Great customer service! The front staff was friendly and prompt in checking in my Maltipoo. Excellent pricing for new patient exam and all vaccines. The Vet was thorough with exam and took time answering my questions. I am thankful that my friend who lives in Georgetown recommended them to me!

Our dogs LOVE Jarrell Animal Hospital! We have had several appointments with Dr. Carlton, Dr. House, Dr. Heller, and Dr. Mo. They all are extremely knowledgeable and we trust them with all of our pets. Not to mention the technicians have amazing patient care. This hospital truly cares about your pet. I had to come leave a review about our recent visit to Jarrell Animal Hospital. My two corgis got into a tussle and it left my girl with a broken tooth that looked like it was practically jammed into her jaw sideways. She was in a lot of pain so I decided to walk in and wait as an emergency since they didn't have any appointments until later that afternoon. They were very busy with back to back appointments so I waited about 2hrs before the veterinarian came in to look at her. Yes it was a long wait but I was just grateful they worked us in with no appointment. She needed to have a minor tooth extraction and they were able to fit her in that day. They also were able to perform surgery on her "cherry eye" from a past injury as well. They kept me updated with text messages throughout the entire procedure and gave me a call to notify me that they needed to extract a second tooth. I'm so thankful for the amazing care they provided my fur baby and now she is home recovering so well.

10 out of 10! The vets, vet techs and staff are all amazing and caring! They are great with explaining everything going on in detail and making sure you know what you'll be paying before decisions are made. They kept me updated during my doggie's surgery and took the best aftercare of her when she had some bloody poops for a few days after which ended up being stress colitis. The vets are so knowledgeable and I am very thankful for the whole team there!

Sadly we had to put our beloved friend down & as many of you know, losing a furry family member is heartbreaking. The experience we had at Jarrell Animal Hospital was as good as one could ever hope their dog’s last moments would be. The staff was so gentle and so kind to my husband,Myself and our old guy. I felt that they truly cared and showed immense respect for our guy in his most vulnerable time. He had no fear and no pain. The way in which the staff handled his passing was a true kindness to us. Highly recommend! Everyone was extremely helpful & knowledgeable ... and SO good with our fur-baby. They were able to schedule our appointment well before anyone else in the area and pricing was excellent. We received regular texts on Chief's progress into surgery, during, and recovery after so we never had to wonder how things were going. We will definitely be moving all of our pups to JAH!

We love your office. We have been using this Animal Hospital for a couple years now. They have the best staff, they look after the well being of both the pet owner as well as the animals. We live in Georgetown - it is worth the drive to us to seek out the best for our animals.

All team members I encountered, from receptionist to vet tech to vet, were outstanding to work with. They managed my sweet (and crazy) Boston Terrier with ease and resolved her broken dew claw as painlessly (physically and financially) as possible. It was such a blessing to be referred here as our usual vet didn’t have the capacity and I felt that the issue needed to be handled that day. I would definitely use their services again and recommend them to friends!

My pup had a paw injury, it wasn’t urgent but they were able to get us in quickly. Of course once we got there scared as he was, he acted like he was A okay. Doc checked him out, made sure nothing was broken or fractured said we could continue with the meds we had but advised of the correct dosage in case I planned on giving him more later that day. Doc, assistant and office staff were fantastical.

I had a sick 12 year old Yorkie on Monday, they got me in immediately, the place is clean, the staff was excellent and they fixed Puppers right up for a very reasonable price. I will be driving the extra few miles for my little ones.On Tuesday night my daughter's cat broke its femur somehow, They got Moe in immediately the next morning and he was out of surgery by 3pm, for under $2,000, I am still amazed, that surgery is double in Belton, literally.Thank ya'll again!!!!

Dr. Mo called me on her day of to give test results for blood work and to check up on my cat Batman. Dr. Carlton took Batman in last minute to xray & help diagnose him. They were patient, calm with me & with Batman. The 2 techs, were very kind and gentle with Batman & took the time to ask questions & talk to me without rushing.I made the appointment online at 2 a.m. for an 8:30 appointment. They made it so easy.

Not only do my dogs have a great experience every time we go for a visit, they were able to give my German Shepherds medication that helped to keep them completely calm during the fireworks on New Year's Eve! My dogs are always anxious at the vet, until they come in and bond with them before even starting an exam. There is no rush while they are taking care of my animals, and they do an excellent job!

I brought my pets to see Dr. Heller and her technician Risa. It was a great experience! They took their time explaining all the options I had to manage my dog’s allergies and clearly communicated all pricing. They also helped create a care plan that I was comfortable with and I really appreciated their teamwork approach. I will continue to go see the docs at Jarrell for all my pets’ health needs!
