This location has been advertising a promo price of $5.49 for their Big Breakfast with Hotcakes for several weeks now, but they refuse to honor the advertised price! I have tried ordering this breakfast promo several times lately, but they have told me repeatedly that the price in their computer is $5.89. I have made the manager aware of this issue, and I have tried calling the corporate number for McDonald's as well, but no one has ever gotten back to me. I can certainly afford to pay the small price difference, but it is a matter of principle because this McDonald's is in violation of the Texas Deceptive Trade Practices Act to knowingly charge customers more than their advertised price. If they do not wish to sell the item for their advertised price, they should remove the promo signage from their drive-thru because it is blatantly false advertising! See for yourself the next time you stop by this McDonald's location on I-35 in Jarrell, TX, especially if you are an attorney that specializes in class action lawsuits!

I’ve had problems with this McDonalds for a while now, but I had a bad day accompanied by a craving so I thought I’d give it another shot. They charged me for McNuggets but forgot to serve them to me, and both ranches they served me were clumpy, bubbly on top, and smelled horrible. And of course they charged extra for those expired sauces. Don’t waste your money here and drive into town for a better quality McDonalds.

This location has a problem of not calling out the delivery orders when they are ready. They just stick it under the counter. When explaining that myself and 2 other delivery drivers have been waiting 15+ minutes the employee said we had to ask for them, which is funny because 1 employee I asked said he only does register and couldn't help me and another employee couldn't understand what I was asking (don't think they spoke the same language). Wo explain to me how delivery drivers are supposed to get their orders?

Just another and rude McDonald’s customer service was orrible to many mistakes with my order other wise food is good price is good coffee ☕️ is perfect easy access to the 35 fwy Sunday morning very busy both side dine in and drive true

They mixed mine and anther customers drink up and planed it on us, even after the other customer said they got the wrong drink also, very unprofessional. Seating area also looked like none of the table have been cleaned in some time. Fries where alittle “soggy”, my quarter pounder seem fine, wife’s burger’s meat was held to long, was dry.

@ 10:45pm I ordered a #5 which is a 10 pc nugget with a large fry and a large drink. Pulled to the pick up window and the lil girl at the window had an attitude for absolutely no reason. Then I told her I wanted 3 more ranch and she goes “we already put some in there” right I get that but I wanted more and I was even missing one (so we thought) and I’ll admit that there was two in the bag, one was just hidden but she still wanted to argue about it. Then I pull around in the parking lot to eat said food and my nuggets weren’t even crunchy, they were completely soft. So I pulled back around to the window @11:05 to get new nuggets. The manager proceeds to tell me “they’re not raw they’re fully cooked, they’re not crunchy because you decided to come so late right before closing.” Which again I will admit I usually don’t go to restaurants before they close, as a fast food worker I know pre closing is hard and it sucks, but that doesn’t mean you act like this to your customers dude. The manager was nice when he brought out my new nuggets and also proceeded to give me some free apple pies to make up for it which I do appreciate.

This is one of the better McDonald's that are open early they're always consistent I wish they would stay on top of that frappe machine but Texas heat and overuse I think it's a supply and demand issue lol, it's a clean place easily accessible off of two different streets. The staff are always happy 😁 my favorite thing is to get in line early in the morning and order my breakfast and then sit there and let everybody get while buying is there a breakfast I find it is a warm fuzzy that I can eat and enjoy at the same time they get all upset and then they get their and their breakfast is free. Love it random acts of kindness got to love it

They constantly get your order wrong and the burgers are always dry. If you askfor extra condiments on the burgeryou either get way too much or they still don't put it on there.

October 6,2023 between 5:20-5-30pm .Drive through window. Teach the children you are hiring to count money and be polite.I handed the money to the girl (exact change) she asked me how much was there. I told her then asked me again.I don't work there I shouldn't be doing there job. They are hiring to many kids. Nothing wrong with that but aleast train the children how to count money. Never a thank you/ you are welcome/come back again. No star if it would let me

Went there the drive threw to order. Was told to park seconds after getting to the the pick up window. Along with 4-5 other cars parked I’m guessing they clear the order screen to make it seam like they are completing orders faster. after around 12-15 mins of waiting someone came up and asked what we ordered because they lost the paper ticked. After 20-25 mins my order finally was done. McDonald’s In generally has lost the purposes. And the order was over $20. For just 2 “value meals”

Normally stop through dive thru which is always backed up but have dined-in the last couple of times. If you park on the west side, good luck getting out. My dine-in experience hasn't been what I would expect, a lot of employees but not great service. They could stand to have someone wipe down the tables and chairs and sweep/mop the floor more item. If you use the kiosk, you are prompted to grab a number stand to put on the table. Common sense would dictate that it's for the employee to identify the table they are delivering it to, not here, especially when there are employees standing around. It's backed and tagged not on a tray and you have to get it. I'm not passed doing this but again it's a service that doesn't exist.
