Today my passenger door came open while driving as the latch wasn’t working properly. I went and met with the service manager Chris Lowther who did an excellent job getting us in and getting us a ride home. Then called shortly thereafter and said it was fixed and returned my vehicle to my house. That is the best experience I’ve had with a service department.

Purchased a used truck from another dealer, took it in for some damaged driveline issues i was having, and even though I was not their original customer, they still went out of their way to help.Communication was great, and Service was excellent.Chris kept me in the loop on repairs that needed done, and overall satisfaction with repair made was excellent. I am truly thankful they were able to work on our truck in short notice. To finally get my trucks oil leak stopped. This was the 4th try. 3 of which another place did and failed. The ford dealer in Independence Kansas said they fixed our leak. They replaced parts however in doing so they damaged more parts. that in turn caused a worse oil leek than we had to begin with. So thankful for the guys here at this shop. For doing so much work in a timely fashion. That and going above and beyond to check the first place work and take pictures of all their damage the other place did. Let me just say these guys here don't lie to you nor treat a woman as gullible and just try to get money. They treat you like they would want to be treated. To be honest the way these guys worked on my truck and fixed so much work i would highly recommend this auto shop for all your auto needs even if just a oil change or actual repair work. Great sales and finance experience at Four Stars Ford. They should update the name to 5 Star. With us living over 3 hours away, most business was handled via text or over the phone. We came and saw the vehicle on Saturday and fell in love. Had no issues using outside financing. Customer support was so great, they even delivered the vehicle to us so that we didn’t have to make the extra drive. Would definitely come back and do business again. I've got a 20 year old 6.0 diesel, tends to have issues every few months. They've done a great job at fitting me in and helping me solve the problems.*update - we've started using a local mechanic for our trucks. The Ford House kinda gave up on my 6.0, which is fair. New guy figured her out for pennies on the dollar, now she's running great. Going for 500k miles!

My sister took her car around six months ago to get spark plugs replaced. The car continued to have the same issue. They told us they did replace the spark plugs but it needed new motor. Well the car was park for six months in our driveway one day after hearing bad stories from this place I checked the spark plugs and surprise surprise they were has bad they can be. I think this place is up to no good be careful. Note they try to charge my sister 6k to replace a good motor. They did charge 250$ for the “spark plugs replacement”.

Services manager was absolutely top notch. We were in a a bind when our 2020 F150 dumped its transmission fluid out. Left us stranded with our dog a trailer and equipment in Jacksboro. Service manager dropped what he was doing, helped me unload my stuff and had the truck on a lift with in an hour. Had the truck back up and running in 2 hours and got us back on the road. Can’t say enough good things about the people at 4 stars Ford!
