Very rude manager Jim. Brought back into store, another's order, that was in my cart and he still wouldn't fix their mistake on my order.After waiting 1/2hr and getting no where, I left paying extra $6. Besides getting treated like I was pulling something, after bringing in other order, easily $100 worth.Don't shop here, if you value doing right thing because they certainly don't.

Our local Brookshires has the greatest staff!! They are all friendly,and always willing to help the customers! Glad to have Tom,as our manager--he is the BEST! Can't say enough good things about this store!

Small store, has a fair amount of products, but prices are expensive.Store is crowded and difficult to get 2 shopping carts in the opposite direction.They have an app to create your shopping list but will only sort it by price or name of product. We prefer by isles so we can find the product get our shopping done and outbid the store.I do appreciate that by creating an account in the app we got the shopping deals so we did save on the cost of groceriesStaff was friendly and helpful.

I paid for 6 packs of Marlboro 100 red on the 15th. I on the 16th went to pick them up as they didn't make it to my truck. They only had 2 packs and offered me a refund for the other 4. I asked how come they restocked a paid for merch. Store policy should change. You can't resell something that is payed for. I purchase approximately 750$ a month in groceries currently, and have shopped Brookshire s for the last 40 years. Kroger's is looking pretty good now.

Meat market was wiped out, nobody on duty at 3:30 in the afternoon on a Friday. Old and outdated store. Love Brookshires, but not impressed with this one! Won't be shopping here again.

Nice little community grocery, at reasonable prices!One thing they are always short on stock is Iced Tea, especially Sweet Tea, in the bottles... Please stock the Lipton Texas-Style Sweet Tea in the 12-packs! You stock the Peach Tea from Lipton. Why not the Sweet Tea?

Toughest chicken strip I have ever tried to eat a waste of $10.00. First and last time. Might be a good chew toy for a dog. I have never tried to eat crunchy water melon. I understand why I drive other place for my groceries usually cheaper.

Very rude cashiers. The products are good but this guy in the jacket skipped me when I got in line and his bagger just watched me grab 20lb bags of ice when normally they take ur groceries and put them in the cart for you. Its almost worth the 30min trip to Walmart just to avoid rude staff.

Nice little store, but customer beware this store has a habit of giving your points away.cashiers don't pay attention to customer and enter wrong number and bingo, another shopper just got your points from a $300 grocery bill. Check your receipt before you leave the register, to make sure cashier didn't steal them.

Store was very clean and organized I found everything I needed the fruits and vegetables I bought my lil ones where super fresh and the employees were the best had great customer service skills very friendly and kind and helped me load my groceries and everytime I go shopping there they also keep my son intertained well I try to pay for my groceries I love shopping there

Great selections of meat, pastries, and other items of purchase!The folks in this community are AWESOME!!!!!One notice: please let the guy who mops the floor to find something more constructive to do with his time instead of trying to rush patrons down isles to get out of HIS way. He was much too aggressive coming down the isles and this bothered me and other customers.

The only thing positive is the staff are super friendly. We were in out of town. Bought 4 new York strip steaks. After BBQ and half the steaks were grisly and fat. Couldn't eat half of the 3 steaks we Cooked. Super unimpressed

Had to run in for formula while on our weekend in Jefferson. Had a coupon for formula that gave the staff some trouble but they were awesome in handling it. They were very pleasant and joked around. Very friendly staff. We ended up having to come back 2 min before closing for bottle liners and they were still just as great. Very clean and organized for being a small grocery store. We recommend it.

It's a tourist town so everything is more expensive than it should be and there are two different prices fit everything, you only get stuff for the cheaper price if you have their card which takes longer and is kinda a hassle but is free. There were only two lines open but when I complained they did call another checker do that was good and made checkout faster. They seemed nice and I love that they sometimes have free fruit for the kids to snack on while their parents shop.

Always helpful staff. fyi last year during my winter visit I noted to management that the had several of the Simply lemonade and others but they did not have Simply Limeade, this year presto Simply Limeade on the shelves. Best Margaretta mixer ever. Great store.

Not a good meat selection, cleanliness has gone down, customer service is not good at all with most of the staff. Today April 5th at 6:30 pm my wife and myself had the worst most unprofessional encounter ever here by 2 boys Paris and Tre, neither one greeted us, the whole time being checked out not one word was spared our way. These 2 were only concerned with their own conversation and making comments about the customers entering the store. Singing songs, joking around and making inappropriate comments about customers is not what I would call good customer service. Not impressed

I didn't know that 9p.m. meant 8:55 p.m.. After being busy painting our new place in Marshall while entertaining our 1 and 2 year old babies which is very hectic I didn't realize that we didn't have any milk until I got home and Thought that I was lucky because I had a few minutes to spare before they closed being that it was 8:55 But to be told soon as I walked to the door to have the door closed in my face and locked and told that they're closed without a chance to even get a word. load of craps I will not be shopping at Brookshiresagain. piss poor service

Great grocery store with the exception ONE person that works there. He is the rudest person I've ever met at a grocery store and I have complained to management about him but nothing has changed. I would have given 5 stars if not for this ONE rude person that should not be working in any customer service atmosphere. You know who I'm talking about, I'm sure

The Staff is friendly, and will accommodate you any way they can... (Within Reason). The store is always clean, and shelves stocked and rotated as needed w/the latest selection of goods. The products about to go out of date are sold at extreme discounts on the "CLEARANCE" shelves. On the negative side, the Bathroom is Barely adequate, and on FAR END of the stockroom, in Back, and are not easily accessible. I Believe this is on purpose! Also, most of the time, more checkers are needed, w/the long lines.
