Bathroom was shockingly awful. Associates all stand around and talk rather than helping customers. I struggle to push a cart in my wheelchair. No offer of help. Associates watched me push the cart all the way to the set of doors that were closed and didn't mention they were closed.I was buying a microwave because the one I ordered through curbside had one side caved in. The box was heavily damaged. No way they didn't know. Do better y'all!!

Placed an order for pick up around 11am. Scheduled pick up between 7&8pm. But we had to wait over an hour for them to bring our order out. I guess that's better than up to 2 hours they said it could have been in the message we received after 7pm and we were already there.

I go here only when I really have to or I would go closer to home, I wish they would actually start building closer to Frankston area. It's either here Tyler Athens or Palestine either way I'm driving a good bit. It always has what I need though at a good price, it's just so crowded in there and people today aren't friendly anymore ao your basically getting ran over whole time, and usually maybe two lanes open so self check out it is everytime but I don't mind that myself.

2 hours to get inline order pick up. Called and talked to somebody in person and was told to wait my turn. Are y'all compensating for my gas to sit? My time wasted or the rudeness of your employees? Never using this pick up again..

Typical Walmart. But we were able to sleep in our RV overnight here. Very busy store on a Saturday but quieted down at night and the parking lot did not have too many overhead lights. The ones they did have were not super bright!

This smaller-scale Walmart impresses with its efficiency and neat organization. Despite its compact size, the store houses a wide range of essential products. Friendly employees & cashiers are available. Too bad it's not the same at Frisco Store behind Burger King. That's why I only do pick up groceries because they only have Scan & Go & no cashiers. Groceries are expensive enough & I don't get paid to scan & bag my groceries.

Jerri or however she spells her name. Works up front in the office.in charge of the cashiers I assume, she is very rude. If this is the type of people you have working there it explains the 3.9 stars. She needs to be shown customer service before she is in charge of anyone

I went to Walmart in Jacksonville today and I was having a very hellish day. I switch my phone to a supposed to be a free iphone. But come to find out it's only free after you have it for a couple of months.and I haven't had a phone for almost 3 months . I have been having some m major health issues and I haven't been able to get ahold of my doctor because I don't have no phone I'm supposed to undergo a couple surgeries hopefully it'll make things better but there was as kind of man they are in today and he helps me and I could tell he was such a great wonderful Guy in the cell phone part of Walmart an I could tell he could really tell that I was really in need of a phone so I could get in touch of my doctors. I am not sure what your name is but if you see this I would like to let you know that you're trying it showed me that there are so really fun people out there and I and I will make sure to pass that kindness long I gave you a hug after it was all said and done with I hope you will see this message God bless my friend

Just one of the reasons this place sucks. Such a dishonest place, 5 lbs or baking soda for the pool 11 dollars. 3.5 lbs of food grade arm and hammer baking soda $2.72 per bag.

As the wife and I were finishing checking out, the self checkout gestapo said "oh can we get five stars today?" And literally reached over both of us and clicked five stars. An all self checkout store should very well give all customers an employee discount. I would rate it less than 1 star if Google let me.

It is the weekend of their grand re-opening. The store was very busy and several sales going on. We picked up some chub hamburger that was on sale. We didn't realize it was on a time frame so the sale was over by the time we got checked put, but they over rode the regular price. Even tho the store was very very busy the atmosphere was good. The cashiers were handling the workload well. But it helped that the customers seemed ok with the lines at the checkout lanes.The store looks very nice. This store has needed an update for some time, now the store looks nice and cheerful...not depressed!😳There were several venders giving out samples which is always nice. It helps to know ahead of a purchase that you like the item. There was also a Keebler Elf in the store greeting everyone. Very cute!!

After 1.5 hours of waiting for a battery to be installed, the checker in auto, decided to check out a lady with a cart overflowing with groceries. Completely unacceptable customer service. Turns out she knew the girl.

I'm not a walmart fan but this small east county town is awesome. The food is fresh and tastes better here. Crazy right? I think not. I'll pay the extra buck or 2. And the people are just so kind. Smiles and passing conversations people will actually engage in friendly conversation. Small town charm at its best.

Gina in customer service does not know the definition of the very title of her department. I went to check out books for A & AB honor roll gifts for my 1st & 3rd graders & to grab tobacco for my husband. The cashier at that counter was having some sort of issue with her register and directed me to Customer Service so I didn't have to wait. Gina said she could check me out and I said "awesome, she (point to cashier) said I can get my tobacco here since her register is messing up." I got an eye roll and a snarky "well what do you need?" as she starts walking around the counter. I stated " I need a roll of camel frost sinus the" and was IMMEDIATELY cut off with "I don't know what all that is so you can just go back over there." A (I'm assuming) manager (her name tag was covered by her sweater) heard Gina and asked what I needed & went to get it. She saved Gina and her rude mouth with being helpful and kind, but neither were apologetic and Gina didn't get any sort of reprimand for speaking to her customer base like that.
