The Tractor Supply in Jarrell has to have some of the absolute friendliest and most helpful staff in the area working for them.Every time I have gone in to find something, someone is eager to help and does so with an awesome attitude and a smile on their face. Even if they don't have what you're looking for they will help you find out where you can get it.Amazing treatment of customers, and very helpful and friendly staff.

Love this store!! Pop in, pop out, with everything I need. And despite the recent supply issues that all the local stores are having Tractor Supply had what I needed! And you can't beat the friendly helpful staff! Always a hello and a smile for me. If you want that small town feeling in a big world shop here!

So we bought a space heater to try and prevent pipes freezing in garage again and it wound up being not compatible for us. Dave was amazing I called first and he said come on it and we will see what we can do to make it compatible or find a solution. We wound up returning it because it had the wrong plug for the house and he was truly just helpful and so dang kind in a world full of not so kind . THANK YOU SO MUCH DAVE, we surely do appreciate you.

I'm here to give credit to missii or was it missti?Sorry I don't remember. I remember the spelling was a little different. Anyways thanks for going above and beyond to get those 70 cattle panels loaded last week. I've bought fence materials at this store and dealt with manager Hollis for years. During these trying times as far as getting materials this store has done as good as any and when it comes to customer service and load outs better than all.Thanks AA fence companyFlorence

I phoned them 40 mins before we got there to see if they had some goat blocks pleural, that young lady said yes we do.so we drove 30 mins to get some. They were out. Lol.. they sold out of goat blocks in 30 mins

The employees are are fantastic ! Very helpful and courteous! I have been in probably 10 tumes since it has opened and not one time was I not greeted at the door or had to go looking for someone to help me out . I gave it four stars only because I repair lawn euqipment in the side and would be so helpful if there was a larger selections of parts other than what the chain sells . So glad its here !

I’m a pretty regular customer at the Jarrell Texas location, Regular enough for an employee to recommend pajamas for my 4 year old daughter who I did not have with me at the time of my visit. Upon entry I said hello to an older gentleman who worked there, who I’m assuming was new because I’d never seen him before, I didn’t get a hello, a wave Or even a nod back. He just kind of looked at me. So I wasn’t super happy at first. BUT thanks to Marie my visit ended much better than it started, she greeted me, asked me how I was doing and recommended the pajamas I mentioned in the beginning of this review. She ALWAYS does those things And NEVER has a problem putting down whatever she’s doing to answer my questions or show me where an item is located and ALWAYS has a genuine smile while doing so. Marie is FANTASTIC and Tractor Supply Co. should recognize her somehow, with employee of the month, a raise, some paid vacation or something. Anyways just wanted to give credit where credit is due. Thanks again Marie! 😁

Glad we have this Tractor Supply in our neighborhood. Always freindly staff and great products. Glad I don't have to drive 15 minutes to get the stuff they have there. & propane refills are 2.29 a gallon! That's a deal!

Good tractor supply company location especially for a town that's relatively small, but growing fast. You can find whatever you would normally expect from a tractor supply company here along with cattle stuff. I recommend checking it out

Decent place with some things you need. My biggest gripe is that they run out of stock on a lot of stuff. Or stuff comes in and then quickly sells out and is not replenished. Sometimes thier prices are a little higher than other retailers

Poor poor customer service! Came in to order tool box and Hollis couldn’t have cared less. He pointed to the computer telling me to search myself. He seemed put out that he couldn’t do whatever he was doing in the warehouse. After some time, he appeared to see my frustration and attempted show interest in helping me, but it was too late. TSC should probably have more folks in the the store or give their associates the assurance that no matter how much work is needed in the warehouse it comes after the customer. Disappointing...

I am not a farmer or rancher but this store in Jarrell, Texas has become my go to place for canning and food preservation supplies. I have a TSC location closer to my home but I choose to drive further to get to the Jarrell store. The employees there are so friendly and helpful...they deserve a 5 star rating.

Absolutely worst customer service I’ve seen at a tractors supply. Specifically the males that work in the store, calm down gentleman you braid your beards are over weight middle aged men. I award no points and may god have mercy on your soul.
