This was my first time having my dog groomed here and when I tell you, everything about this experience was absolutely amazing, I am absolutely not kidding. From the moment I got there I was greeted by an extremely friendly employee at the front. When I got to the grooming section there was a chalk board with all the names of the pets the were scheduled to be groomed. I was then helped by Joseph who gave me by far one of the best services ever, from the moment he greeted me to the moment he gave me my dog back everything was amazing. My dog doesn’t like getting groomed but for the first time ever my dog didn’t cry or start shaking before being taken to the back, this was extremely reassuring, I just knew then and there I was taking her to a great place. I completely recommend this place, please come here for amazing service for your pet! If this wasn’t good enough the prices here are extremely better than the competition.

I had a disappointing experience at The PET SUPPLY STORE due to the rude behavior of one of their employees and the poor quality of service provided. I expected better professionalism and customer care. Hopefully, they can address these issues for future customers.My family approached the checkout counter and placed all of our items there. The lady who was upfront did not respond to us, but the guy running the other register told us to come over to his side. He was super friendly, did an amazing job and was kind and funny.What was interesting was that two minutes after we got to the other side, another lady came up, put her stuff on the counter, and that girl employee then decided to respond and engage with her. I was disappointed with the horrible customer service.Two staff members were working on Saturday, March 23, at 8:00 pm. The male employee was amazing, but the lady employee needs to not be the face of the company. Instead, she needs to be in the back store stocking shelves. If I see her there again, I am calling corporate. I wish I could give the give 5 stars and her 0. Thank you

I was quite excited about the self dog wash station. I usually go to Bruno’s Too for DIY wash but I was told that Pet Supplies Plus has a better deal. Went in to get the 5 wash deal for $40. The clerk was very friendly and the store was very clean and well kept. But the wash station was very disappointing. I see that they tried to be all tile and nice. But it’s not practical at all. There is very little space each slot and there is no anchor to suspend your dog from running away. Also, the shampoo was not provided. The shower handle was very stiff to operate as well. Hot water was not working. I wish it was more practical for dog parents.+updatesI revisited to use up my 5 wash coupon that I paid for $40 from my first visit. (I should have waited) This was what we faced. This is so unacceptable.They did add a suspension collar onto the wall. But with this level of dirtiness and bad hygiene, I don’t think I’ll ever come back…

I recently visited pet supply plus to avail of their pet shower area services, but unfortunately, my experience left much to be desired. Firstly, I was appalled by the lack of cleanliness in the pet shower area; it was riddled with soap scum, giving off an unhygienic impression. Cleanliness should be a top priority in any pet-related facility, especially one offering bathing services.Moreover, I was enticed by their offer of a free wash after five visits, but it turned out to be nothing more than a deceptive scheme. The punch card system seemed convenient at first glance, but upon closer inspection, it became apparent that it was designed to exploit customers. Despite availing of the service multiple times, I was never entered into their system for the loyalty program. It appears to be a deliberate attempt to capitalize on forgetfulness and reap profits from unsuspecting customers.What's even more disappointing is the lack of transparency and education from the employees regarding the importance of the punch card system. Customers should be informed upfront about the terms and conditions of any loyalty program to avoid confusion and frustration.Overall, my experience was marred by subpar hygiene standards and a dubious loyalty program. I urge the management to prioritize cleanliness and integrity in their operations to regain the trust of their customers.

The service here is amazing, and they carry a full line of quality products, no matter the creature for whom you're shopping. If you need help, it's super easy to get someone who'll even walk through the store with you, must in case you need something you can't find. Top notch people who care. Love this store.

I am ecstatic with their Grooming department. I’ve always been skeptical of pet store groomers. We found ourselves in a pickle and stumbled across Joseph when we found out they opened this Irving store. We took a chance. Glad we did. Joseph is amazing and patient! He really tries to understand each dogs personality and triggers. I love this because my dog is not aggressive but he is weird about his feet. And has a little bit of separation anxiety. He was very helpful and flexible when our dog had a hotspot. In addition to this pro, my dog is a golden retriever. There are not many people you can trust when grooming a double coated dog. I have been to other groomers that had experience with goldens, and not to talk down on other groomers - at all (I appreciate the hard work!) but my dog has never come home from a grooming appt as soft and nearly shed free then from Joseph. (not to mention with trimmed feet!) 😊 I don’t know what magic he’s working with but it’s amazing. It could also be in part the CBD shampoo they offer. Regardless, my husband and I are extremely impressed and hope Joseph never leaves!

Very helpful and friendly service. Had help with finding a natural dog shampoo and getting a very large bag of dog food in my vehicle by a young gentleman without having to ask! That’s great service!! Will definitely be back in the future for my furry dog 🐾

I just want to be clear Dani Jalbert, ever since you cut my dogs hair he’s been acting very weird and he doesn’t want to move and he’s like scared, but when we went to PetSmart he was more happier. We went to PetSmart to fix his hair cut because she couldn’t fix it or because she didn’t want to fix it.

First time in this dog supermarket. It was very welcoming. I was greeted when I walked in with my dog and my son. Surprisingly, I was the only customer. Well, it was also early on a weekday too. The store was nice and clean with plenty of room in the isle to walk around and browse through. I like the fact that they have a self service dog bathing room. They also offer full grooming and a la carte grooming services but the groomer was off that day.I was able to find and buy Stella & Chewy dehydrated dog food for my little dog since we were on the go for four days and I didn't have time to cook for him. Will definitely be back.

I asked if they did price match with petsmart and petco they said yes but the item I wanted was on sale online at petsmart and petco and the cashier said he could only give me the regular price online and not the sale price. The pet supplies plus in Lewisville honors the sale, but this location doesn't.

I’m usually not the type of person who likes to leave reviews, but I’ve gone in here plenty times and I typically enjoy shopping here but with the few times I’ve gone to use the restroom, there is always some kind of poop stain on the toilet seat. Its awfully disgusting to see and there’s not even some kind of cleaning product provided for situations like that unless you call one of the workers. Not only that but what I believe to be one of the managers always has some kind of smell lingering around her and I just think that that’s completely unprofessional and shouldn’t be tolerated by the customers nor employees. Everything else is great, and they have a great selection of products for a small pet store.

I arrived 30 minutes late, and don’t mind rules (the employee told me they do not accept appointments over 15 minutes late). But, the way the employee talked to me and treated me was shocking and very rude. Not what she said, but the way she said it. Also, they were empty. No one else was there. So they lost our business forever over rudeness. We would actually go here for all if our pet needs, but not anymore. This is the Irving Location off MacArthurt and it happened September 1st 23.

When the store opened I got the card for 5 DIY baths for $40, all was good, after a few baths I notice that the stalls are very dirty, the hot water is not working properly and a few of the dryer heads are broken from the wall, so you can not use them. A few days ago made an appointment to groom my dog, Today I took her there, the young lady who receive her after "inspecting" my dog she said that the dog try to "bite" her and she was not going to do the service, I complained with an older lady (assistant manager apparently) and she said it was nothing she can do, I ask for a telephone or email from manager or corporate to put a complain, but she said " I won't give you anything because I do not have it" What a lack of professionalism and WASTE of time for customers. As a note my DOG is not aggressive at all, she is always happy when she go to groomers or doggy day care, this people are not trained or simply they don't care about GOOD customer service.

Computers were down, and I had a grooming appointment waited for an hour only to be told nothing. They didn't try and reschedule me or fit me in...just stated that they were not allowed to go over 40 hours. Wow, you can tell this is an independently owned store. Even the front employees were not knowledgeable about a few items they had to sell. I'll be going back to Pet Smart.

I met their groomer Aaliyah. She has a wealth of knowledge. She told me that she has been grooming for 6 plus years. Even has pictures of the dogs she has groomed. Showed me the proper tools to get in order to maintain my Bernedoodle. I will definitely be coming to see her when Trevon needs his haircut

Shop here! The staff was so sweet and helpful. We are considering a full set up for a new Fish Friend to add the #CarpenterFunFarm. I can't believe how many different colors and styles of beta fish there were. The aquariums were so clean and the reptile house was very well kept.

I responded to a girl offering a free bath & brush to assist her with learning grooming at Pet Supplies Plus in Irving. After making an appointment for today at 10 AM, explaining that I am coming from Mesquite, I made her aware I had to see patients in between grooming. I arrived at 9:55 and was informed the groomer had just left and would probably be back later today. I never received notification and when I explained that I had patients to see and that I had been assured that the dogs would be there from 10 - 12. The employees were completely unaffected and offered no further explanation or apology. Because of this, I was forced to have my dogs sit in my car for part of the day as I saw patients, which was extremely stressful. I am shocked and appalled by the response I received from store employees! Now, after speaking with the individual, I also received no apology, in fact she was angry and condescending. This girl claims she is trying to start her own grooming business - if I could give her negative stars I would for being inconsiderate of my time and animals well being.

The dog wash area is wonderful! It was so clean and stocked with various shampoos and fresh towels. My Shepherd mix was so easy to bathe and dry off – and the best part is all that fur staying out of my home’s tub drain. The punchcard for baths is a steal!

As a first time shopper at any Pet Supplies Plus I was very impressed. I've been shopping at other pet stores no need to name them but are probably the other 2 big name stores. I was impressed with the layout how easy it is to find what you're looking for. The selections and options was also a big plus. My dog is a extreme chewer and the selection was more than I could soak in at once. The other stores don't carry Diamond dog food and was shocked to find it here. I'm definitely going to switch from other stores and come here glad I decided to stop here yall have a new customer for life. Highly recommend
