This place is truly a gem. Everyone is so helpful. Everyone is so sweet and genuine. They are so professional and they take care of my dog. If you love your dog, as much as I do mine, you should bring your dog over here at this location. They are the best.

Terrible service.Dropped off my dog.15 min later they give me a call that they can't bathe him because he is getting anxious , I ask the girl that called me "what is he doing ?" She said " I'm not going to argue with you " and hung up on me.When I come to pick him up they say he is being dangerous , I ask again what was he doing and all I get is " she was giving the lady a hard time"So I guess that's being dangerous, when they take him out the back for me to take home he comes walking out very calmly not barking not pulling.So I don't know what kind of dogs they usually groom but it is not his first time getting a bath I just chose this place since it's 5 min away from home , but never again.Horrible service and horrible staff.

Took my dog there and they asked me to come pick her up after 5mins. Twice.First time was that too matted and they can’t do anything about it. I took her home and got all the Matt out myself.Second time they said she wouldn’t stay still. I’m still shocked over that. I thought the groomers were trained and experienced.She’s barely 8 months, I groom her at home myself with no issues. Definitely never going back to PetSmart

This place was horrific, I was very specific about what I wanted.What I paid for, they didn't do:deshedding& paw fur trim. He didnt even smell good when I picked him up.What I didn't want, they took the liberty. They shaved my dog against my instructions. As he is groomed regularly, I know there were no coat issues that required him to be shaved. His coat is now ruined as he's a fur dog and not a hair dog and that means it won't grow back. I was told I'd receive a phone call from the manager and never did. I do NOT recommend this place at all!

Took my siberian husky there and it didn't look like anything was done!! She was actually shedding more then when I took her and it cost me $65!! This is the second time that I paid that price here and another one! I have to find a different place to get her groomed!!

Ran in yesterday with my husband to buy a vivarium. Store was following all COVID-19 protocols with many large signs posted about masks being mandatory and social distancing including 6 ft markings at checkout. Nice store; efficient layout made it easy to find what he was looking for. Friendly cashier and speedy checkout process!

Make sure you check that your groomer cuts ALL nails. The groomer missed a nail which caused it to overgrow, crack due to contact with the ground, and get infected. This caused expensive vet bills. Negligence! Smh.

Their staff is friendly and professional. They do a great job with my very skittish pup. In and out with a nail trim and grind in less than 15 minutes every time.
