I LOVE the frozen Corned Beef (veggie meat) roll to make BBQ!Simple recipe:Thaw and chop upMix 1/2 stk melted butter with one bottle of Liquid Smoke and pour over veggie meat. Mix well.Spread into roasting pan(s). I use two pans so more is exposed to heat for it get a little more crispy.Cover with foil and cook on 350° for about 30-45 mins….just so the butter and Liquid Smoke soaks in good.Remove foil, stir and put back in oven for another 30-45 mins depending on if you like some a little crispy.I add the BBQ sauce just shortly before I serve. It seems to soak a lot of sauce up when I store in fridge, …. Either way, it is YUMMM!I served it at a Super Bowl party and all the regular meat-eaters loved it!
