Rude when I came in to look for work automatically blocked for the job cause I am white and skinny. They either use a Air fryer which you have to clean after cooking each time as to not cause cross contamination. You have to set a timer. You have to lay cooking sheets ad well as do dishes. Oil frying you have to change the oil every so often. You have to clean it with a scaper after every shift. Flat top stoves have to be scraped clean with specific scrapers.I've worked first class restaurant to fast food and the guy judge me thinking 😂 I was stupid.
