Annie R in the grooming department is the sweetest person and a great groomer! We had our pup taken to her every other month or so for over a year and am so sad to have to lose her (moving). She's caring, patient, attentive, etc. and I appreciate our time with her.The store itself is all I need it to be, fast friendly staff & good shopping options. Training & adoption opportunities too!

Disappointing Experience at PetsmartI recently had the unfortunate experience of taking my beloved pet to Petsmart and I must say, I am thoroughly disappointed. The entire visit was nothing short of a letdown.First and foremost, the staff seemed disinterested and lacked the enthusiasm one would expect in a pet-centric establishment. It was clear they were simply going through the motions, showing little care or attention to the animals in their care.Moreover, the grooming itself was subpar. My pet emerged looking far from their best, with uneven cuts and obvious signs of neglect in certain areas. I had expected a professional touch, but sadly, it seemed lacking in this establishment.Ever-since we bought him home we noticed he was literally shaved entire body including his bum, someone who is responsible and has knowledge wouldn't do this, it clearly shows their unprofessionally and irresponsible. He was having razor burns and rashes all over his body and he was not able to eat drink or walk at all, which really bugs us as a parents. Out hearts literally melts looking at him. He was super active and energetic and never been sick.Cleanliness is a fundamental aspect of any pet grooming business, and unfortunately, this store fell short in this regard as well. The facility appeared untidy and in need of a thorough cleaning. This lack of attention to hygiene only further eroded my confidence in their services.To add insult to injury, the pricing was exorbitant for the level of service provided. We are literally charge $100 for a 10months puppy. Pricing at Petsmart doesn't make sense at all, they are literally trying to pull money from customers pocket. I wish companies like this should be sewed. I would have been willing to overlook some of the shortcomings if the cost had been reasonable, but alas, this was not the case.In conclusion, I cannot, in good conscience, recommend Petsmart to fellow pet owners. The overall experience was deeply unsatisfactory, and I will be seeking services elsewhere in the future. It is my hope that this review serves as constructive feedback for the owners and staff to make significant improvements in their operations.

I love coming in here for anything I need for my fur babies. They have cute squeaky toys my husky loves to play with and awesome catnip toys for my cat. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful!

I DON'T RECOMMEND IT, GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. The worst experience ever in a 'professional' place. I have a Pomeranian and I took him to cut his hair. 1. They didn't let us stay with him, 2. If I didn't pay, they wouldn't give me the dog and they wouldn't let me see him either, 3. They gave him a hairdressing machine when he can only pass the scissors because of his race, 4. I just wanted the ends and they gave me my dog with his hair almost to the skin. 5. When I indicated to the hairdresser my annoyance, she answered me very rudely 'and what do you want me to do? I can't stick his hair and I already cut his hair'. The worst service of my life, my puppy after that was super sad.(After and Before)

I was nervous about the first time grooming. This place is super Friendly, best haircut, very knowledgeable staff. Annie did his hair cut and this is him after haircut. If you want a awesome place to groom this is one. Thank you all coming back again for sure

Absolutely horrible experience with grooming; (with Diana- rude, impolite, and under qualified to deal with clients and their babies. Virginia: polite but extremely unethical will go to the back until your appointment window is up to make you miss the appointment on purpose so she doesn’t have to work as much) So the story goes: the lady Virginia back in grooming please DO NOT GO TO HER. she disappeared before my appointment and then came back after it was cancelled to tell me it was cancelled when I was there before the cancellation of the appointment, while I was frustrated I was not angry and just asked for her to acknowledge this was her fault, she went ahead to tell me that she was right in the back (mind you no customers can go into the back it is an employee only zone): I brought this to her attention yet she said sorry nothing I can do. ( she purposefully cancelled the appointment due to having lots of big dogs). Another person Diana was extremely rude, while I’m having a conversation with my now EX groomer, she goes “No reason to keep arguing go and work on what you’ve got and you need to stop arguing(to me-the client)”- Virginia proceeds to scram while Diana continues to argue with me and then bad mouths my dog saying “why is he yelling at the groomer” (hello? Logic please?) my dog has a bad experience with ANOTHER groomer at petsmart I decided to give CVirginia a chance, anywho she asked me “WHY a ring your dog here again so f. He’s had such. Bad experience? If you’re gonna accuse me of this”. Amongst other rude things. This ticked me off and out of frustration as a CUSTOMER not professional I told her why I’m here and giving petsmart another chance. She proceeded to tell me I shouldn’t be here and never to bring my baby here my dog here again as if she owned the business (business owner please be advised). I asked her the name of the Vet groomers that would take him and she said “why would I help you when you’re accusing me”- again I told them I’m not accusing you personally but you said something about my baby dog I didn’t like I gave you reasoning as to why AGAIN it isn’t personal I am. Letting you know the reason for his behavior, she proceeds to ask me “Did I ask you the reasoning?” (As if I had asked her to enter herself into the conversation with my groomer). Anywho, Diana continues to argue with me and continues to be rude. All I’m trying to say is that perhaps Virginia was unethical in her practice of work, and Diana had a miserable day, however hiring people who are unethical and rude will only deter clients from petsmart grooming at this location. I highly advise Petsmart to remove these individuals from this particular location (8100 Walton Blvd) because this type of misbehavior was certainly not okay, and will remain with me as a customer if action against Diana and Virginia isn’t taken. I felt humiliated as a customer by “professionals”. They are unethical and improperly trained for this job. This is not right, if petsmart continues to hire careless and under qualified people for the job I will no longer be a customer along with those I know. Please, fix this issue by training both these ladies Diana and Virginia.

Tried to spend roughly 1500$ here buying a new (125 gallon) aquarium and accessories. They said it could be delivered, but we couldn’t start that process until the purchase had been made. 1500$ later, the delivery company stated I was roughly 3-5 miles outside their arbitrary delivery range of 20 miles. This isn’t a policy anybody at the store was aware of, but they said the delivery company would call me personally as they were considering making the delivery anyway. Delivery company never called, and when Petsmart called me to check in, they said perhaps an employee could drop off the tank if they could get it in their car. Obviously outside of policy, but I was grateful they were trying to make it work. The next day, when the employee was alleged to have been dropping the tank off, I received no communication from them. I waited a whole day, never having heard anything despite them saying the employee would call me. The following morning (now 48+ hours after the tank was purchased) I called and spoke to multiple managers, who were effectively useless at any sort of problem solving short of a refund. I’m still waiting on the refund to come through to see how much was refunded, but I can’t imagine I’ll ever be back. Between being caught in a web of bureaucratic red tape for a delivery barely outside of the delivery range, to the complete lack of communication from the store, I just can’t help but feel like I was underserved despite spending (or rather attempting to spend) absurd amounts of money there.

GroomingWorst experience ever, sarah and the whole team literally handled my puppy so bad that I had to take him to vet directly and he was so anxious the whole time after coming from grooming.. if you dont know how to be professional then please do some other work, or atleast learn how to do your job better.. he is 7 month old puppy! Very disappointed.Please dont take your pet to this place..

Grooming will cut your dog.The grooming team here cut one of my friend s dog. The dog bled and had to go to the emergency.When I took my dog there the groomer was not watching the dog while grooming, instead she was chit chatting with a coworker and using her phone while cutting my dog s hair. Very dangerous.I responded the issue but management did not take the issue serious.Stay away from this unprofessional and unethical team.

Didn't like it very much because they don't have a good fish section. Also, I didn't think the service was very friendly. There is no service in the fish section, but there aren't really any fish either, So, there is no reason to need service in the fish section, when there is nothing good to buy anyway.The only place you can receive service assistance is at the cash register, after you've picked out all your items that you want to purchase.The cashier had kind of a nonchalant, cavalier attitude as if she might rather be doing something else. I would rather check myself out at a kiosk than to deal with that. They did have cobalt fish food, but the prices are too high on most products. I hate how they always ask you to announce your phone number in front of other customers.Needless to say, no one greeted me when I came in, and I wasn't treated like a valuable customer.I don't think the cashier was genuinely happy to have my business, and I don't know why should she even care? I don't think the staff were very knowledgeable in their field of providing outstanding customer assistance, but the bathroom was pretty clean at least.

I'm very disappointed with this location!! I have been going there for 10+ years. I brought my dog in a few weeks ago to get a haircut and bath. They wouldn't take her because they said she had a mass on her face. I told them she has always had allergies and it's food. She is older. I have to blend her food up and she got some on her face. They wouldn't take her in after servicing her for 10+ years. I tried to call back and schedule an appointment and they told me they wouldn't take her. Because of food. The manager wouldn't listen to me when I explained. The manager isn't professional. I'm good with this because they haven't had a good groomer since Sandel left approximately 6 years ago. I'm just a creature of habit. I will find a much better groomer. Don't go here. It's not worth the money they charge for mediocre haircuts and terrible service(the manager).

Do not get your dog cut here if you want your pet styled.Despite 2 other 1 star encounters with this location and having an issue.Diana G continues to shave my dog each time despite showing pictures,going over the cut I want and making sure there was NO MATTING.she just can’t do it and I would appreciate being told I can’t do that instead of accepting the appointment. Then tried to convince me she did what I said.then trying to get a refund and the cashier treated me as though I was the problem for wanting my refund. I will not be booking with her or this location again.

Well staffed location. Always helpful staff in fish section. Prices are decent but not the best. Plenty of parking out front. Not the Cleanest location and can seem cluttered when you are inside. Exterior could use some renovationsnas well.

Came here last night before closing time and the staff was very helpful but I lost my phone. When I managed to contact them this morning they were extremely helpful once again and on top of everything, they recovered my phone and even took extra precautions to make sure I could identify it and unlock it before handing it to me. I really, truly appreciate their kindness and assistance during an already all too stressful holiday season. The manager was truly great! They really made my Christmas. Happy holidays and Merry Christmas to the entire staff, thank you so much!!!

This pets Mart is okay, not great. But it has the food that my pets eat and it's two minutes from my place so I go there often. Couldn't find the training treats that I usually get, I think they were just out of stock. And the specific treats that go with toys-that I bought at a different pet store- I have weren't here,I guess they carry different brands. There's one cashier who is very friendly and bubbly who is there sometimes.The groomers are pretty good but we quit going to this Banfield. They offered a different level of service than a different Banfield location: much worse.

I highly recommend getting your pet groomed by Claudia at this location. She is the most kind and gentle human being and my puppy looks amazing. This was his first time getting groomed here at PetSmart and I will never take him anywhere else again. She’s the best!

First off they took 4 hours to groom my small dog ..I grew concerned & we showed up to see what was going on..when I asked what's taking so long the groomer had a very nasty attitude.. she brought my dog from the back & asked if I wanted to take my dog as she was wet only had shampooing no grooming whatsoever ..I told her yes at this point becuz I certainly didn't want her touching my fur baby with that nasty attitude..finally a supervisor came forward offered us something to drink & another groomer took our baby & said she would groom her & she did a pretty good job..& we were finally done in about 5 hrs.. which was ridiculous to have an appointment..so never again will I ever bring her back there..I wish I would've gotten her name..up until Saturday they were alright..so I just wanted to warn others..I could just imagine how horrible she was behind doors with the dogs.

I used to come here regularly for grooming. They do an ok job with the grooming, although its not always as thorough as Id like. My bigger issue is on the logistical end. The last few times I've come I've had scheduling issues. Tried to book something this week, had a confirmed appointment after I called in. Apparently that was with the call center, the staff at the actual location called me back less than 10 minutes saying that they were past their quota for the day. Despite the error being on the company's side, they were unable to make reasonable accommodations for rescheduling or in lieu of that offer some compensation foe the inconvenience. I will be finding somewhere that has a better handle on their operations.

I am livid! You need to announce on your app or somewhere that “you will cancel grooming appointments after 15min late”. I made a grooming appointment online, checked in online but arrived 20min late to the appointment. I was told by the grooming dept that they would NOT accept my pup late. I wasted my drive to and from for this horrible business.Glad I have choices… Let me try out Pets Plus grooming.BYE!!!

Horrible grooming service! Dropped off my dog there to get groomed and picked her up but she only received a bath. The groomer said that my dog wasn’t cooperating and so couldn’t groom her. The ear hair wasn’t taken out, paw wasn’t trimmed, nails weren’t cut, sanitary trim wasn’t done, hair wasn’t cut. Horrible service! They didn’t even welcome me when I brought my dog in. If I could give it negative stars I would! Don’t ever bring your dog here!

NEVER BRING YOUR DOG HERE !!!!! It looks like they don’t really care about the dogs. My dog was so scared after I brought him the second time that I decided not to leave him there.I usually take him to another place, but this time I wanted to try this because it’s only 5 min from my house, but next time I’ll just take it to the other place. The staff is ZERO FRIENDLY! Don't make grooming a nightmare for your dog.

We love this petsmart. We go out of our way to shop here because the selection is great and the staff is even better. All the employees are knowledgeable and always give the best suggestions. Special shout out to Angelina for helping us with our fish and Amanda, a pleasant and friendly cashier when we checked out. Thank you!
