I've had my aquarium since 2003. My reef tank at my dental office adds excellent and pleasant vibes to apprehensive patients when they walk in the waiting area.Thanks to Miguel and staff..particularly Cecilia and assistant...they are very reliable when it comes to aquarium maintenance and emergencies. I feel like I am a little girl in a candy store when I visit their new reef coral deliveries. They always have mutliple variety of healthy colorful saltwater fish and invertebrates. My aquarium seal leaked after 22 years and they took care of my saltwater babies...and placed a temporary aquarium in my office. They resealed it and saved me a lot of money rather than buying a new one. Plus, I like the shape and design of what I have . Very honest and great customer service.They are so reliable. They keep my reef tank water chemistry balanced, clean and healthy. I don't need to go far in the ocean to keep my Padi scuba certification. Having a beautiful well maintained colorful reef tank...is something I can enjoy all day long and much more convenient than scuba diving.Thank you Miguel, David, Valeria and Cecilia...etc..

The best fish in Dfw been a customer for 10 plus year they treat every customer the same not like other stores who shows attention to those who spend the most money and if you new to the hobby they will walk you through the saltwater game from begging to the end like they done me family owned and they treat me if I was one of them thanks guys keep up the good work

My first time at Saltwater Paradise was Sunday and Miguel was super helpful to a new saltwater hobbyist like me. He guided me through some ideas on fish for my tank and helped with a plan for introducing them to the tank in the proper order. The tanks were super clean and crystal clear and well labeled with the price of each fish. He had a really nice variety. Would definitely go back for my other fish. Thanks again Miguel!

Great store. Employees are very knowledgeable, and eager to help. They have a large rotating selection of fish, coral and aquarium maintenance products. I've gone there for several items including corals and have not had a negative experience.Check them out, even just to go and look around, the place is nice and well-kept and the employees truly seem to enjoy being there.

If I could give this store 10 stars I would, they are so polite and caring and just how easy going! They work with you to just such a high degree, they have impeccable prices, they have given me free items and they go above and beyond to make me feel welcome and comfortable as I know how annoying I can be with my millions of questions and coming in every day and they always treat me like family! Love this store!! Thanks saltwater paradise for my new 25 gallon I love itPS I don’t know if they typically do this but they have allowed me to pay it off in installments twice now and the first time I even bailed and they offered me a full refund and kept a very small amount however applied it as store credit and were not upset at all. When i came back they so kindly still let me build my aquarium with a payment plan and essentially just store credit down and still let me build it fully they are so kind!

Great store. Location has its ups and down with traffic and the construction though. Nice selection but very limited on dry goods and chemicals. You will find the must haves and such but not everything. Nice tanks and a nice big one. Priced well and they always have deals going on. Sign up for the emails on that. Owner is a cool cat and they are all helpful. One of my most frequent.

The store has potential. They are apparently moving next door so it has the ability to get better. This was my first visit and I was disappointed with the health of the fish. A man actually insisted that his purple tang with velvet couldn't die simply because it was already sold. Nice corals but I wouldn't buy them with the velvet tang in there.

First of all let me say thank you to Saltwater Paradise & Team. I went to your store for an “estimate” on setting up my filtration system for my fish tank. My plan was to get 3 estimates and choose one I felt great about. After I talk to one pet store I called yours and made a visit. After talking to Miguel he took the time on explaining to me on what is needed and what is not. I felt that there was no pressure at all just a good conversation. Miquel had no problem with me meeting with the 3rd store and noted that he and his team were ready to fix my emergency. So I went ahead and selected saltwater paradise for service. Not only did they did service my tank the same day but my tank is running smoothly and everything is great. Fishes are happy and so am I. If anyone is interested with setup or maintenance or even saltwater fishes, I would say look at saltwater paradise first.Great saltwater fishes and great service...Thank you Miguel and team..

This place is our go to fish store now. They have everything you need and if they don't, they are willing to order it for you. There are some Dallas fish stores that overprice everything and their livestock dies and they won't refund you, not even with store credit. This fish store stands by their livestock and anything they sell to you. We will definitely be repeat customers!

Great friendly place to shop for fish and coral. I've searched other nearby places and the prices are much cheaper here at SWP. Someone always greats you when you first enter the store. Always having great specials and joining the email listing allows you to be notified of all the sales.. Workers are familiar with SW knowledge and won't just sell you something to make money. Great place to check out! !
