I would give them a zero if I could. Me and my daughter were going on a cruise when they still required Covid testing. We went to the Walgreens in Jasper, Tx to be tested prior to the cruise and were both tested. I paid over $400 for the testing. I have to date never recieved my results. I contacted the store and they gave me the number to their cooperate office. I called and they had to email them my reciept and any other documents I had from them about the Covid testing. I did 3 times. I followed up with them a minimum of 5 times. They closed my case and never returned my money or sent my results.

My husband and I see the same doctor we have the same prescription sent in on the same day at the same time. My husband who'd never gotten a prescription filled with this location before got his prescription filled. I had gotten the same prescription from the same physician the month before, they neglected to activate mine in their system so it never got any attention and therefore they could not fill it. It's been a week they had not activated it. When I went in to try and pick up the prescription I was told they didn't have any in stock and they wouldn't know until the following day if they were going to get any. Yet less than 30 minutes after I was in the store I got an automated call telling me my prescription will be ready the next day after 11, so obviously the medication was in the store they just couldn't be bothered to fill it for me after they'd had it for a week and failedto activate it. If I didn't need the medication my doctor wouuldn't prescribe it!Extremely poor customer service and extremely unethical on the part of a pharmacy that is holding people's health and well being in their hands and causing additional issues by failing to fill prescriptions as ordered when ordered.Update: So calling to confirm the order is actually ready.. it is not the order for the prescription I had been prescribed which was generic ...it is the other name brand which is $280 higher and they still can't figure out my insurance even though they filled the exact same prescription last month... you tell me is there a problem here????

As a physician, I would absolutely not send my patients here. They refuse to refill medications making children sicker by the day. As a physician, I waited on hold for nearly 30 minutes on a Saturday to ensure my patient received the medication they needed. This pharmacy caused my patient to worsen by withholding the medicine I prescribed and never attempted to contact me.

They don't answer their phone when you need to actually TALK to the pharmacist or one of the pharmacy techs. You stand in line waiting when you take the drive there because they won't answer the phone. They are out of meds and can't fill them majority of the time which is becoming a theme around this area with most pharmacies claiming to not have majority of the meds written and sent in by doctors. This is ridiculous. People need the meds or it wouldn't be written for them.

This Walgreens has the worst service. Specifically regarding the pharmacy. Forget going through the drive thru, unless you have a lot of time to seat and wait. I’ve never seen anything like it and I don’t know why I continue to torture myself. Time to find another drive through pharmacy. I’m shocked that CVS has opened a location here!!

Black haired pharmacist is AWFUL, needs to learn customer service and how she should talk to people. Doesn’t want to actually help anyone fix a problem and messed up our scripts. She has a hateful personality and in my opinion needs to explore other job opportunities

Pharmacist in jasper, the lady w black hair has got to be the rudest most disrespectful human I’ve ever met. I can’t believe they actually let someone like this be responsible for others medications, medications that could be life or death for them. So careless and so rude and should not be allowed to deal w customers because she very obviously hates her job and is in the wrong field. They need to strongly reconsider hiring a new pharmacist that is here to help others.

They really need to re train there cashier's, customer service skills are almost non existent. Walgreens you have to do better. This is not acceptable! We as paying customers deserve a better experience.

So unconcerned about their customers at the pharmacy. The staff acts like they could care less if you wait forever or if you even get your medicine. The drive through is a nightmare. You may or may not be acknowledged for 5 to 10 minutes while they laugh and joke and completely ignore the customers. Its as if they hate having to talk to anyone except each other. You may get a text saying your script is ready but once you get there they may tell you the exact opposite. Wish we had a better option to shop for meds.

My small town pharmacy suddenly closed and they transferred my prescription records to Walgreens. Which I quit using many years ago because there is always some kind of hassle and it takes FOREVER to get ur prescription filled.So I had to use them recently. After I re-register they asked if I wanted to wait. I said yes that I would b n store to please notify me. After an hour of walking around, checking around pharmacy every few minutes; I walked over to the pharmacy to finish waiting and they had just closed all the openings w metal doors ( yet they had never notified me). I didn't have another hour to stand Round because of my ride. It took me 6 minutes to get home and as soon as I got out of vehicle I get a text saying that it was ready. They SHOULD at least tell you that they will close their doors and not to wait. EXTREMELY RUDE and very INCONSIDERATE!! They show the customers that the customer is just not important enough to receive just the slightest respect!! Give them try and find out 1st hand and then please write a truthful review

I was on hold the first time for an hour with the pharmacy I understand the work flow and the busy parts of the day and that’s fine I don’t mind waiting but after five times of putting me back on hold and the 6th time telling me I am sorry for your wait we will be with you shortly only for the 7th time for someone to pick up the phone and hang up in my face is very unacceptable. You people are rude and disrespectful no matter the amount of business. When people have urgent matters you don’t treat them with lack of care. I will never do business with any branch of this company ever again!

Pharmacy line is just way too slow. They are taking 10 minutes or longer per car. Aftee finally getting to the window, it took her 4 minutes to even acknowledge me and she was standing there at the computer! Ans no, it wasn't lunch or evening rush.

This locations pharmacy in Jasper, Tx is way beyond the absolute worse I have ever dealt with. The corporate office needs to get off their butts and look into the pharmacy here !!! After looking at all the other numerous complaints..apparently corporate doesnt care either !!!

Awful photo lab! Couldn’t find my photo order with the order number, name, or phone number my Walgreens account is under. That tells me that they probably didn’t even print it. Very disappointed. The young guy & girl working the lab didn’t even offer to print my photo again or anything. Just oh we can’t find your order.

Worst customer service ever! Young dark-haired caucasian Pharmacist is high and mighty with zero customer service skills. Rude and condescending. Recently moved to area and you can bet we won’t step another foot in Walgreens for any reason. Nice job at welcoming someone new to your community! Epic Fail/Fail!

Walgreens in Jasper, Ty has always been awful but here recently they have gone above and beyond by letting everyone go and get a new staff they did have one lady that left and I wished she was still there!!! But Willam is there and he has gone above and beyond he actually saved me money on saying to go with a 90 prescription and everyone else has been nice to and our seniors so I’m proud to say that they are doing awesome and I hope it stays the same!!!ty Walgreens for a fabulous change,,,,

Literally the worst pharmacy in the world!!! You wait 3 hours for 3 prescriptions & they can only find 1. Had to search for the others. Claimed my daughter's urgent care doctor didn't send them all in at the same time. Seriously?!!

WALGREENS PHOTO SHOP - 2 experiences. 1st: employee had no "people skills", pursed lips, look on face like "what the heck do you want", they were out of ink on one printer for a customer in front of me, lucky for me my order did not need that printer. My enlargements looked great.2nd: to avoid the employee issue, I created an online account. Uploaded photos and placed order for 4x6 prints. Order was pick up same day. Went by NEXT day to get order....not printed...they were out of 4x6 paper. Canceled order. How does a photo shop run out of supplies like ink and standard paper??? Poor management.Now I have to deal with Walmart photo.

My dad sister and I went in to make photo copies and neither the cashier nor the photo department greeted us or asked if we need help. My sister and I struggled for over 30 minutes trying to comprehend the photo checkout center and the cashier still ignored us and he was pacing back and forth in our immediate area. A Caucasian male walked up and immediately was greeted. When we checked out the Caucasian cashier gawked at us and refused to speak untill we gave each other a look of disapproval and gave her the look of disapproval. Then she said goodmorning reluctantly under her breath. We were very dissatisfied with our service. They can keep those photos. Will not be giving them further service.

Made an Appt to get Covid tested at 3 they didn't label the line so sitting in a hot car for 20 mins then getting told I have to go back around and get into the other lane!!! No signs out to tell anything been here 40 more mins and almost 4 now in a hot car no AC!!! This is ridiculous no excuses label your lines and make it easier for people with appts not to wait in a long line!! I'd give no stars if I could!!

Absolutely frustrating! The prescriber calls in a prescription, they take it into their system, require the prescriber to call them and verify it is from them. Fine. But if the prescriber doesn't call back within a few hours, they drop the prescription out of their system and never tell you. I'm done!

I live almost 30 miles away and my insurance will only pay Walgreens.It is always. 2- 3 trips to get my prescriptions! They are either closed early or had to order my medication- in spite of the fact I got a text it was ready! It's absolutely rediculous!!

Very slow service in the pharmacy. We only use Walgreens in jasper because our insurance requires it. They often can’t find prescriptions, very unorganized. The store is nice, but the pharmacy is terribly managed.

The customer srevice in the pharmacy is nonexistent. The employees are rude and the last thing they are worried about is the customer. I usually do business at Lufkin Walgreens at the coroner of Timberland and Lufkin ave. And have gotten spioled to a staff that knows how to treat a customer.Jasper could take a few lessons.

Came for a covid test,was sent directions on what to do.Was not advised that it can only be done,in the first lane.Was also told a guardian must accompany an 18 year old.An 18 year old is a legal adult.Now I have to be exposed to a possible covid 19 person,who does not live in my home.This is ridiculous and embarrassing to Walgreens.

I love coming to Walgreens here in Jasper, Tx. It's always clean and there's never a line. I wish I could work here but it seems like they only hire old people. Also, the discounts they offer are always a plus.

I suggest you avoid this place if at all possible. It took me 3 hours to get three pills they would not even look up the a charges and made me pay cash whether the VA would have paid for my bill top that off they did not give me an option as to whether I had other insurance they made me pay cash Walgreens has a contract with the VA to take care of our medicine

Was at this Walgreens yesterday and the tech was shaking like a leaf and said my medicine hadn’t come in. We drove back through 5 minutes later and asked to speak to the pharmacist and she filled it with no delay. Something is wrong...
