The entire staff and chaperones are awesome! They make you and your dog feel special from the time you walk in the door! The process for rotating the dogs in and out of the play groups is amazing! They know each and every dog and which one is going and coming at all times! My dog Chase enters the play yard with excitement and has a ball! I highly recommend Pet Paradise Las Colinas!

Best place ever!! They took amazing care of both my dogs for 7 days. I have a very anxious dog and they did amazing taking their time with her and made sure she took her medicine. All of the staff is amazing and you can tell they love their job! Will definitely recommend them to everyone I know, and the price is great compared to others in the area!! The pictures and report cards they send are very detailed so you’ll know exactly what your pups are up to while you’re away. I called a couple times to check in and they were happy to update me! Bailey and Kai will definitely be back!

TRUTH ABOUT THIS HORRIBLE FACILITY FROM A MILITARY VETERAN!!My dog was isolated the whole trip because we were not notified of a “meet the family” day for a tolerance test and when I asked why they kept saying it’s “standard protocol” so I asked them to explain standard protocol and they couldn’t. I even spoke with someone over the phone and nothing was mentioned about a meet the family day for my dog to interact with other dogs (which is why we boarded him at this facility). I inquired about what needed to be done so my dog could get some good interaction with other dogs and the staff said “we do not have time to conduct a tolerance test in the 5 days your dog would be here”. I became upset because they even mentioned I would be paying extra for my dog to be isolated. I searched for another pet boarding facility but they were all booked and my hotel did not allow pets so I was stuck with this poorly run facility. They called me during the trip saying my dog would not come out of his room and we only saw him once on the cameras and he seemed scared so we know he was neglected. When I picked up my dog after the family trip he had noticeable loss in weight (rib cage veiwable) due to malnutrition, he became increasingly skittish, and had trauma on his elbow and leg! He also came home with a kennel cough so this is very dissatisfying. My dog has not been the same since so I will never take my dog back to this horrible facility. As a MILITARY VETERAN that has worked alongside bomb dogs, this sickens me!

My girl loves this place, if she could I think she would never leave. The staff takes such good care of all the babies, and the amount of love and attention they bestow upon each animal is amazing. This was one of the best decisions I've made for my baby.

Absolutely fantastic pet grooming service! My Yorkie came home looking incredibly cute and handsome. Not only did they do an amazing job with his appearance, but he also smelled absolutely delightful for days after the service. The staff paid excellent attention to detail and clearly cares about the well-being and appearance of the pets. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking to pamper their furry friends!

I left my Husky dog for grooming and daycare within the last two weeks. My dog has severe anxiety and when I left her, I thought she’d get an upset stomach but she was very happy when I came to pick her up. Her grooming had some issues with more hair she didn’t get blown out than I would have liked when I explicitly asked that she be deshedded. In their defense it had been a while since her last deshedding. Nonetheless, I was still very pleased with the level of service for what I was paying. She was so happy to be there. I’ll be bringing her again!

Such friendly staff. They are always happy to help. I loved getting the updates and pictures of my pups. I could definitely tell they were having a great time and were being well taken care of. I will definitely be trusting them with my furnabies again in the future.The staff is always very responsive and willing to help and give you information about your pups anytime you call. They are very patient and kind. I am so happy to have found this place and trust them to care for my fur babies any time I go out of town.

Our favorite place. Roger and his staff have done everything to take care of my sweet Stella girl when she is there. We have been going to daycare there for almost 3 years. We have taken a couple of months off, but we can’t wait for her to be back and having fun in their play yard!! Stella is a very anxious pup, but boarding her and sending her to daycare there gives me so much peace! They update me with pictures along with such kinda words about my sweet girl that literally brings me to tears because they love her so much!!! Stella is not an easy pup but they make sure she gets what she needs. I could not recommend a better place to trust with your baby. Thank you so much pet paradise❤️

I booked a same day bath online and received this text message. On my drive to the appointment Pet paradise called and canceled. I received an email saying his vaccines were expired and they are not. The person who called also stated I needed to call for same day bath which defeats the purpose of online booking. This was my very first experience with this company. I will find somewhere else to groom my dog.

Very upset. I booked a boarding for my dog and a wash n go. The morning we were scheduled to pick him up, I called the place at 6:30 am, right as they opened and asked for the price of his stay and told them to cancel the wash n go, we will just come pick him up. She gave me the price and said they will get him ready to leave. We live 3 minutes down the street from this place. My boyfriend picked him up at 6:40 am. I called him after and asked if he got our dog and how much the bill was. They still charged us for the wash n go, and still proceeded to wash him as I asked them not to. They literally threw him in and out within the 10 minutes of getting off the phone with her. I called her back and asked why she still charged us and why they still gave him a bath after I asked them not to. Her response was ohh yeah, you did just tell me that. So she refunded me, told me my money would go back right away as it did not and gave me 10% off. It took 5 days for the money to go back. My point of this is, my dog is now full of knots from their sloppy, rushed wash n go that I didn’t even want in the first place. He’s already a curly dog, so you can’t just throw water on him and call it a day.Not to mention, he was throwing up and had diarrhea when we picked him up. They even called to check on him the next day which was strange because a follow up call was never done before. I feel like they did something to him. Never coming here again.Thanks a lot Pet Paradise.

This place has spacious pet area and the dogs were maintained clean.Boarding is taken well care of and there are web cams to see your babies during daytime and night they are placed in individual pet area.This place also offer pet grooming.

I've been taking my dog here since she was a puppy to get groomed with Menico. The first time I went I had no idea what type of cut I wanted, and Menico did a great job. Flash forward to 3 years later and she knows exactly what I want without having to say anything. 10/10 recommend grooming with Menico, I don't trust my dog with anyone else.

My pup loves hanging out here when I'm out of town. When I pick her up, she's excited and exhausted. Generally for the next day she sleeps so much, only wanting to move to go to the restroom while she recuperates from all the fun she had. I'm happy to have found a place that my dog loves (and they seem to love her, too!). Definitely makes it less worrisome when I have to head out of town for work.

Friendly staff! They really took great care of our pup at Day Camp! I really appreciate the webcams where you can check in and see how they’re doing! Our pup had a blast and it was great for us to have that outlet for him while we had a busy work week and would otherwise miss walks and exercise. Highly recommend Pet Paradise Las Colinas! We’ll be back!

Great experience. This was my first time leaving my girl in a daycare and she did well. The staff at pet paradise took great care of her and made sure she was entertained. I loved that they allow you to get acquainted with the place to see if it is a right fit for your furbaby. Overall I had a great experience. Thank you to the Staff at las Colinas pet paradise for taking such great care of my Bella. You can tell she had a lot of fun bc she was tired when we picked her up!!!

I wish we could give Pet Paradise more than 5 stars!! We love taking Milo to his puppy school (day camp) and he loves it even more. All the staff are super nice and friendly, especially Elsa! We love that we get to see Milo on the webcam playing and acting crazy with his puppy friends! We also always add the furever connect which gives us pictures and a little report card at the end of his day, so cute!! If you're looking for a doggie daycare for your pup, I would HIGHLY recommend Pet Paradise! Just look how excited Milo is in the pictures!! Thank you Pet Paradise for taking such good care of our lil corgi <3

We love this perfect pets paradise! Friendly service! First daycamp visit is free! Trust me they will be exhausted when you pick them up after their play dates. You’d be crazy if you didn’t try them out at least once! But again, that’s all you’ll need is once! You’re going kee going back!

Our puppies love it here. Going on 3 years taking them here. Minoko is great for grooming. Roger is great. He listens and truly cares about our dogs well-being. Will continue to come here for all our dogs day care and boarding.

Piper had a great time at his free "Acquaintance Day" and we even found him on the cameras a few times enjoying himself!They rotate your dog with play time and rest time so Piper came home tired from playing but not overly worn-out, it was great!During check out, Dayna happily answered all questions and even gave us a summary of how Piper was during his visit. All staff members seemed to be courteous and knowledgeable. We also enjoyed his Lil Camper report card.I would definitely recommend Pet Paradise.

YES! What a great staff, from front to back. They were so kind to me through the entire process and I love being able to check on the babes while they’re playing on the camera. I’m always nervous leaving them places, but I’m actually comfortable taking them to daycare once a week here now! Highly recommend!

I have used the facility since we got our first pup, Snoopy back in 2004. It was called something else. However, some of the same employs work there, Menico for one and I now have my new pup Mr. Beasley along with my daughters pup, Snuggles there for boarding, daycare and grooming (Menico groomed Snoopy for 17 years before he passed). My daughter just recently got a new puppy that will start going once he is a little older. This place is amazing! I never have to worry about our furbabies being taken care when they go for either grooming, boarding or daycare. I want to thank them for the years of care they have given our family furbabies :)

I had my dog for 40 days when I had to travel out of country for an emergency. They took care of him and they followed my instructions while I was away with his supplements as well. Thanks for all the help, pet paradise

I would not recommend this place! I was watching the cameras the whole time since it was his first time being boarded & they left my dog in his kennel from 730am-1230pm and never took him out to play or anything. I was out of town and had to have my mom come pick him up the same day he was dropped off because I didn't feel comfortable leaving him there. They didn't even have a reason as to why he was never let out to play or even use the bathroom.

Except for coming home, after a 4 day stay, with kennel cough, which I knew was going to be a possibility, they took really really good care of my Luna while I was in Pennsylvania for my Sister-in-law's funeral. And every time I checked in to their streaming web cam and spotted Luna with their other guests she looked liked she was having the MOSTEST FUN. I was worried that she was having so much fun she wouldn't want to come back home with boring old me.

I took my 8 month old golden retriever for a bath and nail trim and Menico (the groomer) did a great job with him. This was his first grooming appointment and he had never had his nails trimmed before, so I was a little nervous going into it but Menico was very thorough - she took notes on exactly which services I wanted when I dropped my dog off, and when I came to pick up she told me what kind of tools she used, how my dog handled everything, and so on. The price was competitive too especially considering how big my dog is (70+ pounds). Will definitely be coming back.

I have boarded my dog, Marnie, multiple times at Pet Paradise Las Colinas and every time is honestly great. I have a 4 pound rescue dog who is very shy and used to have reservations about boarding my dog while I was away due to her size and shyness with other people and dogs. Luckily, I no longer need to worry when I go away as Marnie loves visiting Pet Paradise. The staff at this location are amazing; I cannot say enough positive things about everyone who works here. From making reservations, to check-in/check-out, the staff is extremely friendly and always treat my dog like she is their own. The extra option of being able to add on a daily e-mail and photo is another reason why I always choose Pet Paradise Las Colinas for my dog boarding needs. I love receiving a daily e-mail and photo that lets me know my dog is having fun! I highly recommend Pet Paradise to any dog owner and especially for small dogs like mine, they do a great job of separating the smaller dogs into a small size play group too.
