Great local grocery store. I have dropped in many times while in Jacksboro. Whether you need something for a family meal, picnic or just a snack on the road, this is a great store. They have clean restrooms as well and the staff is always friendly and helpful.

Prices are as expected for a small town only grocery store. That being said, produce isn't great unless used the day of purchase. The employees are great and customer service is wonderful. Thank you Jacksboro Lowes for providing groceries and service.

Generally I just go in for the clean restrooms. Most of the staff seem to know that's why I visit but they are still nice to me

First-time visitors as we live in Olney, we come by at least once a month and finally stop in. Walked the whole store and have to say this is an awesome, clean, well organized store. For the small towns in the surrounding area, stores should follow suit. Absolutely enjoyed our visit.

Was more selection available than I was expecting for a town of this size. Well stocked and organized. Pretty much expect to pay almost double what you would at any Walmart. Cashiers friendly.

High prices & most of the workers aren't very friendly. However, a while back, I left with my groceries & realized I had left a FIFTEEN DOLLAR steak there (after I asked the cashier if that was all my bags). Called back & the woman I spoke with said to come back up & get a replacement. The girl that had left the steak at the checkout acted like I was invisible when I came back in to retrieve them.

always long lines the place is like wal mart you have few registers and mist the time you got 3 ppl behind the main one one person scanning then the other standing there gonna bag in the express line thought yhe one who scanned in that line bagged your groceries but they stand when one of them could go to another register and get ppl out of there sooner

I’ve visited here off and on for years as it’s location is about 400 miles from where I live! But every-time from age 9-25 every visit has been amazing and a helpful staff always on the clock! The prices are great too!

Friendliest employees I've ever encountered! The store is clean and the produce section is great. They have several things I use that even Brookshires doesn't carry anymore! Great selection of Gluten free items and Goya food products Made in The USA that I love!! I drive further just for the product selection and awesome service!!

My Jacksboro daughter and SON-IN-LAW were victims of RACIAL profiling OR the RUDEST check-out clerk in the US. [I refer to the older shoulder-length Blonde with at the CUSTOMER SERVICE DESK]. First, when they showed their out of state Drivers license to buy cigarettes (due to just moving here), they were told rudely "you CAN'T USE this forever you know!" **I work for the State of Texas. What law would that clerk be referring to exactly???** When they presented 9 dollar bills to pay, the blonde clerk actually LAID THEM OUT on the counter and asked them "where did these come from?" (As if they were what, COUNTERFEIT 1 dollar bills?!) Is counterfeit 1 dollar bills (which buys NOTHING in 2023) a 'real issue' anywhere on the planet???? My daughter and son in law are brown haired, dark-eyed. One has an Italian father, and the other Native American. IS THIS WHAT LOWES Market has become??? Racial profiling bigots? I shall take my business elsewhere and I SUGGEST unless you are blonde haired light-eyed, you consider DOING THE SAME.

The is the biggest Lowe's Market we have been to and it is the cleanest. The prices are excellent and the employees are very nice. This one also has a unique selection of items because it is by the lake so the have fishing poles, bait and even crossbows.

It decent for being in a small town. I expect to pay higher prices due to the fact we live so far away from the bigger cities. The staff are nice. I've never had an issue to complain about, other than the lack of staff before 8 am.

The grey haired lady at the customer service checkout does not like her job. I always try to be nice and very polite but the witch just was not having it. If you don’t like your job then find a new one. What’s bad is I think her name tag said she was some sort of manager. Lord help the employees!

Clean place nice people. For a small store prices were not that bad. I was just passing through I thought it very funny that the 3 people I spoke with didn't even know there was a Jermyn, Tx just 17 miles from them. lol

I only shop here when I absolutely have no choice. This is the only grocery store in town within 25-30 miles and they definitely take advantage of that fact. They are over priced on everything and the selection is the bare minimum. Employees are friendly but that's about all they got going for them.

I was camping in the area and needed a few things. I stopped at Lowe's and they had great selections, the shelves were fully stocked, and the store was very clean.

Clean store and good price ads. Just be sure that you check product price with what is supposed to be price on ticket under products. ( 3 jars of pickles had sign underneath $2.59 each rang up 8.59 each ). Was told had wrong price at checkout. 😠👎👎

Wont be stopping here on my way through ever again.Prices are high, which is to be expected at the only grocery store on the highway for miles.But when they charge me $1 each for black plums that were $1.48 a pound because the cashier rang up AVOCADOS, or charge for the more expensive honey crisp apple when i had a gala..Only noticing this after i drove off and am headed to Austin.These items even had barcodes on them with the 4 digit produce number. But instead of punching that in she guessed..How do you confuse black plums for avocados i will never know.

We have been there a few times now but this last time when we got home later that night the milk we bought was sour and since we live in mineral Wells we just poured it out..but its a pretty good Store lots of sales.

No variety and are pricey for a small town. Really wish they would bring back David's or at least another grocery store option. Jacksboro really needs to reconsider what they bring in for food and vegetables.
