My family went in there. Well I had got a drink out of the cooler and I was asking the lady at the counter if she knew it was working. Well the other lady that was there was very rude. She said oh it's been out for a month like we don't already know. The way she said it was very rude. This happened 09/24/2023 about 10:30pm. She was a black lady. I don't ever put bad reviews but wasn't right the way she said it.

I usually love this store. But since you hired the night shift employee Rochelle, no. She is one of the RUDEST people I have ever met! And we’ve seen her attitude towards a while lot of customers as well. As long as she is here, we, along with a lot of others, will not want to come here. Rude rude RUDE!!!EDIT 4/30/21: it sounds like she is this way with pretty much every customer!! And she’s still employed?! The manager needs to WAKE UP. Seriously?? You are going to lose a lot of business. And the fact that you’re okay with her treating customers this way.. Says a lot about the manager as well.

The clerk tonight was extremely rude to every person that walked in while I was in the store. The men's bathroom was broke and while I understand her frustration she did not have the right to take that out on every patron that walked through the door. She was cursing in front of customers and hollering at other staff across the store while waiting on myself and others. I spoke up, just sad people treat others that way.

I come here at night and love coming here. Even if I don't need anything if Rochelle is working I'll stop just to have a good conversation and I always end up spending money here. I wouldn't stop near as often as I do now. She shows me the same respect that I show her. I've only seen her get angry with people that show a lack of respect for her. She's an awesome person

Third world country bathrooms are way cleaner. Filthy describes these. Never received service when standing at the counter. One employee just stood there never acknowledged anyone in line.

I am a “VERY” regular & loyal customer of this particular store branch in Johnson City, and I tried calling at 8:45 am on 1/12/20 to place a to-go order from the kitchen for Fried Chicken Legs (30 pieces) for our “Liberty Lighthouse Church” directly across the Spur-Hwy. from this store & no one would ever pick up and answer the phone. I used the website phone # also... I called 3 times each Very frustrating as a patron in need of a product. Please remedy this issue by communicating with this stores Manager & employee’s ... 🙏Thank you

Please be careful if you go in at night, there is a new woman in here and she lacks customer service skills, her name is Rochelle, and she doesn't know how to talk to people, Rochelle used to work at the dollar tree in Marble Falls but due to her lack of respect for customers, she no longer works their either. Rochelle if you don't straighten up your attitude and learn that your customers are the ones that pay your paycheck ,you may not have a job soon, again.One good thing, she doesn't burn the burritos and corn dogs.

Absolutley the worst customer service i have ever encountered.Saturday nights must be hell in Johnson City, because this lady hates everyone. I watched her berate and insult 5 customers before me for their ethnicity, speech, clothing, even for having a $100.00 bill.Inexcuseable, unacceptable behavior.SKIP THIS PLACE FOREVER.

Approx 7:15 am 9/14/17. The Stripes female cashier became very rude when I questioned the rate she charged me for my taco purchase. she overcharged me for the 2 egg and sausage tacos total $2.58. I pointed to the banner on the store window which states they were .99 each (Limited Time). She said she did not know their prices and tossed 2 dimes back at me. (I still was due .20, but let it go). I looked at the bag the tacos were in, which unfortunately did not have the price on them. Maybe this would have helped avoid the confusion.

I have loved this store since we moved here 8 months ago until the last 2 minths when they hired new night help..the woman is very rude and intimidating..alls I did is ask to buy or turn lottery in and she went CRAZY saying littery is NOT open when she works and she gets there at 10pm..I told her that does not make sense be4 I was a nurse I was a manager at a convenience store and only had to close lottery when changing tils for less then half hr and sometimes I still sold them and changed the number on count is all so i was calling the manager to find out what the deal us and she said she didnt give a f whom i called..a couple weeks later Im in there and she screams over all her customers near the counter to let every1 know lottery is closed cannot buy or sell them and i replied I only need gas tonight and she tokd me too bad I needed to leave HER store right now or she was calling the law cuz she knows I called her manager and told her lies and buklied me out the door threatened to call the law..this entire time I was not saying 1 word..just looking at her in shock while she did her rampage..There were lots of witnesses to this and she still has a job..I went home to Hye and I called the police and made a report over the phone..i then contracted the head manager at the stripes and she acted like it was no biggie made excuses saying the girl say every1 is prejudiced against her because she is Afro American..any1 that treats a customwr like that should not be in customer service..I was never rude or stooped to her level when she tried to antagonuzr me..the worst I ever said was I am calling your manager which is the process when u have issues..So today I ipened a claim with the cooperate 7-11 office to investigate all this because stripes is the only store within miles from our home and its 9 miles away..I love the store and I like all the other employees...this is not about lottery this is about intimidating and being threatening and rude to a customer...If any1 else seen any of the instances when she did these things to me...there has been 5 plus now please comment as I may need to have backup witnesses if she is lying..they should be able to review video from the 12th and 13th and see it..I have friends that were there and family also witnessed things..my husband said he had 1 incident with her also and she yelled at 1 of my friends and said SHE had better not be buying me anything...it is CRAZY
