So glad I took my dogs to Red Barn! A last minute alteration of travel plans had us scrambling to find dog care from the road day of. This is stressful for anyone, but all the more so for two Belgian Malinois, one of which is my intact sport dog, so not for the faint of heart or inexperienced.I kept calling around feeling unsettled with my options (difficult to find a place to meet their exercise demands, especially when they cannot be mixed with other dogs in absence of a working dog handler to manage) but as soon as I chatted with Dave I felt comfortable that this was the place to leave them and they would be in competent hands.Dave was great. There was a minor incident when I dropped them off (my one dog bit the other while still under my watch) but Dave immediately took charge to dress the wound. He was able to have her be seen by his vet in short order, and took her there free of charge. In all honesty, Dave took much better care of her wound than I would have.Dave sent frequent updates, which I loved. I hate asking for updates as I don't want to be bothersome, but they're such a highlight for me when I'm away from them so I was delighted to receive so many of them. It was clear from the frequency of updates, videos and their behavior when I picked them up that Dave gave them plenty of sessions running around the impeccably clean facility yards. There is never enough exercise to fully satiate a Malinois, but I am certain that they got way more play at Red Barn than they would have anywhere else! Unfortunately we are not local, or Red Door would be my new to go.

Red Barn Dog Ranch was our very first experience boarding our 2 dogs and I can't say enough good things! Dave is amazing with our dogs, and always kept in touch with us with videos and photos. We were concerned how our dogs would act with this being their first time, but they were so happy here! They didn't even go through any withdrawals or separation anxiety because Dave paid them so much attention. If you need a place to board your pups and feel completely comfortable they will be safe, happy, and well taken care of, look no further!

Just had our boy AK stay for a couple of nights with Dave. He was fantastic and updated us regularly with photos and videos. AK had a blast and was calmer than the other doggy daycare's he's stayed at. Would definitely recommend and will be using them again. Also love supporting Veterans!

Dave (Owner) has been a great resource since we moved to the Jarrell area. We have a lab and Belgian Malinois that need quite a bit of physical activity, and this is the perfect place that does not keep the dogs locked up all day. Red Barn is a small operation that is very hands on with the dogs while they are staying on the property. Dave sends constant updates and pictures while the dogs are staying with him, and allows a ton of play time. As a young couple that is usually very busy on weekends and not always able to bring our dogs, it is very nice to know bringing them to Red Barn is not your prototypical boarding service.We have used Red Barn a handful of times now, and we will certainly be going back when needed for the foreseeable. I would recommend to anyone looking!

Boarded our pet Kya over the Christmas weekend. This place is beyond awesome! The owner, Dave, sent regular updates which made me feel more comfortable about leaving Kya at a new boarding facility. He sent pictures and video of her playing with new friends. I even received a pic of Kya with Santa! Red Barn Dog Ranch is our new go to boarding facility. They even do daycare and I am currently looking in to that option. Kya is a covid pup and hasn't had a lot of interaction with other pets. She made new friends and didn't want to leave. Don't get me wrong, she was happy to see me, but wasn't all that excited to load up and leave her new friends. If you are looking for someone that treats your pets like their own, I definitely recommend Red Barn Dog Ranch!

I boarded my dog here for 4 nights. I will be using them from now on! They provided constant updates with pictures and videos! We have used several boarding facilities in the area and this is by far our favorite one! Nice people and very reasonable prices!
