If have never dealt with a pharmacist so rude. He reprimanded me for getting upset by his rudeness. He was only interested in discussing what I already knew, but refused to answer my questions. Not to mention it took 16 min. to work through the automated system to no avail. His response was too bad, he has no control over it. In addition to two other attempts to only hold without an answer. Absolutely pitiful.

Went to Pharmacy after church today..Roger (Pharmacist) told me to give him about 15 minutes went back picked up my meds..Donna was so nice..Roger was amazing...helpful and looks out for his customers..I am always pleased with this pharmacy..caring people..thank you all..Doug

My Jacksonville TX CVS is always easy to shop and save at. But what I love the most about this store is the awesome people who work there!! They are always so helpful and friendly! I have never left the store without feeling good about my shopping experience!!

This CVS location has one of the best employees that I have ever met, Ansumana Touray. He is always there with a smile, has a jolly laugh that will make your day, and truly cares for his customers. Even when I see him outside of this business, he is true, and his character is one of a kind. Thank you!

OMG-these people behind the pharmacy counter are like zombies. They move SO SLOW!!! The drive thru lady takes forever. Very painful experience always at this location. However, they are open on the weekends unlike Walgreens so I give them a star for that.

I only call the pharmacist to ask simple questions and now the 4th time to call stretched out over years to again get no information, I decided to make others aware of this. The pharmacists never helps with the most easiest cases, if it’s something that can’t be be remembered, then you’re not going to get an answer. You feel like a number and not a person here.

Go to Goin’ Postal for UPS!People in this store just don’t seem to want to do their job. Completely Rude for any service. Every ups Package I drop off they try to refuse, claiming bogus “safety” concerns, or size limits that are within ups pick-up standards. If this doesn’t change, I’ll do my best to get UPS to pull their service from local CVS. Ridiculously bad service.

Good selection of products, but terrible service.We made an appointment online for my husband to get his Covid booster, and checked in on his phone when we arrived. The pharmacist didn't believe that we had just checked in, asking how we could have done that. After a long wait, she asked us to come back the next day because she didn't know how to process the insurance for a Covid booster.No one was at the cash register, despite a long line of customers. I walked to the back of the store to find an employee, who was watching another employee stock shelves. I told her there was a long line, she looked surprised said she'd "get someone".

Retail store personnel are extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. The pharmacy staff is superb however the pharmacist act as if they are medical doctors and even ignore the laws regarding dates scheduled scripts may be filled. Very disappointed in their pharmacist

This place is an absolute mess right now. Staff is friendly but poorly trained. Wait times are ridiculous and when I come back hours after the specified time, the medication isn't ready! Went in a few weeks ago to pick up prescriptions for my children because we had the flu in the house. 4 prescriptions that needed to be mixed. My wife got home and all we had was powder. This is extremely dangerous! This was the last straw for me. I really hope things can improve but until then I've pulled all our medications from cvs. I worked for CVS pharmacy for a few years as a tech so I have an understanding of how a pharmacy should run and this is not it.

Not helpful at all. They make you feel like they're doing you a favor. And have bad attitudes.I no longer do business with them. I've got a couple elderly people I have to take there to help them out.they're in the process of canceling their business with them as well they've had all they can take as well.CVS has gone drastically downhill the last few years but a special this location.

I had 2 prescribed meds called in after an ER visit on Mothers Day. Only used CVS because they’re open on Sunday- desperate times called for a desperate measure. Not only were the meds not ready until the following day, the pharmacist chose which medications to fill based on price. He did not fill the one I needed most, but chose the cheaper of the 2. They didn’t call to verify this is what I needed, or wanted.

Prices are outrageous, there is never more than one cashier and apparently they only have one person capable of covid testing so it's a gamble whether you'll get one, appointment or not. I have wasted gas, time and energy twice now trying to get a covid test at this place. I've spent a lot of money here because it's a full store unlike the walgreens in Jacksonville but after the testing issues and paying twice as much for vitamins and cough drops as anywhere else I will take my business elsewhere. 😤

Horrible pharmacy service was told RX would be ready in 2 hours and when I got there i was told it would be another hour before they would be ready! The lady ahead of me wanted a flu shot and was told to come back. The people in the drive thru was told the same thing..

My daughter's prescription was supposed to be available in 1 hour. After 28 hours I contacted CVS's "customer service" for them to let me know it's available and hung up on me. What's the point of my name and number on the prescription and requesting updates if their not going to fulfill it. They're a constant disappointment. We will be switching permanently.

1 star because 0 is not an option. This place is horrible pharmacy does not fill prescription until you come in to pick it up. Then they make you come back and STILL WAIT while they finish it. The blonde lady (maybe pharmacy tech) refuses to help customers and hides in back. CVS should just close this place down it’s ruining their brand. I would look up your prescription and make sure you got the right thing as well. HORRIBLE PLACE AND PEOPLE

CVS in Jacksonville Texas has the slowest driver thru I have ever encountered. Ever!! I tried to move my service but others do not have my insurance. But as soon as I find a pharmacy that do, I'll be GONE!!!. cars in the drive thru, serve all before you go help the lady at the counter. Terrible service

Pharmacy is extremely slow and not necessarily helpful at all. It's not all uncommon to wait 20 minutes or more with no line or other customers before being told that they don't even have the medication you are there for.

I’ve been here 3 times because I haven’t had a choice and they are horrible every time. They take an eternity to fill medications, staff is friendly but clearly have problems filling prescriptions. Do not come here if you have another option. The drive to Tyler is worth is because you will spend more time trying to figure out what the problems is here

Abysmal service. Can never get them to prepare a prescription before it expires and if you are lucky enough to get somebody on the phone they will condescendingly accuse you of not picking up the prescription in time(when it was never ready for pickup). Garbage.

Me and mother had scheduled for a COVID check in your pharmacy waited for 3 hours including three other cars, without no one coming out and telling us that the doctor left. Disappointed, and frustrated. Not going back there.

The store is always out of stock on sales. They let poeple use more than one extra care card and the policy states one per household.. I have brought that up to manager and was told nothing he can do. I have to go to Tyler if I want to get the sales..Just not worth shopping at CVS anymore.

The store was clean and had what we needed,with some searching. That’s all the good I can say.No toilet paper or paper towels in restrooms. Coupon machine didn’t work. Self check out only.Won’t be back.
