On April 20,2023 I bought a $600 ($1400 with battery and charger). It s an electric pole saw. It has a sealed brushless motor that seized. . It is a professional grade HTA-86. It has a two year warranty. Today is April 20,2024, less than one year into a two year warranty. I just asked for a new one to finish our project this week.They said they need to keep the saw for a week and may or may not honor the warranty. The thing is, I need a working pole saw today to finish the aforementioned project which we scheduled for this week.When I firmly explained my disgust with the situation, I was told, “Boy, we don’t talk to people that way down here.” Verbatim.After their disgraceful behavior they also added the gem of threatening to, “ call the Sheriff” for apparently simply exercising my first amendment right by expressing my displeasure with their actions and threatening language.If these types of hill billies are you people,, god bless. I’m just a graceful person that wants to live in peace regardless of my accent, (north east if it matters to you….)If you are like me and are disgusted with the prejudgement and vitriol that they spewed out, then by all means, give them your hard earned money and go there.I pray for this beautiful country to unify and not prejudge anyone or treat people differently based on a person’s accent…..You know I won’t ever go in there again. …..They are the opposite of grace and pick and choose which constitution amendment applies to people.

Great service, I bought hay for my Au ts Donkeys and Horses 🐎. The assisted helped us out by leaving the min sales floor and waking over to the hay barn where they store hay. If he hadn't of done this I wouldn't of know where to drive my truck to. I was Thankful that thos young man trucked himself in the freezing cd outside during th artic storm to show me where I needed to go to feed my Aunts donkeys nf horses 🐎.This place i great, wonderful customer service and have what I need. I would recommended coming here for your animal needs.

We always stop by Odiorne feed when we’re in Johnson City! This is an awesome store ran by good people. I’ve purchased all kinds of things from a Barbed-wire fence tightener to mulch. They even have a lot of organic options like lady bug brand as well. SHOP SMALL

Stopped in to buy a couple bags of Purina deer mineral. Very friendly and helpful staff. If I lived closer to Johnson City, this would be my 1 stop feed store. Keep up the great work and hospitality.

On the expensive side for farm animal feed. Cumbersome process to make a refund or correct an order mistake. Spent about 10 minutes waiting for a return to be completed.

Cheapest deer corn in town. Bought a chainsaw 5 years ago from here. Broke a chain and they had my original purchase on file from then to give me the right chain to fit.
