Store is not clean stock always out in the middle of the store floors, and rude employees. I wish there was a super HEB up in JAPER, TEXAS. Just to give this store some compition. An also it would give my family and the rest of the community somewhere else to go.

Tried to buy Bluetooth headset at 6:45am, nobody to assist since it was in a locked case. Not even a manager responded to customer assistance. Guess I'll have to order it through amazon.

The store is in disarray actually and that seemingly all started when the current manager, April came in control of it she seems to be a very rude individual I've seen interactions between her and employees there as well as other customers in the store while I've been in there doing my shopping before. The vast majority of shelves in the grocery area is never stocked, atleast as they should be. One or two cashiers upfront whilst there is long lines as most people don't want to use the self checkouts and I don't blame them for not wanting to use those things. I don't know, but the store overall needs decent management. They seriously are lacking for good management it seems.

I have no issue with walmart itself. However the pharmacy leaves much to be desired. Strong lack of communication. I've had dealings over two different incidents regarding myself and on behalf of another person within 2 days at 2 different walmart pharmacies. Both were poorly handled by the pharmacies.

It was ok. Nothing really o brag about. I've been to slot better walmarts before like the one in Lumberton, Texas. It's cleaner and mmmmm more organized and their stockers in the Lumberton walmart do their stocking at night not during the day hours when the store is busy. They always get in the customers way and act like it's our fault that they can't get where they need to be to stock a shelf with it's item when in reality they shouldn't even be doing the stocking at night.

I will not be returning. Two weeks in a row we have made a grocery pickup order and have sat for over an hour and wait. Each week they give new excuses as to why this happens. Yet take zero accountability. I could have walked in and shopped for all my own food in an hour and been home. I will be using HEB from now on..This never happens there..

Woodville Walmart automotive scratched all 4 of my rims after purchasing 4 new tires from them and they would not make it right so I will no longer be doing service with any walmart automotive u can see wheels are only scratched where a tire machine mounts and dismounts tire

Worst auto center. I have had to take my keys back and leave 3 times because of slow service. I'm not talking about them being busy, no my car went right in for leaking tire took over an hour to get that tire replaced. Save your time go anywhere else.

The plant and flower area is the best I've ever seen as far as for a Wal-Mart or even compared to like Home Depot or Lowes. The customer service was great. This Wal-Mart has a lot of unique flowers and they are all really healthy.The Wal-Mart was also clean and stocked up. Parking was easy and we had a great experience.

This is an employee that Walmart can.be proud of. We went in to transfer photos from my phone to a thumb drive for a funeral. He not only said it could be done , he walked us over, led me through the whole thing and practically did it for me. This young man is the kind of polite, knowledgeable employee that Walmart needs in every store.

So me and my husband are homeless for a little bit. He went to look for just loose change so we can get a drink. Haven't had water in a week. The assignment manager threaten us with cops, and say it's our fault we are homeless and it was out choice. What kind of people are you even hiring? Are you guys that damn cruel??

Just traveling through in my RV looking for property in the area. The realtor found a couple more to look at but the sun was going down. Walmart allowed me to overnight in their parking lot for an early start tomorrow.I even got my shopping done!Thank you, Walmart Jasper, you saved the day!

Mom get the covid 19 vaccine today. The Dr was thorough and discussed other immunizations she qualifies for.She didn't have to wait at all. No line, walk ins welcome. Very nice staff!

Walmart is Walmart anywhere you go. But they do not accept apply pay/google pay etc. Which was very inconvenient for me in a recent visit. But it's Walmart. They are the same wherever you go.

WARNING ⚠️. Do not purchase Apple Gift Cards at this store! They got a bad batch. I purchased two cards at random on 11/14 and both were bad! They have different GCA numbers on the outside packaging than what is on the cards inside and pin codes were a digit short! Management didn't care; told me I'm the only one with a problem.. refused to pull any cards from their shelves or look into it at all. But two random cards with the same issue means a bad batch! Gift Cards are non refundable so they won't do anything to help you. Buyer beware of gift card purchases from Jasper Walmart!

Can never find help if needed, the employees shopping for pick-up orders always have the aisles blocked ,cant hardly get name brand...great value product being forced on customers. Tha Jasper is so much less than other Walmart stores.

I go every other day, more at time. I usually spend $50 plus when I do go, and the workers are always rude and disrespectful. They have some that are amazing and extremely helpful, man who comes from Livingston to help, and a lady named April who works in the automotive section are the 2 that stick out the most. They are always out of stock, and when you do ask for help, they'll often ignore you. When they do help you out, they'll do so with disgust like you're wasting their time. Still the same years later.

Never any checkers. Self checkout always seems to need assistance anyways, I'd rather have people. They need the jobs anyway.It would be nice to have our corn dog stand back outside. It would great with the music that plays outside now.. party at Walmarts ! 😉

Went to pay light bill and I wasn't for sure how to use my U card. I put it in the cc machine and the lady was very rude. It made her made that she literally said that not how you do it and turned her head because she was mad. she was helping another elderly lady before me and that was on the phone trying to get something worked out. so she went ahead and helped me. If she doesn't want to help customers out with out having a attitude she might need to find a job somewhere else. She has been there for years but she she doesn't have any customers service at all.

Better than other Walmarts in the area mostly because they don't lock up half the merchandise and you don't have to wait for someone to unlock a glass cabinet to get things. Only 4 stars though because the parking is trash. Unfinished and extremely rough. If you have carbonated beverages in your buggy they're getting shook up on the way to your vehicle.

HATS OFF TO:COURTNEY & NAOMI Jasper, Texas.I have had mixed feelings about the Jasper Walmart as far back as 30 yrs ago when my then boyfriend worked there in High School. 30 yrs later I’ve moved back & was terribly disappointed with the inventory but moreover the sorry customer service. My size is very small so I shop out of the big kids section mostly so there’s little style there. Not to mention the check-outs are a joke. There’s NO customer service whatsoever. You can. rarely find an associate when you need one & they’re always in as big of a hurry or bigger than I am. So many times I’ve gotten eye rolls & frowns but not everyone today. When I asked the manager at the service if anyone had turned one in she only glanced up at me and said UH—UH & went right back to what she was doing. Over the last 30 yrs I’ve made it a point when we visited to go to dollar general or family. dollar.BUT TODAY MY FAITH IN WALMART HAS BEEN RENEWED.As I was re-tracing my steps I ran into Ms. NAOMI & she literally dropped what she was doing & started helping me. In a minute or less COURTNEY joined in. By that time I was panicked to the point I couldn’t remember my phone number. After looking for it turned out empty, COURTNEY asked if I had an iPhone , if so she could “FIND MY PHONE” with her phone. While she was doing this Ms. Naomi was still on a mission checking everywhere I’d been down to the check - out.I have terrible anxiety & both of them stayed right by my hand (when Ms. Naomi wasn’t looking) to help me stay calm. COURTNEY FOUND MY PHONE!!! She asked if I needed her to walk out & he’ll me look. I was so impressed. Seldom do you find a caring person but today I was blessed with 2. I hope they get some type of recognition. They were awesome!!!!

Might be the worst organized walmart I have ever been to. Had a lot of trouble finding items in their normal walmart places and locations made no sense. Then the cashier yelled at us as we were putting items on the checkout.
