I was doing some shopping at this Dollar Tree on February 1st. I usually buy quite a few boxes of this one item, they had it way up on the very too shelf, I'm only 5"2". Theres no way I could gotten them down, I found an employee, after waiting for about 10 minutes she never came to help me, I went up to the registers and complaining, she was up there and a nice gentle man helped me out. I dont think they should be putting things on the top shelf so that the short customers such as myself cant reach the..

Updating my review. Writing this on 6-9-21. I realize there is a worker shortage at the moment, but this local Dollar Tree looks so sad and sloppy! The aisles are a wreck. I appreciate how well stocked they are with things at the moment, but the state of the store is pathetic.

Loved this place until a few months ago when they changed management. If she has any customer service skills she doesn’t use them. I’ve been driving to Tyler to avoid the risk of being embarrassed by Jacksonville’s manager or witness her reprimand her staff in front of customers. The rest of the staff are great....always friendly with a greet when entering the store and willing to help when asked.To be honest the last 2 times I’ve been in the store I have not seen her. Going back today at the risk of running into her.

Rude manager and staff..there was a guy riding around on a one wheel board that was off duty when we asked for help he said im not working and my husband asked him if he could stop riding around us on the board he told us we were rude...I REALLY WOULD LIKE TO SPEAK WITH CORPERATE!!! worst experience ever..the staff was playing in the store as well as the manager just unprofessional and rude...the staff did not represent the dollar store at its best!!! I would give zero stars if I could

This place is all out of wack the workers management and all. They don't ever apply to work at this place because they will fire you for something you didn't do wrong. Especially when you have other customers telling you. That you didn't do anything wrong. They will fire you for nothing and want even tell you

The Jacksonville store is filthy. The floors are nasty. Never well stocked, boxes sitting everywhere. Customers with children do not manage them, therefore they run the aisles, open packages, play with toys. The sidewalk outside is constantly littered and nasty. The few employees are at the registers and I'm sure get few breaks.

Gave two stars because I love the bargains at Dollar Tree in general but the Jacksonville store is a complete disaster. Shelves bare due to lack of stockers. Carts and back room of store are full of boxes waiting to be put out but that doesn't help the customer who sees nothing on the shelf ready to buy. Store is dirty and unorganized. DT needs to raise wages above minimum wage to get help. Tyler store is so much better in every way.

I love love love shopping in the Dollar Tree Stores! Yes...some of their items are only worth a dollar...maybe less. If you shop in there regularly, you'll get to know which items may be several cents less in walmart but the convenience of a small store may more than make up for that. I see many elderly people shopping there for that reason. Having a freezer/cold section has made shopping there much better.If you are a crafter, watch one of the many many videos on YouTube for great ideas that look much more expensive than the dollar items you purchased. There are also Facebook groups just for Dollar Tree items. Check out their contact paper. I bought the black and white roses paper and used it for wallpaper in my kitchen. Love it!! I'm planning to paper an old refrigerator I keep outside on my porch. So many ways to use Dollar Tree items.Unfortunately because of the times we live in, and help hard to find it keep, way too many shelves are empty. This makes me have to go elsewhere to shop for the things I need, that I had regularly gottenthere. And even the floors are badly needing a mop taken to them.The cashier's are friendly and helpful but this store is usually too busy with buyers that it makes it hard for them to stock shelves too. Maybe it would be a good idea to hire help once a week just to stock shelves. You can't sell what is still in the back room.I give this store a 5 star just because of what it is, but because of the reasons I've already said, it should only be a 2-3 star.

Love going to Dollar Tree. It reminds me of going to TG&Y when I was a kid. I load up on snacks, and even get frozen treats and foods. But my favorite thing about Jacksonville TX Dollar Tree is the staff. They are bright friendly people who make shopping feel like visiting a friend, I always want to come back.

People are friendly. I think it was awful greedy to raise the price 25 cents on every $1.00. I hardly go there now. Took away too much merchandise to make it a "super" store. Nothing super about it.

Ask the manager to look for a item for me. She was on the phone. Went back that way, I waited up at the front for 5 MINS. FINALLY I TOLD THE LADY I WOULD GO AHEAD AND CHECK OUT. THEN THE MANAGER CAME UP AND TOLD ME SHE COULD NOT FIND ME. SHE AS TO BUSY ON THE CELL PHONE. ILL NEVER SHOP THERE AGAIN!!!
