Whole Foods has always been one of my favorite organic stores. Honestly, this is the only reason I’d go to this location. They sale a lot of unripe fruit. Why sale unripe fruit. Also, the hot bar is always unkept. I notice items are sold at a much hire price once repackaged from the hot bar. Why sale at a higher cost if it’s not fresh. The meatballs are usually packaged over a lb do you find yourself paying more. Don’t let me get on the pizza. I was told they’re short staffed. Understandable but what does that have to do with the upkeeping of everything. Very disappointed at this location and prices. Do not buy fruit from this whole foods. Fruit hard as rocks. Meatballs over priced.

What to say about Whole Foods Market?This is yet another great Whole Foods Market. The products remain consistent across states, and we were surprised to see some products we thought were gone. It's worth mentioning that being in Texas, it's true, this store is bigger than others. We also loved their pizza.And remember to always scan your prime membership bar code for unexpected discounts.I highly recommend it!

This place is verified off brand fir Whole Foods. I’ve visited Whole Foods all over the us and this one is the worst of them. It’s out of stock on a lot of things, the store and displays are in disarray, at dinner time half the hot food bar is empty, not sandwhich builder, 2 leftover pizzas on display, etc. it’s just genrally disheveled as a whole.

Great selection of food not readily available elsewhere. The staff is friendly and happy to answer questions about the products. For Irving residents, Whole Foods provides an excellent option to Kroger where you have to bag your groceries and deal with long lines on occasion.Update 3/20/2023: After finding the fresh juice bar closed for several weeks when we came on weekends, it's open once again. At least on Sundays and Mondays with Deja doing a great job. She's fabulously detail oriented. One of my favorite juices is carrot. A good coffee to try is ice Mexican mocha.Update 3/17/24 Happy to see the juice bar open when we came Sunday afternoon. Darlene prepared a fresh, tasty carrot juice and artistic coffee, which you can see in the attached image. Also, the palm checkout reader is working great.

I’m giving this review a 2 because of how this produce look.. I love the store and shop there all the time.. I did pick up this one time and this is what I received.. I think the workers( she looked young) should be trained to know what produce looks good and which ones don’t.. I had to cut too much of my lettuce off to get rid of the severely brown portion of it.. Shoppers please pay attention!

I bought tamarind from whole food which most of people shop whole food because they think everything is freshI picked up from fridge and put in my fridge too. After 3 days I picked up one of them to eat. I feel this has a wierd taste and when I look at the it I saw bunch of bugs yes 🐞.I decide to through out all the stuff that I bought on that day.Whole food manager said it can happen REALLY???They never take a responsibility of anything in my point of view.

Whole Foods is a great place to visit and has a host of healthy food options. The food is fresh and there are different from other store grocery places. They have a bar where fresh food is served and one can make a fresh salad or have a healthy meal. Additionally, there is also a pizzeria that serves different types of pizza and one can buy it by the slice.They have different health options, soaps, fruits, vegetables, kosher foods and more. There is a section where one can pick up fresh flowers as well.Whole Foods also has a place where on can pick up Amazon packages or return them.If you haven't been to Whole Foods it is a great place to visit.

Bought meat on sale from here recently and it being Wholefoods I thought I could trust it since it’s suppose to be high quality. The steaks were put in the freezer as soon as we got home and just opened them up today but realized the wrap in the back was covering spots that showed brown spots and the whole center was brown too. Not happy at all with my experience and never coming back here again. Just go to the Kroger closest to this location. I’ve never had a bad experience there.

Probably one of the largest Whole Foods I have been in. It’s very clean, the staff is very friendly and helpful, the assortment is nicely displayed. This particular WF also includes palm payment 😳😅 can recommend!

Over 50% of the time they don’t have the chantilly berry cake in stock. You know it’s a #1 seller, why don’t you ever have it in stock?Husband picked up a precut fruit bowl and the majority of the fruits were old especially the kiwi, blueberries were really sour, soggy old honeydew.Get it together Whole Foods

The WORST whole foods store in US. We bought a lot of stars there. It was total to packages when we come home. Couple items were missed. We returned to the store and talk with manager and she said on camera she saw like everything were put to the package but items really missed so basically they lying about that and cover their actions.Update: contacted with WH help - they said they are going to do nothing and it is up do local store to do what they think

I bought a cake for my cousin’s 40th birthday today, every single strawberry was molded. We noticed it when putting candles on it. We had to throw away it away. It was “packed” on 11-10-23, we bought it on 11-13-23.

Rude staff at checkout. (Girl with the finger bandage) Double scanned the item without paying attention and when I pointed out no regrets. Usually find cashiers here not friendly and chatting with the other cashiers no focus on the job . Hopefully the management trains these rude cashiers with some manners and customer service.

The store is fine. There is nothing extraordinary about this location other than perhaps there is too much space. Selection was scant (but, to be fair, I was there mid week at non-peak hours). Price v. Quality was par or sub-par, nothing of note really. It wasn't a bad experience at all. But there was nothing exceptional about it either. It was fine.We don't have many mainstream choices in grocery shopping in this little pocket of the world. There is no real competition for this store or the Kroger up the street, so no real need to show up and show out. Sprouts gets you only so far in the pursuit of grocery shopping.

Spacious, organized and easy to navigate - this Whole Foods is a great stop for groceries and gifts for loved ones. The floral and bakery departments offer unique bouquets and baked goods respectively. There’s always something special in the bakery during the holidays. The store has ample self check out stations if you’re looking to get in and out quickly. All in all this is a great WFM.

This has to be the worst Whole Foods I’ve ever encountered. The people that work here need to be retrained in customer service. I’ve Come to this location twice whether I checked in or not checked in, my order was not ready, the associates have no problem making you wait while they stand around talking to each other and management only appease their behavior by offering you a credit. The reason I know this is because the second time I came, the associate had the same behavior as he did the first time I came. This location reminds me of a low-level store, not a high-end one.

My sister and I were shopping for our weekly groceries, as we have done several times before, and I have never had an experience such as the one I am about to describe. While we were at the self checkout on Monday December 18 at about 230 pm, we were approached by an employee. She proceeded to turn the volume up on the machine and then tell us that we would have to take our personal bags out of the cart, and set them on the metal plate on the self checkout, in order to scan the items. We have been to this store many times before, and have never been told to take our bags out of the cart in order to scan our items, and that the volume needed to be turned up, at that very moment, so she could “hear the scanner.” When we asked her why she felt the need to approach us in this manner, which was extremely discriminatory in my opinion, she became defensive and told us we could “speak to the manager if we needed to.” This statement leads me to believe that her manager would have backed her up, and if this is the case, this is alarming. I hope that other consumers do not experience this uncomfortable situation. This is the time of year when we should all support one another regardless of race, sex, orientation, and other factors. I am not asking for anyone to be out of employment, I am simply asking for awareness on how customers are approached and confronted with certain issues by employees.

Rude employees in the bakery department. Went in store for information on their cakes and employee comes in from the back and asks “what do you want?”Called few days later to order a cake and employee claims no orders are taken via phone and cakes can only be ordered online. Not fully believing this, I called the Highland Park location and had no issues with ordering a cake on the phone. Needless to say, I won’t be shopping at the Las Colinas location anymore.

In the DFW area, this is one of the best Whole Foods. The main upside is that it has a lot of fresh food items and a bar for the younger crowd. They offer generous samples as this is a new store and the location is convenient.Lines tend to be limited during the evening and weekend so you can get in and out quickly. It’s busy during the day time during the week as many people work in the area and they come for lunch. There is plenty of parking.

Whole food market with amazon lockers availability. A clean shop with nice organic grocery selection. Restrooms clean and they have future foody cards for toddlers and kids. Thats very exciting to see they encourage kids to shop their favorite snacks / fruits. Spacious car parking and near to highway and in a prime spot. good outdoor sitting area and not congested surroundings. Its in a strip of shops opposite to hospitals. You will not go wrong with whole foods :)
