This is my second time here and the service is absolutely amazing! From the person who greets you at the front to the groomer they are all extremely attentive, friendly, and helpful. I absolutely recommend this place for their grooming services as they provide excellent services for very reasonable prices!

My first time taking my frenchie for grooming, Joseph was so kind and comprehensive towards my dog, she can get a bit stressed with new situations, however he made her feel comfortable, she looks so beautiful, I’m am satisfied with his work I will definitely bring her back and will recommend my family and friends. 10/10

I went in to get some raw organic dog food. When I went to grooming and asked the guy grooming how much for simple grooming with no hair cut. He asked me a series of questions. 1. How old is your dog? I told him 3 years old. 2. What kind of breed is it? I told him Pomeranian. 3. Is it long haired or short haired? I told him short hair and only 5 pounds. I showed him my dog. He was typing in the computer for a few minutes and then said “ because she’s not a full Pomeranian, it is going to cause $55. I told “ I just want the wash and nothing extra because the prices here show $38. He said those add ons, on top of the $55. I was SHOCKED what I heard. Petco and PetSmart only charges $34 for a full wash and nail trim. $20 if your dog is under 2 years old. This Pet Supplies Plus place has a massive advertising in their building saying At the prices you love without the lines you hate”. I found this to be contradictory. The fact that they charged by breed status full or mixed is discussing. I probably will never shop here again. The cashiers that helped me were very nice. That was the reason why I spend $38 in their store. I wonder if the fee is also applied based on the race of the owner. I wouldn’t be surprised. This was a disappointing experience and false advertising if you asked me.

Took our dog here for their self-service pet wash and loved it!! From the moment I walked in the young lady at the front was very welcoming and even helped me sign up for the Dirty Dog Discount Card. She came back to the washing area to check on us too. It was my first time using a service like this so at first I was confused with the hose but I got it to work. My doggy was super happy and we will be back 😊PS - bring your own dog brush, everything else was included (shampoos, conditioner, towels, aprons)

I love coming here, the only reason I don’t give it 5 stars is because they don’t allow coupons unless you have the physical copy of it and it’s 2024…everyone has everything on their phones. So that policy seems a little outdated, but other than that, I love their DIY dog wash and their doggy snack!

Came in to buy food for my fur babies but it was a challenge because I just had surgery about a week ago and still recovering. I don’t like to bother employees so didn’t ask for help but Nataly saw that I was struggling and she kindly helped me out with the heavy bag! She was very compassionate and kind! Small gestures like those come a long way for customers! I normally go to PetSmart but will def be back more often due to her kindness! Thank you Nataly

The diy wash and groom station for dogs is well supplied with shampoo and towels. Also, pretty much anything else I needed, I bought . Very clean and all personnel were very attentive.

Pet plus supply store is my go to store for me and my dogs, the team is welcoming, full with knowledge, kind and helpful. I have been a customer from day one and not one day have a come out of the store upset it’s always full of positivity, and for dogs, and any type of animal, is a place of animals lovers and anxiety free, and let talk about the grooming! I have an Australian shepherd and they are bounce coated dogs let me tell you Joseph he knows what he is doing he was 100% friendly and caring for my dog as if he was his own my dog is looking smelling and feeling amazing the words Thank you are not enough to express how happy I’m with the results 100% recommend Joseph, he works with you and your dog to make him feel better and not feeling anxious, and talk about with you of how the process is HE IS AMAZING!! I can even say better than Pet Smart or Petco (places that I have left with bad experience)

I cannot express how grateful I am for Angel and Chris for their help today in the Self-service bath.Artie is a reactive rescue, so he gets anxious and has trouble around other dogs. They both helped me organize a time to come in where other dogs wouldn't be present, so bathtime was a breeze! He's looking very spiffy, and smells WORLDS better.Thank you both again for your help and consideration when it comes to our best friends. The world is better with people like them in it.

My go to is Pets Plus but I was going to the one in Dallas on Forrest Lane and praying for one in Irving and here it is!!! Although I'd hoped for South Irving but anyway... My first visit was because of the 20% off this past weekend. I loved the store! It's well stocked with all my usual dog and cat items. I was glad to see plenty of friendly staff to assist if you need help. The store was spotless. They have an amazing "dog cookie" display case by the registers that look like they came from a bakery. They also have a pet washing station. Plenty of collars/leashes/dog clothes and costumes. This store is in the Target shopping center so it's in a great location for human needs as well.

Took my Miniature Schnauzer for grooming, it was their first time meeting, and they got along great! Made my nervous little one super comfortable and his whole attitude changed from when he walked in. I could tell they took great care of him and listened to all my tips and concerns on how my dog likes to be handled. They gained my dogs and I trust and will definitely make this our pet store moving forward!

I might change my review later but for now the experience has been not easy I would say. I have been trying to schedule a grooming appointment for my dog for months but they always keep changing the dates when the grooming salon will be working.Now apparently it’s open but they never answer the phone, the store department picked up and asked me to use the website but the website doesn’t work properly either.It takes you in circles and keeps logging me off and when I try to log back in it says wrong password.

Definitely nothing there for rabbits. Wish there was a variety of items for rabbits like food/toys,everything is pushed to one corner,such a very small selection for a pet store. I asked an associate about hay and they had nothing. 😒 Definitely wouldn't recommend going if you're getting anything for rabbits/your pet rabbit.
