in for a battery but they didn’t have in stock. They ordered it and I was able to go pick it up within a couple hours. Very intelligible and very polite. I’ll be going to this guys first from now on. Thank you!

The man working the counter was very helpful. Ordered online and the stuff (diff oil and control arm) was ready fast, and they also bought back an old battery I had in my truck for a reasonable rate. Great selection too for most part.

I have had parts from here last longer than ones from Autozone that were guaranteed for life. Prices are about the same, just more for your money here.

Way overpriced!!! But if ya need something in a pinch, they're there. I should say 1 person is there, so be prepared to wait in line. I paid $32 there and paid $21 for the exact same thing at O'Reilly! Quite the mark up!

Excellent customer service, they've tested my old battery to see if it's still good in store. They had everything I needed, I was in and out in a matter of minutes. I know where to go if I need any more auto parts in the area.

Great shop that always gives personal customer service!I'm not the biggest fan of the CarQuest-specific brand of products, but for oil and filters their brand has worked fine for me for years, and they of course this store carries name brands of everything too.

Been a very long time customer but the last three times I went in they refuse to wear a mask. If that’s how they feel about protecting our community I’ll take my business elsewhere. They lost a decades long customer in me.

Been going to this parts store off and on since early 70's. Went in today. I always wear a mask since Pandemiic started. No one in store was wearing a mask. Tossed my part on the counter and got out as quick as I could. Not going back. There's an Autozone 6 miles further down the road where they wear masks. Some businesses care about their customers.

Terry always has everything I need, including things not normally found at a parts store but a hardware store. I don't know how many times I have called there and he's like "Yup, we got one". Great service!

Very rude and argued that my brakes didn't come from his carquest because they where the worst ever made until I produced a receipt. NEVER NEVER NEVER BUY FROM THEM! I honor all vets but it doesn't sit well when your a butt.

I visited Miller's Auto Supply yesterday to get some rearview mirror glue. (Sigh.) It hit me that there aren't very many businesses in Jonestown who were open when we arrived in '95 and are still in business. When we were building our house, I spent a lot of time there getting parts for our backhoe and power tools. Always great, reliable service... plus they are a landmark in the area!

This is a true mechanics Auto Parts store, that actually has an experienced guy behind the counter, who you have the feeling has torn a car or two apart. Refreshing experience from the folks at the chains that get the RCA Victor Dog look when you ask them a question about something deeper than windshield wipers. Carquest are the saltiest dawgs of auto parts in ATX!
