Brought my dog here for grooming on Friday 03/22. Staff was very friendly and professional. They told me how long the grooming process would take, which gave me time to get groceries taken care of just right across the highway, which brings me to my next favorite thing about this Pet Smart, is its location. Prices were extremely reasonable and they did a very good job with my little four legged friend Peanut, who still looks and smells great!! Thank you very much Petsmart Grooming Staff!!!

It’s a good place to find pet supplies, pet food, toys and you can adopt cats and buy fishes there, there is a pet veterinarian and you can get grooming services and dog training service as well. I love buying here for my dog

Audrey is a very nice person. She does an amazing job in the grooming when she bathes him and my dog really loves her. He’s always well taken care of by her. My dog has been taken care of by her for years now and I just love going there.

I took my tea cup poodle here to be groomed and called to find out why they were taking so long to be told they were waiting on a vet to see her she was bleeding . To shorten the story. They cut her leg so bad she had to have 4 staples and once everything was done all I got from the store was excuses. I specifically asked to be very careful she is 11 years old and 3 lbs. and what they tell me is definitely the groomer was not paying attention but they need to learn on all dogs. I understand but if they are new they should not be left alone on such a small petite . Be careful I don’t know why pet smart took away the choice from pet owners if they wanted experienced groomers I never had a problem paying a higher cost for the experience and safety of knowing how long some one has been grooming

This location always has what we need for our piggies. Recently purchased our second guinea pig to bond our single. The staff is extremely helpful and always giving tips. We got a new bigger living space for them with a fence in yard! The fur kids love it!

Last Friday I had a bad experience with the manager named Demi at the Irving store. I came in to make a return and the manager said she couldn’t make my return because I didn’t have a original receipt and said that it “states it in the back of the receipt”. She made the assumption that I had already made the return since I no longer had the original receipt although I explained to her I never got the original receipt to begin with. Demi's demeanor throughout the interaction was dismissive and unhelpful. When I arrived at the Southlake location, the staff processed my return without hesitation. They confirmed that returns could be made without presenting an original receipt. It's evident that improvements are needed in both policy communication and customer service training at the Irving location.

This is the worst Pet Smart I’ve ever been to. I will be contacting the BBB and the Board of Health. They don’t care about your pets please don’t send your animal here. Maybe if they weren’t so busy getting high on marajuana while working things would be better in this establishment! The grooming salon is a total joke! If I could give no starts I would.

A trim turned into a total haircut all over my dog's face which I never asked for. The shave job on her tail and looks terrible. Everything is uneven and she looks like she was cut with a weedeater.I called after 2 hours. They told me to be an additional 2 hours. So total time four hours for a puppy bathe and trim. Then thirty minutes later called me right back and told me the dog was done.They returned her to me without her paws even being done. If this is worth fifty one dollars I never going back there again.I am very dissapointed and upset with the customer service, value, attention to detail and quality of this entire process.

I've been taking my little dog for a year plus now. Audrey is mostly her groomer and Garrett has been her bather. I am very happy with how they take care of Lily. My dog is a little timid about going to the groomer but she always comes home cute and happy. The prices are reasonable and online scheduling is great. I also like that I can pay online before picking her up. this visit right before the holiday weekend, Audrey took a great cute picture of Lily on a Holiday background that I love!!!I will continue to use Audrey and the Petsmart Grooming crew and highly recommend them for bathing and grooming your family member pet!!!

This location is only "okay" as far as staff friendliness, cleanliness, and wait times in the line. It's kind of hit or miss, which would be three stars. A lot of times they're out of the food I need. What made me take off one more star is the way the animals are treated. I usually just grab food and go but the other day I had time to see. The animals. Lots of sick animals. I believe this turtle was on its death bed. I tapped the glass to check and he slowly opened his eyes. I told the cashier and he did not seem to care one bit. What a shame. This place is supposed to be a place for people who love animals. Obviously there are people working there who don't think an animal's life is worth it to take care of them.I will find somewhere else to get my dogs food.

I took my dog Willow to be groomed and Jannice did an amazing job!! She smells so fresh and has a beautiful manicure! She was very gentle with her and clearly loves what she does

Absolutely Disgusting!! 🤢 Maggots/ green worms 🤢 in the guinea pig veggie/ fruit pies. I didn't notice till I got home and my sister brought it to my attention. I'm soooo glad I didn't give my guinea pigs these, especially them being herbivores. So Petsmart just keeps old things on the shelf. Be aware of what you are buying and feeding your fur babies. I wouldn't want this to happen to anyone else's pets.

Groomer sent my dog to the ER needing multiple paw stitches! Gave them written and verbal instructions that my Australian shepherd was afraid of the blow dryer & needed to be securely fastened to the table. Both of which was completely ignored and a hour later I received a phone call that my dog was being rushed to the ER after she apparently “broke a nail” turns out she had a large laceration on her paw that was bleeding through multiple bandages and needed stitches. The grooming manager was very nice and understanding about the severity of this but the groomer Carmen needs to be held responsible for ignoring instructions that I gave before and after I dropped her off. Extremely negligent and needs to be held responsible for ignoring patient records. She’s had 10+ grooming and never an issue because the groomers are told prior verbally and written to not to use a blow dryer on her. Lucky that I don’t sue her for this but thankfully they’re assuming all charges for Carmen’s lack of training. Extremely disappointed !!!

Horrible experience with grooming. Took my Maltese to get groomed here for the first time ever and last . They ended up hurting him!!! When I looked in his neck he was bleeding and had large cuts he also had them in his belly !!! I am very upset and horrified with their staff . They all seem bothered when you walk in with your pet to get groomed. HELLO 👋 you get paid to do it . If you don’t like it get a different job . Your attitude affects the way you treat pets!!! Going back to talk to manager or who ever is in charge .$49 is not cheap and in the end my poor fur baby gets cuts in his neck!!! He has gone to different groomers and this has never happened. Jose is the one that groomed him . And not only that they cut his fur to short after I told them what I wanted . Don’t understand why the person grooming him was not there to listen to a customer!!! Be aware and safe with your babies don’t take them here !!!!

Don't offer curbside if you just going to have people waiting for 20 minutes and never bring their order. Had to go in to pick up my order after waiting so long, and this was my first time using curbside because I always go inside to pick up my online order but today I was feeling under the weather and didn't want to go in a store feeling sick but had to. when I explained what happened to the worker he didn't seem to cared. Since I wasn't feeling good I didn't even bother to say more just got my order and left.

5 stars for an awesome grooming service from Renee I. She listened to all my requests and my Louie looked so handsome when I picked him up. I enjoyed the experience so much I scheduled his next appointment at pick up. Highly recommend this groomer. The store is nice and clean. Friendly people. Prices are sometimes higher than Amazon/Walmart.. but it’s a super convenient location near our home.

They have a great selection whether it’s food, toys, or anything else you need for the pet family! The staff is nice and friendly and willing to help you find whatever you’re looking for. I love this location, highly recommend it.

Took my Husky for grooming and bath and it took like 3 hours charged me over 80 dollars when they called they had told me i took him there bleeding. I told him my dog was fine when i took him. I would have known IF HE WAS HURT. The blood was fresh adter 3 hours??? Really i told them the blood was fresh and all they said was i got him like that. They lied the dog was still wet wjen it csme out and they didnt even brush him i picked the furminator pack for Husky but theu didnt do anything i told them ya even do something to him and the lady said oh no because he is still wet but you can come tomorrow and will brush him. So first. I paid for a service my dog didnt get. Second. They hurt my dog and lie about it. And third if i dont ask about if they did the service theu dont tell me anything to come the next time or something to finish brushing him or something. Even though that would waste MY TIME. WORSE SERVICE EVER i will be going tomorrow 10/14/2018 to talk to a manager and for the vet check because my dog cant even walk right.

Love it. Folks at this store are super nice. The staff are extremely helpful. They make suggestions without being pushy. I ended up getting puppy training from Joy who's amazing at what she does. I really enjoy her and her classes. Great store to visit

We took our dog Schnauzer for grooming and clearly explained the lady what we wanted on our dog. Well I would NOT recommend anyone who own a Schnauzer to take it there.They left his eyebrows COMPLETELY uneaven. As a matter of fact, they left him like someone who had two different faces. One side with and the other side without an eyebrow.The signature of the Schnauzer is the beard, well they took that off as well. The excuse was that the dog needed training. We had the dog for 2 years and NEVER had any issues or complaints from the other groomers.Clearly you can see how they chopted his legs and face. I would think twice before taking your mascot there. I would NOT recommend their service there.

Unsanitary and unsafe for the animals. I bought one of my whites tree frogs from here. He had a odd mark on his nose, was severely underweight, and in a very small terrarium with other species when I bought him. Come to find out, he had a bacterial infection of psuedomonas and the small spot on his nose was there because it was eating away at him. Psuedomonas is a nasty infection and spreads from living in unsanitary conditions and it is apparently common in corporate pet stores. It led to a 3 month battle with my poor frog that he unfortunately lost. The bacterial infection turned into red leg which costed him a long and painful death despite me getting him vet care and antibiotics. I was too late. My other frog came from another location and is doing just fine and is healthy. Please take better care of your animals. Change their bedding and water more frequently. Don’t wipe everything down with the same rag. I see that others have said that the fish they purchased at this location were in filthy water. Please do better or find another job. Their lives depend on it. Photo shows his appearance when I bought him and then a few weeks before he passed.

Clean and well stocked. However I didn't appreciate that I was supposed carry out a bag of litter by myself that was almost half my weight. I could've avoided a rip in the bag had I received assistance. I would've felt more inclined to ask if they didn't treat myself and other customers like such a bother.I'll be avoiding this store in the future.

Took our dog Charlie to be bathed, haircut, and nails trimmed. We will never frequent this business again. Vicky, the groomer was apparently in a rush when she was grooming Charlie bc she shaved over the healed area where he was neutered 3 years ago. He is in such discomfort, irritable, and unable to sleep for more than 5 minutes at a time much less sit still. I hope Vicky reads this, or someone tells her about this review,so she knows the pain she’s caused our innocent, sweet pet.
